Sister Toldjah: Socialized medicine SUCKS

Well, she says it far more eloquently than that, but, you get the jest!

Much has been written about the serious problems with socialized healthcare in Canada, as well as the major care issues in the UK – both places touted by leftist liar Michael Moore and other deceptive liberals in an effort to fool the American public on the so-called “benefits” of a public healthcare system. A click on that Liberty Page link will show you links galore about the long waits and substandard care received in some of the same countries singled out as “shining examples” of what the US healthcare system would look like “if only we would give it a chance.”

Yes, let’s have a debate on the US healthcare system, but dammit, can we for once get some honesty out of the Congressional left on this issue instead of scare tactics?

I’ll be the first to admit that there are issues with our healthcare system, but that doesn’t socialized, government-run healthcare is the answer. What is? Physician and Senator Tom Coburn just might have the answer with the Patients’ Choice Act, which you can read about here. The short versio of the plan can be read here.

See, she said that with great eloquence, because true eloquence requires substance and facts. And trust me Sister Toldjah is an eloquent, substantive, factual, and yes, beautiful woman.

  1. Sen. Colbern and Republican legislators are trying to beat back Obama’s attempts to get the government to help pay for health care for every American….just like they do in every developed country in the world ….
Colbern proposes nibbling around the edges with wellness programs and tax rebates to help us pay for our outrageously high insurance bills.
what Senator Colbern and his Republican colleagues fail to reveal is that THEIR OWN health care plan is funded by ….you guessed it…the American taxpayers. In fact, their publicly funded health care plan is so sweet that a typical PPO family plan which would cost $1227 in monthly premiums ponly costs the Senator Cornyn $356.

For every $1 the Senator pays in premiums, the taxpayer picks up the rest …$3.40.
Plus his deductible is just $300.

Notice, Colbern doesn’t get a tax rebate. He gets direct taxpayer subsidies.

My wife and I are in our 60’s and self employed. My wife has some medical conditions. So What are we paying in premiums? $900!
    What is our deductible? $8000!!

It’s no wonder why Senator Colbern and his Republican cohorts love the American Health care system. They’re feeding off the taxpayer supplied gravy train.

Senator Cornyn should swap his taxpayer subsidized heath care plan with me. Only then will he realize that it’s not so rosy for people stuck in the private market.

Give me the same healthcare plan he does…that’s all I ask.
