Chris at Wyblog offers up another reason that every Republican ought to be required to study the way Governor Christie, of New Jersey, handles his business. By golly, when he says no new taxes, he means NO NEW FREAKING TAXES!

They enacted a “millionaire’s tax”, which in actuality was nothing more than raw unadulterated wealth redistribution.

And within two minutes of it landing on his desk Governor Christie signed the veto order. When Chris Christie says “no new taxes” he means No New Taxes.

Chris Christie’s actual plan to veto the millionaire’s tax was to shove the bill down Steve Sweeney’s throat and then throw him and all the other Democrats into the sun. Such a veto can not be overturned.

Bravo to the governor. Frankly, I have come to believe that Democrats would spend every last dollar the people of this nation earn, and then demand more. They have less self-control than a nymphomaniac at a porn convention.
