Your Daley Douchebags- Planned Parenthood!

Via Doug Powers

Well, this should come as good news to people in Haiti who are homeless, hungry, thirsty, sick and severely injured.

Planned Parenthood to the rescue:

“The international Planned Parenthood arm is accepting donations for PROFAMIL, a locally based Haitian organization,” the abortion business says. “Fully 100% of donations will go directly to PROFAMIL’s operations.”

At the International Planned Parenthood secure giving web page, the abortion giant says PROFAMIL has been operating in Haiti since 1984 to provide “sexual and reproductive healthcare.”

The group “educates the public about prevention and ensures widespread access to condoms” to “young people aged 10-25″ with “regular condom demonstrations.”

Can they at least attach each condom or morning after pill to a bottle of water?

Planned Parenthood, digging their Cesspool of Depravity Deeper every day!

If y’all really want to help the people of Haiti, go to Food for the Poor and donate. And yes, offer  up many prayers for those people.

Your Marxist Moron of the day- Danny Glover

Found in Carol’s Closet, one Marxist Moron

Generally speaking, actors really should stick to reading their lines-without a script they often come off sounding pretty darn moronic:

Actor Danny Glover believes that the Haitian earthquake was caused by climate change and global warming:

Says Glover: “When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?”

Good Freaking Grief! Actually Danny no one knows what you are saying, because you are as stupid as a box of rocks.

OOPS! There goes another Democrat!

Dropping like the proverbial flies. And I see that as a good thing. And look, who can blame the Democrats currently leaping off the political cliff? They can read the writing on the wall. They know the end is coming, they know their “leader” is a big bag of nothiness. The ultimate empty suit. A man, without a soul

Transcript from Fox News:

Not that the White House would ever ask me for political advice, but you know why the president’s falling in the polls?

Not because Americans don’t think he shares their concerns; they don’t think he shares anything.

Not responsibility for when things go wrong; always the other guy.

And not responsibility for fixing things up; certainly not his guys.

So he talks up a big deal on taxing insurance coverage that temporarily exempts his union pals, only hours after pushing a financial crisis responsibility fee to go after TARP-takers that conveniently exempts his auto pals.

So banks that have paid back TARP — with interest and early — get hit permanently. Auto guys who haven’t paid back TARP — and likely never will — get a pass indefinitely?

There’s something weird about that; something very inconsistent and unfair about that too: Shared pain means shared burden; It doesn’t mean pick-and-choose burden.

If exempting auto guys and auto union guys doesn’t make you see what’s going on, maybe this will: The administration blaming deficit ills not on a reckless Washington spending money, but on desperate entities it, at the time, said deserved the money.

The ones who took the money might be sinners, but this is just sinful.

And this is why this guy’s poll numbers are falling: He’s too busy blaming others for what went wrong in the past and cozily rewarding his friends and punishing his enemies under the guise of making sure it doesn’t happen in the future.

Either is lying.

My God, he hasn’t just lost support. Americans are telling him clear as a bell he’s lost something more: His soul.

Recall how very proud those Dems were. Not even one year ago, Hell, not even six months ago. Well, what is that saying about too much pride and the fall that follows? Of course, the Empty Suit has just been following the Lenninist Playbook, as Bob Belvedere points out. Sure it worked well in a campaign, but, when positive action and leadership were called for, the vast emptiness was laid bare.

Now, everyone sees the truth, and are rejecting Obama in droves. Again, to paraphrase Lincoln, you can fool many people for a while, but you can only fool the truly foolish for long. And those still supporting Obama, and his Marxist Utopian folly, are the ultimate fools.

Coakley And The Curling-Iron Rapist, Part II: Why Did It Take So Long To Press Charges? – Big Government

Yesterday, I reported on the horrific rape of a two-year old by Keith Winfield in 2005 in Massachusetts. Then-Middlesex County DA Martha Coakley failed to take action to bring charges against Mr. Winfield. Today, the story takes another turn. In part II of the Curling-Iron Rapist Case, let’s look at two of the key players in the case: The lawyer for the family of the raped toddler, Larry Frisoli, and his brother and legal partner, Frank Frisoli.

Larry Frisoli was a highly-respected and high profile lawyer who had handled the wrongful-death suit in the famous and horrifying Jeffrey Curley case, where an 8-year Jeffrey was savagely kidnapped off the street and brutally raped and murdered. Larry represented Jeffrey’s family, and won a symbolic $328 million wrongful death suite against the perpetrators in 2000. The perpetrators went to prison for life and were broke. That same year, Larry Frisoli was named “Lawyer of the Year” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Fast forward to 2005, when Larry Frisoli was called by the family of the raped toddler to represent them. After the mother of the raped toddler took the child to the hospital, the hospital notified DSS that the child had been molested and or abused. The DSS came to the parent’s home, and tried to take the child away; thinking the parents had perpetrated the crime. The parents called family friend and attorney Larry Frisoli to sort out the madness.

As we now know, and what seemed clear to Larry and his clients very early in the case, was that the child had been left in the care of Policeman Keith Winfield, the uncle of the child, the prior day. Officer Winfield, during his hour alone with his 23-month old niece, raped her with a hot curling iron.

Larry took the case and immediately took action to get Keith Winfield put away for his crimes. What he didn’t realize was that he was about to go against then Middlesex DA Martha Coakley, who for reasons I will allow readers to conclude from Frank Frisoli’s recounting of the facts and allegations in an email he provided to us today, would not bring charges against the Toddler Rapist and dragged the process out so long that her successor had to put Winfield away. Coakley allowed this toddler rapist to stay on the streets for over 2 years and she let him out of custody on No BAIL.

Larry Frisoli very quickly sensed there was something afoul with Coakley’s handling of the case: Larry had what seemed like an open and shut case against a public menace and monster, but Coakley’s office was moving at a snail’s pace and refused to take action against the officer after calling a grand jury.

Coakley’s handling of the incident was so alarming to Larry Frisoli, that he decided to run against her in the Massachusetts’ Attorney General race; solely due to his perceived mishandling of the case by DA Coakley.

What happened next sent the Frisoli’s over the edge: Coakley’s campaign attacked Larry and said he was using the case to publicize his political ambitions and that Larry Frisoli had wanted to run all along. Larry went on to lose the race to Coakley and sadly passed away in 2008, but not before he put away Keith Winfield for life with the help of Coakleys’ successor: Gerry Leone.

And, so, in the words of the Larry’s brother, and the one person alive who has access to all of the files, facts, and timelines, I will let readers conclude what happened in this horrifying case. Why did it take so long for Coakley to take action? Why did Coakley push for no action by the grand jury? Why would she release a toddler rapist with no bail and let him walk the streets for 2 years? On no bail?

This email was recently sent out by Frank Frisoli to friends and colleagues in response to the January 6th Boston Globe article detailing the case and Coakley’s handling of it. The email is published here in its entirety with Frank’s permission.

How Martha Coakley Helped To Keep An Innocent Man In Prison For Purely Political Reasons

Martha Coakley’s Convictions – Wall Street Journal

The role played by the U.S. Senate candidate in a notorious sex case raises questions about her judgment.

The story of the Amiraults of Massachusetts, and of the prosecution that had turned the lives of this thriving American family to dust, was well known to the world by the year 2001. It was well known, especially, to District Attorney Martha Coakley, who had by then arrived to take a final, conspicuous, role in a case so notorious as to assure that the Amiraults’ name would be known around the globe.

The Amiraults were a busy, confident trio, grateful in the way of people who have found success after a life of hardship. Violet had reared her son Gerald and daughter Cheryl with help from welfare, and then set out to educate herself. The result was the triumph of her life—the Fells Acres school—whose every detail Violet scrutinized relentlessly. Not for nothing was the pre-school deemed by far the best in the area, with a long waiting list for admission.

All of it would end in 1984, with accusations of sexual assault and an ever-growing list of parents signing their children on to the case. Newspaper and television reports blared a sensational story about a female school principal, in her 60s, who had daily terrorized and sexually assaulted the pupils in her care, using sharp objects as her weapon. So too had Violet’s daughter Cheryl, a 28-year old teacher at the school.

But from the beginning, prosecutors cast Gerald as chief predator—his gender qualifying him, in their view, as the best choice for the role. It was that role, the man in the family, that would determine his sentence, his treatment, and, to the end, his prosecution-inspired image as a pervert too dangerous to go free.

The accusations against the Amiraults might well rank as the most astounding ever to be credited in an American courtroom, but for the fact that roughly the same charges were brought by eager prosecutors chasing a similar headline—making cases all across the country in the 1980s. Those which the Amiraults’ prosecutors brought had nevertheless, unforgettable features: so much testimony, so madly preposterous, and so solemnly put forth by the state. The testimony had been extracted from children, cajoled and led by tireless interrogators.

Gerald, it was alleged, had plunged a wide-blade butcher knife into the rectum of a 4-year-old boy, which he then had trouble removing. When a teacher in the school saw him in action with the knife, she asked him what he was doing, and then told him not to do it again, a child said. On this testimony, Gerald was convicted of a rape which had, miraculously, left no mark or other injury. Violet had tied a boy to a tree in front of the school one bright afternoon, in full view of everyone, and had assaulted him anally with a stick, and then with “a magic wand.” She would be convicted of these charges. Cheryl had cut the leg off a squirrel.

Other than such testimony, the prosecutors had no shred of physical or other proof that could remotely pass as evidence of abuse. But they did have the power of their challenge to jurors: Convict the Amiraults to make sure the battle against child abuse went forward. Convict, so as not to reject the children who had bravely come forward with charges.

Gerald was sent to prison for 30 to 40 years, his mother and sister sentenced to eight to 20 years. The prosecutors celebrated what they called, at the time “a model, multidisciplinary prosecution.” Gerald’s wife, Patricia, and their three children—the family unfailingly devoted to him—went on with their lives. They spoke to him nightly and cherished such hope as they could find, that he would be restored to them.

Hope arrived in 1995, when Judge Robert Barton ordered a new trial for the women. Violet, now 72, and Cheryl had been imprisoned eight years. This toughest of judges, appalled as he came to know the facts of the case, ordered the women released at once. Judge Barton—known as Black Bart for the long sentences he gave criminals—did not thereafter trouble to conceal his contempt for the prosecutors. They would, he warned, do all in their power to hold on to Gerald, a prediction to prove altogether accurate.

No less outraged, Superior Court Judge Isaac Borenstein presided over a widely publicized hearings into the case resulting in findings that all the children’s testimony was tainted. He said that “Every trick in the book had been used to get the children to say what the investigators wanted.” The Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly—which had never in its 27 year history taken an editorial position on a case—published a scathing one directed at the prosecutors “who seemed unwilling to admit they might have sent innocent people to jail for crimes that had never occurred.”

It was clear, when Martha Coakley took over as the new Middlesex County district attorney in 1999, that public opinion was running sharply against the prosecutors in the case. Violet Amirault was now gone. Ill and penniless after her release, she had been hounded to the end by prosecutors who succeeded in getting the Supreme Judicial Court to void the women’s reversals of conviction. She lay waiting all the last days of her life, suitcase packed, for the expected court order to send her back to prison. Violet would die of cancer before any order came in September 1997.

That left Cheryl alone, facing rearrest. In the face of the increasing furor surrounding the case, Ms. Coakley agreed to revise and revoke her sentence to time served—but certain things had to be clear, she told the press. Cheryl’s case, and that of Gerald, she explained, had nothing to do with one another—a startling proposition given the horrific abuse charges, identical in nature, of which all three of the Amiraults had been convicted.

No matter: When women were involved in such cases, the district attorney explained, it was usually because of the presence of “a primary male offender.” According to Ms. Coakley’s scenario, it was Gerald who had dragged his mother and sister along. Every statement she made now about Gerald reflected the same view, and the determination that he never go free. No one better exemplified the mindset and will of the prosecutors who originally had brought this case.

Before agreeing to revise Cheryl’s sentence to time served, Ms. Coakley asked the Amiraults’ attorney, James Sultan, to pledge—in exchange—that he would stop representing Gerald and undertake no further legal action on his behalf. She had evidently concluded that with Sultan gone—Sultan, whose mastery of the case was complete—any further effort by Gerald to win freedom would be doomed. Mr. Sultan, of course, refused.

In 2000, the Massachusetts Governor’s Board of Pardons and Paroles met to consider a commutation of Gerald’s sentence. After nine months of investigation, the board, reputed to be the toughest in the country, voted 5-0, with one abstention, to commute his sentence. Still more newsworthy was an added statement, signed by a majority of the board, which pointed to the lack of evidence against the Amiraults, and the “extraordinary if not bizarre allegations” on which they had been convicted.

Editorials in every major and minor paper in the state applauded the Board’s findings. District Attorney Coakley was not idle either, and quickly set about organizing the parents and children in the case, bringing them to meetings with Acting Gov. Jane Swift, to persuade her to reject the board’s ruling. Ms. Coakley also worked the press, setting up a special interview so that the now adult accusers could tell reporters, once more, of the tortures they had suffered at the hands of the Amiraults, and of their panic at the prospect of Gerald going free.

On Feb. 20, 2002, six months after the Board of Pardons issued its findings, the governor denied Gerald’s commutation.

Gerald Amirault spent nearly two years more in prison before being granted parole in 2004. He would be released, with conditions not quite approximating that of a free man. He was declared a level three sex offender—among the consequences of his refusal, like that of his mother and sister, to “take responsibility” by confessing his crimes. He is required to wear, at all times, an electronic tracking device; to report, in a notebook, each time he leaves the house and returns; to obey a curfew confining him to his home between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. He may not travel at all through certain areas (presumably those where his alleged victims live). He can, under these circumstances, find no regular employment.

The Amirault family is nonetheless grateful that they are together again.

Attorney General Martha Coakley—who had proven so dedicated a representative of the system that had brought the Amirault family to ruin, and who had fought so relentlessly to preserve their case—has recently expressed her view of this episode. Questioned about the Amiraults in the course of her current race for the U.S. Senate, she told reporters of her firm belief that the evidence against the Amiraults was “formidable” and that she was entirely convinced “those children were abused at day care center by the three defendants.”

What does this say about her candidacy? (Ms. Coakley declined to be interviewed.) If the current attorney general of Massachusetts actually believes, as no serious citizen does, the preposterous charges that caused the Amiraults to be thrown into prison—the butcher knife rape with no blood, the public tree-tying episode, the mutilated squirrel and the rest—that is powerful testimony to the mind and capacities of this aspirant to a Senate seat. It is little short of wonderful to hear now of Ms. Coakley’s concern for the rights of terror suspects at Guantanamo—her urgent call for the protection of the right to the presumption of innocence.

If the sound of ghostly laughter is heard in Massachusetts these days as this campaign rolls on, with Martha Coakley self-portrayed as the guardian of justice and civil liberties, there is good reason.

Another Despicable Move By Martha Coakley And The Democrat Machine

DSCC Uses World Trade Center Image In Anti-Brown Ad; Update: Rudy Erupts – Hot Air

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee wants to paint Scott Brown as a Wall Street crony who is out of touch with the normal, everyday people of Massachusetts. Considering their candidates’ disdain for retail politics, that’s a rather laughable accusation anyway, but the DSCC goes from laughable to jaw-droppingly inept with the imagery used in the ad. In order to represent Wall Street, which building do you suppose the DSCC used in conjunction with Brown?

A new ad from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee uses an unlikely symbol of Wall Street greed: The World Trade Center.

The image in the attack on Scott Brown for his alleged closeness to Wall Street pictures the Trade Center and the destroyed Marriott Hotel on its western side.

A National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesman, Brian Walsh, attacked its use.

“Using the image of a site where over 2,700 Americans died in a terrorist attack to distort Scott Brown’s position on regulating Wall Street is both distasteful and disrespectful. Martha Coakley should immediately renounce this ad and call for it to be removed from the airwaves,” he said.

Has anyone ever seen a major campaign this badly handled in one short week? Most of the blame goes to Coakley, but the DSCC was the group that sent Michael Meehan to help with messaging this week. His first contribution was to commit assault and battery on a reporter for the Weekly Standard. Now the DSCC chooses an image of the World Trade Center, Ground Zero on 9/11, to represent Wall Street and to attack Brown. That’s not just “distasteful and disrespectful” to someone who served in the war on terror and remains in the National Guard to this day, it’s flat-out stupidity.

And don’t believe it when the DSCC claims it was a mistake, either. The World Trade Center is a very distinctive-looking building, one that every American grew to know in the endless replays of the 9/11 attack. Anyone working in politics who didn’t recognize it either has been asleep for nine years or is irretrievably dense.

When the dust settles on this campaign, Democrats will be quick to blame Coakley for its failure (assuming she loses), but she won’t be the only one who screwed up this election.

Update: My good friend Guy Benson says this on Twitter: “Coakley is SO opposed to the death penalty for KSM that she put a picture of the building he plotted to bring down in an attack ad.” (Explanation of death-penalty issue here.)

Update II: Real Clear Politics has the original ad, which the DSCC pulled.

Update III: Rudy Giuliani is… not amused:

“Never in their wildest dreams did they think they would lose in Massachusetts,” says Giuliani. “Now they’re using imagery from an area of New York where thousands of Americans died.” The ad, he concludes, “just understates how excessively negative they’ve become since they’re so paranoid about losing this seat. They’re now using buildings that were destroyed on 9/11 — which is just unthinkable — and somebody better look into what they’re really trying to say.”

What are they really trying to say? My best guess is, “Help me, I’m drowning!”, but honestly, your guess is as good as mine.

Conscienceless Martha Coakley – American Thinker

First referring to “separation of church and state” — of all things — “Massachusettes” (as she spells it in her recent ad) Senate candidate Martha Coakley says in an interview being reported, but not in the liberal media, that pro-life Catholics probably shouldn’t work in hospital emergency rooms.

She opposes efforts to ensure Obamacare exempts medical professionals of conscience from assisting with abortions. So, Martha thinks the government can override the freedom of conscience in private work environments. That’s all the more reason to know that government intervention into the private sector will erode freedoms. It won’t make the private sector more efficient — quite the opposite, of course — but it will mean the private sector will report to Washington.

Listening to Martha in the WBSM interview, she sounds even more arrogant and mean-spirited than print exposes.

In the pre-election spotlight, Martha has managed to fly to Washington for a K Street fundraiser, essentially lie about not witnessing an assault on a reporter by her thug staffer (photographs — imagine her chagrin — show her looking straight at the incident from close range), deny the existence of terrorists in Afghanistan, and anger Red Sox fans (perhaps the biggest faux pas for any candidate in my beloved state of birth, Massachusetts).

With polls showing her Republican opponent Scott Brown surging past her, it appears Martha hasn’t figured out what voters are figuring out, which is that mean, clueless liberals probably shouldn’t work in the U.S. Senate.

If you know people in Massachusetts, urge them to vote Tuesday, January 19. Send Washington a message.

Doomsday clock reset thanks to Obama

INTERNATIONAL scientists nudged back the minute hand of the symbolic Doomsday clock,as they praised US President Barack Obama for helping to pull the world back from nuclear or environmental catastrophe.

“It is six minutes to midnight,” the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists (BAS), which created the Doomsday clock in 1947 as a barometer of how close the world is to an apocalyptic end, said in a statement read out as the clock’s countdown to midnight was turned back by one minute.

“For the first time since atomic bombs were dropped in 1945, leaders of nuclear weapons states are co-operating to vastly reduce their arsenals and secure all nuclear bomb-making material,” the statement by the panel of international scientists, including 19 Nobel laureates, said.

“For the first time ever, industrialised and developing countries alike are pledging to limit climate-changing gas emissions that could render our planet nearly uninhabitable.”

Good Grief!

Today in Carol’s Closet

Carol wonders if the Democrats will:

A Buy us dinner THEN screw us

B Take us to a movie, buy us some popcorn and THEN screw us

C Kiss us like they care THEN screw us

D Just screw us!

Carol thinks it is D

I feel a screw coming:

In their latest effort to pass a health care bill by any means necessary, Democrats have struck a “tentative deal” with their big labor allies to exempt union benefits from a tax on high value health care plans, CongressDaily reports.

The idea itself is nothing new. Back in June, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus floated the idea of shielding union benefits from the new tax, but it was set aside. In September, President Obama declined to take a clear position on this so-called “carve out.” But now that the excise tax has become a sticking point in negotiations between the House and Senate — and one that threatens to cost Democrats union support for the bill — the exemption idea is evidently back in play.

If this policy is adopted, it would mean that there could be two Americans receiving the exact same benefits, but one American may be taxed and one wouldn’t, and the only difference would be one of them being a member of a union. This is unseemly and unfair, even by the standards of Obamacare. It has nothing to do with policy-making. It’s simply an outright bribe to a constituency that has contributed handily to Democratic campaigns.

Let’s look at the first sentence of the first paragraph on page 54 of the Democratic Party Platform (as adopted in 2008):

We all have to do our part to lift up this country, and that means changing hearts and changing minds, and making sure that every American is treated equally under the law.

Well, I guess we can scratch that, right?   How about page 55:

Americans of every political stripe are hungry for a new kind of government. We want a government that favors common sense over ideology, honesty over spin, that worries less about losing the next election and more about winning the battles we owe to the next generation.

Except that unions fork over big dollars to get Dems re-elected so screw the next generation and repeat after me-SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Man, it is REALLY tough out there for cheap whores

So tough, it seems they cannot even get some pizza

You screw your constituents over and you SHOULD get your ass booed out of every public place you show your face! Sorry Nelson, but the days of government douchebags like you ignoring those that elect them is OVER!

Texas Fred’s Got Pat Robertson’s Number.

Pat Robertson: ‘Haiti Earthquake Result Of Pact With The Devil’ – Texas Fred

There are a lot of things that can be said about Pat Robertson. Many people love him and hang on his every word. I am NOT one of those people.

I am of the belief that Robertson is a few sandwiches short of a pic-nic.

This YouTube isn’t all I am basing my opinion on. Oh no, one stupid statement does not a moonbat make.

Pat Robertson: ‘Haiti earthquake result of pact with the devil’

WASHINGTON – Conservative televangelist Rev. Pat Robertson on Wednesday blamed the earthquake in Haiti on a “pact with the devil” purportedly entered into by the Haitian people in a bid to defeat French colonizers in the late 18th century.

“Something happened a long time ago in Haiti, and people might not want to talk about it,” Robertson said on his Christian Broadcasting Network show. “They were under the heel of the French … and they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, ‘We will serve you if you’ll get us free from the French.’

“True story. And the devil said, ‘OK, it’s a deal,”‘ Robertson said. “Ever since, they have been cursed by one thing after another.”

Hours after his comments ignited a firestorm in the news media and online, Robertson’s “700 Club” TV show issued a statement elaborating on his remarks.

Robertson’s comments were based “on the widely-discussed 1791 slave rebellion… where the slaves allegedly made a famous pact with the devil in exchange for victory over the French. This history, combined with the horrible state of the country, has led countless scholars and religious figures over the centuries to believe the country is cursed,” the statement said. SOURCE – OrlandoSentinel.com

Dude… You seriously need to shut the hell up and get back on your medications.

And I really want to take issue with the writer of this story over the opening line; ‘Conservative televangelist Rev. Pat Robertson’. Pat Robertson is NOT a Conservative, he’s a loon, a moonbat and he’s not speaking for me or anyone that I know that proudly wears the name Conservative!

“Dr. Robertson never stated that the earthquake was God’s wrath,” the statement went on. It added that “Dr. Robertson’s compassion for the people of Haiti is clear. He called for prayer for them.”

No Pat, the quake was caused by an abrupt movement deep within the earth and a shifting of a plate or a fault line. I’m pretty sure that in your mind however, since it happened deep inside the earth, it was a movement from HELL.

And Pat, you need to look into these volcano things, they might be the Devil releasing the fires of hell upon us. Just sayin’…

————————————————————————————————

After reading Fred’s thoughtful take on Robertson, I decided to leave a comment of my own on his fine website. Here’s what I wrote – edited slightly.

Robertson has always been prone to spouting – shall we say – “questionable” rhetoric, but in recent years he’s mutated from a fairly harmless nincompoop into a barking mad, fire-and-brimstone-spewing crackpot.

Even if one actually believes in such things as curses, common human decency prohibits making the sort of statement that Pat did on national television while tens of thousands (at least) of men, women and children are lying dead or dying in the streets.

Somehow I doubt that the survivors of the recent catastrophe in Haiti will be comforted by the notion that Reverend Robertson is now praying for their immortal souls, especially since he just opined that their entire nation has been damned to hell.

Think about it… on the one hand, every Haitian is condemned (according to Pat) to suffer eternal damnation, which means any prayers for them are sure to fall on deaf ears. On the other hand, the good Reverend is praying for them anyway. Why?

Pick a freakin’ lane, jackass, and stay in it. Either the Haitians have been judged and sentenced by God – in which case you can’t save them with prayer – or they haven’t been judged yet, and you’re a raving dillhole for suggesting that they have.

Now Cass Sunstein Wants To Outlaw Conspiracy Theories

Top Obama Czar: Infiltrate All ‘Conspiracy Theorists’ – WorldNetDaily

—– excerpt 1 —–

Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.

Sunstein also recommended the government send agents to infiltrate “extremists who supply conspiracy theories” to disrupt the efforts of the “extremists” to propagate their theories.

In a 2008 Harvard law paper, “Conspiracy Theories,” Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule, a Harvard law professor, ask, “What can government do about conspiracy theories?”

“We can readily imagine a series of possible responses. (1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.”

Sunstein: Ban ‘right wing’ rumors

Sunstein’s paper is not the first time he has advocated banning the free flow of information.

WND reported that in a recently released book, “On Rumors,” Sunstein argued websites should be obliged to remove “false rumors” while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such “rumors.”

In the 2009 book, Sunstein cited as a primary example of “absurd” and “hateful” remarks, reports by “right-wing websites” alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist William Ayers.

He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for “attacking” Obama regarding the president’s “alleged associations.”

Ayers became a name in the 2008 presidential campaign when it was disclosed he worked closely with Obama for years. Obama also was said to have launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers’ apartment.

Former Chief U.N. Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter Nabbed In Teen Sex Sting – Fox News

Former chief United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter was arrested in a Pennsylvania sex sting in November on a litany of charges involving a lewd Internet conversation with a person he thought was a 15-year-old girl.

Ritter, 48, allegedly masturbated in front of a Web camera while he was engaged in conversation in an Internet chat room with an undercover cop posing as the teenage girl.

The chief U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991-98 and harsh critic of the war in Iraq, Ritter is accused of contacting the “girl” while using the handle “delmarm4fun” last February.

Ritter, of Delmar, N.Y., allegedly told the girl, “Emily,” that he was a 44-year-old man from Albany, N.Y., according to an affidavit of probable cause.

The undercover officer then told Ritter he was a 15-year-old girl from the Poconos region of Pennsylvania, at which point Ritter asked for a picture in addition to one “Emily” had posted on her account, according to the affidavit prepared by Barrett Township Police Det. Ryan Venneman.

Ritter then sent a link to his Web camera and began to masturbate while it was focused on his genitals, according to the affidavit. The former U.N. official then allegedly provided his cell phone number.

“He then continued to masturbate on web cam and he again asked how old I was,” the affidavit continued. “He was advised again that I was 15 years old. He said he didn’t realize that I was 15 years old and turned off his web camera. He stated that he didn’t want to get in trouble.”

Ritter then allegedly told the “girl” that he fantasized about having sex with her, to which the officer replied, “guess u turned it off [no problem].”

Ritter then asked the girl if she “want[ed] to see it finish” before reactivating his Web camera and ejaculating, the affidavit read.

Who would win a fight between a slutty Lesbian and a wimpy Gay egomaniac?

The Washington Rebel seems to be asking that question. I wonder if RS McCain can answer it?

Lesbian celebrity Tila Tequila was “engaged” to Casey Johnson, the daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson. Casey died last week, and celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton suggested the death was drug related.

Things really escalated, however, when Tila Tequila began Twittering non-stop about Casey’s death and Perez started Twittering back, accusing Tila of cashing in:

I’m amazed you’re not broadcasting live, showing us you’re “grieving”! That’s totally something trash like you would do!

And:

You should try and get custody of her daughter. That’d be GREAT publicity, all you crave in life!

Well, looks like the Gay egomaniac wins! Now, I wonder whomwould win between Meghan McCain’s Magnificent Melons and Chris Matthews Obamagasmic Legs?

Your daily dose of Leftist tolerance

Those Leftist “intellectuals” are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tolerant! They just LOOOOOOOOOVE diversity!

Robin L. West, a feminist legal theorist” (translation: Radical Lesbo) affiliated with the Georgetown University Law Center, has published an essay titled, “The Harms of Homeschooling” in the University of Maryland’s Philosophy & Public Policy Quarterly. West disparages home-schoolers as ignorant Christian trailer trash, and calls for … you guessed it… extensive Government oversight of home-schooling parents.

The husbands and wives in these families feel themselves to be under a religious compulsion to have large families, a homebound and submissive wife and mother who is responsible for the schooling of the children, and only one breadwinner. These families are not living in romantic, rural, self-sufficient farmhouses; they are in trailer parks, 1,000 square foot homes, houses owned by relatives, and some, on tarps in fields or parking lots.

The statistics that West uses to support this depiction of home-schoolers are… not cited anywhere in the article. But she has anecdotal evidence consisting of… the way she imagines home-schooling families to be. She also claims that home-schooled children are a drag on their communities because the poor quality of their education leaves them unable to contribute economically. This list says otherwise.

There is so much love isn’t there! Tell you what Robin West, I am going to share some love with you. I am naming you the Marxist Moron AND Daley Douchebag winner for today!

Then they came for our IRA’s and 401k’s

Creeping Marxism that gets creepier all the time

It happens everytime

I swear, it is the oddest thing. Every time I visit Theo Spark, I end up wanting something to eat. Today, it is chicken salad! Here, see what I mean. Damn that salad looks good!
