Newt is saying whatever he thinks people want to hear. He proved what he is really about when he endorsed Scozzafava. For too long Conservatives have been willing to swallow whatever populist swill the RNC and other GOP Leaders have been willing to feed them, and Newt is a primary shoveler of that stuff. Newt has RINOitis, a permanent condition for which he needs to go into quarantine. Permanently. Because he cannot be trusted anymore.
