This was part of Carter’s, reform my image before I croak tour. It seems, though, that every time he says something, he looks more and more like a bitter, delusional, liberal. He still hasn’t figured out that he failed. It was ALWAYS the fault of some outside force.

No, Jimmy Carter is not crazy. Jimmy Carter is evil. People who think that aliens are nesting in their beard are crazy. Jimmy is not. He’s just an evil asshole with brain-rot. (Assuming, of course, that he does not have additional, extraterrestrial-related issues in addition to the obvious ones)
