I have already said it once, but it should be repeated. Israel should not stop. Eradication of Hamas ought to be the only goal.

Israel launched Saturday morning the start of a massive offensive against Qassam rocket and mortar fire on its southern communities, targeting dozens of buildings belonging to the ruling Hamas militant group.Palestinian medical sources said that at least 195 people had been killed in the strikes, which began with almost no warning at around 11:30 A.M.
Medical personnel in Gaza said that more than 200 people were also wounded in the series of Israel Air Force strikes. Egypt has opened its long-sealed border with Gaza to allow in the wounded for medical treatment. Hamas said that the attacks had caused widespread panic in the Strip.
The first wave of air strikes was launched by a 60 warplanes which hit a total of 50 targets in one fell swoop. The IAF deployed approximately 100 bombs, with an estimated 95 percent of the ordinance reaching its intended target. Most of the casualties were Hamas operatives.

Why can’t there be a 1-state solution, with Israel or Palestiine, whatever u wanna call it.. be a democracy. A Moslim nor Jewish State. Allow all people access to their holy sites and equal regard for each others’ faith. West Bank and Gaza can never truly be successful nations if they’re seperated by Israel. Israel can never be secure if it has to put security measures upon soverign people and lands that do not belong to Israel. If israel wants peace it must evacuate all of West Bank also, and Palestinians must forget the right of return into present-day Israel. Jerusalem should not be the capital of either nation, it must be soverign in its own right. Belonging to neither the jews christians or moslems.
Well, if you can get Hamas and Hezbollah, and other terrorist scum to stop trying to kill innocent Israeli civillians then perhaps there can be peace. Trouble is everythime Israel turns around, they are attacked by suicide bombers or rocket attacks.

This is stupid. Each time Israel tries to wipe out Hamas, the situation gets worse. You need a two state solution, it’s simple.

Scholar, the problem is Israel never tries to WIPE OUT Hamas. They SHOULD do that, but never do. Hamas will never stop their attacks. They do not desire peace, they desire the destruction of Israel. You cannot have a peace, or be peaceful neighbors with them.
The only way this war, and it is war, will end is if one side wins a decisive victory. Israel would be peaceful if let alone, but Hamas is not going to do that.
Nuke um now. Sooner or later it will be necessary. When 1.5 billion Muslims teach hate to each other, what you get is Islam.
