Former PA State Trooper Pleads Guilty To Sending Video Of Himself Dancing Naked To 13-Year-Old Girl
A former state trooper has effectively ended his career in law enforcement by pleading guilty to felony charges that he sent a video of himself dancing nude to what he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
………………………………….
Douglas N. Sversko, 44, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty Monday to felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communications facility. Dauphin County Judge Deborah Essis Curcullo ordered him to be evaluated for possible labeling as a sexually violent predator.
The state attorney general’s office charged Sversko in February with using an Internet chat room to approach an agent who posed as a teenage girl. Sversko danced naked for the fake teen in front of his computer, investigators said.
Sversko retired from his $81,619-a-year job at the Milton substation in May. Attorney general spokesman Nils Frederiksen said Sversko has no plea deal and faces sentencing in December.
Frederiksen said Sversko’s conviction “will certainly guarantee that he can’t work in law enforcement again, in or out of Pennsylvania.”
Man Returns To Taco Bell With Shotgun Because Drive-Thru Worker Forgot To Include Hot Sauce With His Meal
Angered that his Taco Bell drive-thru order failed to include hot sauce, a Missouri man returned to the fast food restaurant and allegedly pulled a shotgun on an employee, who fled in fear from the takeout window.
The bizarre incident Saturday evening resulted in the arrest of Jeremy Combs, a 30-year-old convicted felon, on both state and federal charges. Combs is pictured in the below mug shot.
………………………………….
According to a U.S. District Court complaint, investigators with the Lee’s Summit Police Department interviewed Combs Sunday afternoon about the incident. Combs admitted that he had purchased several items from Taco Bell, only to return home to discover “the Taco Bell employee had failed to include his… hot sauce.”
While Combs told cops that he “became upset and drove back to the Taco Bell to confront the employee,” he denied brandishing a shotgun at the drive-thru worker. He said the item was actually a tire iron, a claim police say is belied by Taco Bell surveillance footage showing Combs in his Ford F-150 truck.
During a subsequent search of Combs’s residence, police discovered a Mossberg shotgun with live rounds of ammunition affixed to its side (the weapon was hidden under the mattress in Combs’s bedroom). In a conversation Monday with a Lee’s Summit detective, Combs reportedly copped to possessing the shotgun at Taco Bell, adding that he bought the weapon – which did not have a serial number – “from ‘Mark’ at a drug house in Independence, Missouri.”
The incarcerated Combs is scheduled for a detention hearing tomorrow in federal court in Kansas City. According to the criminal complaint, Combs’s rap sheet includes 14 felony arrests and three felony convictions.
Mother Busted After Kindergarten Student Brings Her Meth And Crack Pipe To Show-And-Tell
Michelle Marie Cheatham, a 32-year-old Sweet Springs woman was jailed after her son brought methamphetamine and a crack pipe to school for show-and-tell.
According to Sweet Springs police, officers were called to the Sweet Springs Elementary School after a kindergarten student brought several baggies of meth and his mother’s crack pipe to show-and-tell.
………………………………….
The child was in possession of about one ounce of meth, which has an approximate street value of $3,700, according to investigators.
The drugs were found when the child was unpacking his backpack in the hallway. Officers believe that the drugs were never brought inside the classroom, and no other students were exposed to them.
Investigators obtained a search warrant and executed a search of Cheatham’s residence. One additional crack pipe was recovered from the home.
She told detectives that she had been going through a rough time in her life since her husband died in a car accident earlier this year and she received a large military pension. The child is now in the custody of family friends.
Cheatham was booked into jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance and first-degree child endangerment. Her bond was set at $7,500.
Does this sound like America to you?
I have said many times that some of the most direct trespasses against our liberties come from county and city governments. Here is an example from Orange County, California. Via Weasel Zippers
MISSION VIEJO (CBS) — An Orange County couple has been ordered to stop holding a Bible study in their home on the grounds that the meeting violates a city ordinance as a “church” and not as a private gathering.
Homeowners Chuck and Stephanie Fromm, of San Juan Capistrano, were fined $300 earlier this month for holding what one city official called “a regular gathering of more than three people” that requires a conditional use permit, according to Pacific Justice Institute, the couple’s legal representation.
The Fromms also reportedly face subsequent fines of $500 per meeting for any further “religious gatherings” in their home, according to the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI).
“We’re just gathering and enjoying each other’s company and fellowship. And we enjoy studying God’s word.” Stephanie Fromm told CBS2.
After city officials rejected the Fromms’ appeal, PJI, which represents both the Fromms and other Bible study participants, will appeal the decision to the California Superior Court in Orange County.
“This is also about a city trying to get a family to pay fees — to pay fees and pay money to them — just to be able to have friends over to read the Bible,” attorney Brad Dacus of PJI told CBS2.
My first question was if this possibly was a situation where the meetings were causing parking issues, or if neighbors had complained. That question seems to be no
Neighbors have written letters to the city in support of the Fromms, whom they said have not caused any disturbances with the meetings, according to PJI.
“The Fromm case further involves regular meetings on Sunday mornings and Thursday afternoons with up to 50 people, with impacts on the residential neighborhood on street access and parking,” City Attorney Omar Sandoval said.
So, I wonder if these folks had “more than three people over” for dinner, or to watch a game, would the city be breathing down their necks? No matter, the city has overstepped their legitimate role by miles here. This is why voting for your city council or county commission is so crucial. Often times, people who run for council seats let the power go to their heads, and those people have no business having any authority.
35 Bodies Dumped On Street In Mexico
35 Bodies Dumped On Street In Mexico – Los Angeles Times
Gunmen dumped the bodies of 35 people with suspected ties to organized crime under an overpass filled with motorists Tuesday on the outskirts of the Mexican port city of Veracruz, officials said.
The bodies were left in a pair of trucks and on the road near a major shopping center in the community of Boca del Rio, a popular site for Mexican tourists to the port city, along the Gulf of Mexico.
……………………….
Reynaldo Escobar, prosecutor for the state of Veracruz, said the dead bore signs of torture. In an effort to calm residents who have been appalled by rising drug-related violence, Escobar said the seven victims identified by late Tuesday had criminal records for involvement in organized-crime activities, including kidnappings, extortion, drug sales and murder.
“This is something that can calm the population,” he said in a telephone interview with Milenio Television. “This is not about civilians. These are people involved in illicit business, in drug sales.”
Photographs of the crime scene showed bodies spilling from two parked vehicles below an overpass. At least 11 of the deceased were reported to be women, but Mexican news reports gave conflicting figures. Some motorists reportedly had used social networking to indicate that gunmen had been blocking Manuel Avila Camacho Boulevard.
Veracruz state has become increasingly violent in the last few years as it has fallen increasingly under the sway of the ultra-violent drug-trafficking gang known as the Zetas.
State officials have frequently been accused of corruption and even collusion with the drug gang, which has branched out into migrant smuggling, kidnapping and extortion.
The Zetas, once the armed wing of the so-called Gulf cartel based along the U.S. border, has been at war for more than a year with its former allies. It was possible that the latest killings were linked to that feud.
A day earlier, more than 30 prisoners escaped from separate state prisons, but Escobar said authorities had not established a tie between the two events. Veracruz is the site of a planned gathering of prosecutors from across Mexico this week.
The grisly scene Tuesday was the latest sign of the spiraling violence that has engulfed Mexico since President Felipe Calderon launched a military-led offensive against drug cartels soon after taking office in late 2006.
The death toll nationwide has climbed above 40,000, largely as a result of fighting between trafficking groups that have shed old alliances or split apart as leaders have been arrested or killed during the government crackdown.
The Calderon administration, citing those takedowns, claims it is winning a war against crime groups that it says was long overdue. But critics say the offensive has spurred more killing, and many Mexicans believe the government is losing.
Mexicans were horrified last month when an arson attack attributed to the Zetas killed 52 people – many of them middle-aged and older women – at a casino in the northern city of Monterrey.
That city, Mexico’s third-largest, has also been buffeted for months by the struggle between the Zetas and the Gulf cartel.
Veracruz made the news recently after two people were arrested on terrorism charges of using social networks to spread unconfirmed rumors of an attack on local schools.
Amid an outcry, state leaders pushed legislation through Tuesday that would allow them to prosecute the pair on a lesser charge of disturbing the peace.
Energy Department Weatherization Programs Rife With Waste, Fraud, Inspector General Audits Show
Shortly after taking office, President Barack Obama defended the weatherization portion of the stimulus bill in a February 2009 CBS interview, saying it would immediately put people back to work, reduce energy costs and lay the groundwork for future energy independence.
“What would be a more effective stimulus package than that?” said Obama at the time. “That’s exactly the kind of program that we should be funding.”
In total, the stimulus program allocated about $5 billion to the cause of home weatherization, outfitting homes with the latest green technology in order to reduce energy prices.
It’s now three years later, and it appears the weatherization program has gone down a road of waste, fraud and abuse.
Take Illinois, Obama’s home state, as an example.
Illinois’ share of the weatherization program in 2009 was $242 million over three years, with a goal of weatherizing 27,000 homes for $9,000 each. The program is overseen by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), along with 35 other local agencies. Roughly half of the operations were run through the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County.
Despite the generous weatherization stimulus, the Illinois legislature decided to create its own, state-run program. Thus, in 2009, the Urban Weatherization Initiative was created, with $425 million to spend over five years.

(AP Photo by Ben Margot)
The state program is also run through the DCEO within the newly-created Office of Urban Assistance.
But in October 2010, Gregory H. Friedman, Inspector General at the Department of Energy, issued a scathing report on Illinois’ weatherization program funded with stimulus dollars.
Among his findings were that 14 out of 15 “weatherized” homes failed final inspection because of poor workmanship and 12 out of 15 homes contained substandard work that could have “resulted in significant property damage or injury to the homeowners.”
But Friedman’s report didn’t stop there.
In one weatherized home, 11 out of 14 items the weatherization contractor installed failed inspection. Another home had an improperly installed exhaust system that turned out to be a potential fire hazard.
The audit also found that the number of gas leaks discovered was “alarming.”
Worst still, Friedman reported that contractors hired to weatherize homes charged homeowners prices significantly higher than market value for the items they installed.
“For example, CEDA’s published prices for smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and thermostats ranged from about 120 percent to 200 percent over the average retail price,” reads the audit report. “Neither CEDA nor State officials could justify such large mark-ups on materials.”
The IG’s audit also turned up erroneous billing practices, where contractors would over-charge for services that were never carried out.
“Additionally, a contractor had installed one carbon monoxide detector, but had billed CEDA for 3; another contractor had installed 12 light bulbs, but had billed CEDA for 20; and, yet another had failed to install a gas shut-off valve, but had billed for the work. In addition, a contractor had billed for almost four times the amount of drywall actually installed,” reads the report.
When contacted by TheDC, a DOE spokesperson Bill Gibbons said, “The weatherization programs are creating thousands of jobs, helping families save money, and deploying new clean energy technologies in local communities around the country.”
“We always expected that it would take some time to get these programs fully up and running in the beginning, but we are on track to significantly exceed the 600,000 home goal set for the program,” Gibbons added. “The Department takes any reported case of abuse or poor performance very seriously, but these have been the exception rather than the rule and we have taken aggressive actions to address the issues and hold those responsible accountable.”
Still, one member of the advisory board overseeing the state program, Republican state Sen. Dan Duffy, resigned from the non-voting position in March 2011 because he so incensed at what he saw to be an obvious waste of taxpayer money
“The more questions I asked, the more I was told ‘Dan, you don’t really have a vote,’” Duffy told TheDC.
“I guess I don’t understand, when the state of Illinois literally cannot pay its bills and is going bankrupt, is this really the best use of money?” Duffy added. “I don’t care if its state or federal. Why are we spending millions of dollars with absolutely no credibility of how the spend that money?”
The story of Illinois’ weatherization program, however, doesn’t stop there.
The state-run program is being promoted by four separate public relations firms. Two of those firms have close ties to the Obama administration.
According to state records, DCEO has been paying Jascula-Terman and Associates, Inc. of Chicago more than $700,000 a year to promote the program. The firm is headed by Chairman and CEO Rick Jascula; and President and CFO Jim Terman. In 2008, they provided pro bono services to Rev. Jeremiah Wright, at the request of Obama’s close friend and adviser David Axelrod.
In 2010 former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel went to Jascula-Terman for help during his mayoral campaign.
The DCEO also hired Avis Lavelle, of A. Lavelle Consulting, to do press work for the program. A former press secretary for Mayor Richard Daley, Lavelle is considered to be a close friend of Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett. She did not return TheDC’s request for comment.
But Illinois isn’t the only state that struggled with its weatherization program. Delaware suspended its program altogether after only nine months when it became apparent the fraud and mismanagement was getting out of control.
A state audit in Tennessee, which received more than $100 million in stimulus funds for weatherization, also found rampant waste and abuse. The 260-page report uncovered problems very similar to those in Illinois: work was done improperly and funds went to homeowners not even eligible for the program.
Illinois, Delaware and Tennessee are only three examples, but numerous reports show the mismanagement is widespread throughout then entire nationwide program.
“It was a set up for failure,” Duffy told TheDC.

At Least 200 People Murdered With ‘Fast And Furious’ Weapons So Far – Townhall
In a conference call this morning with Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa, reporters were told the Attorney General in Mexico has confirmed at least 200 murders south of the border happened as a result of Operation Fast and Furious.
“I would be remiss if I didn’t mention, as the Attorney General in Mexico is so concerned, she’s made the point that at least 200 Mexicans have been killed with these weapons and probably countless more,” Issa said.
Eleven crimes in the United States have been linked to Operation Fast and Furious up to this point. Issa said he expects as the investigation in the operation continues, more crimes connected to Fast and Furious will come to light and be exposed. This is not surprising, considering out of 2500 weapons the Obama Justice Department allowed to “walk,” and that only 600 have been recovered, the rest are lost until they show up at violent crime scenes. The damage from Operation Fast and Furious has only started to be seen. Remember, the Mexican Government and ATF agents working in Mexico were left completely in the dark about the operation.
July 26, 2011
A new report released by Issa’s office shows ATF agents working in Mexico were left in the dark about the details of Operation Fast and Furious. The report shows that in late 2009, ATF officials in Mexico began to see increasing amounts of guns traced to the Phoenix ATF Field Division office showing up at violent crime scenes. Former ATF Attaché to Mexico Darren Gil and ATF Acting Attaché to Mexico Carlos Canino expressed their concerns to officials in the Phoenix Field Office and in Washington D.C. but were ignored. The report shows ATF and DOJ “failed to share crucial details of the of Operation Fast and Furious with either their own employees stationed in Mexico or representatives of the Government of Mexico.” Specifically, personnel in Arizona denied ATF agents working in Mexico information directly related to their jobs and everyday operations.
Issa submitted a request to the White House for information surrounding the operation nearly two weeks ago and that request has not yet been filled. White House Officials have until the end of this week to submit documents requested before Issa takes the next step.
Documentation about what the White House knew about the operation was requested after Special ATF Agent in Charge William Newell admitted in Congressional testimony that he was in contact with White House national security advisers about the operation and after emails surfaced showing at least three White House officials were in contact with the Justice Department about the operation.
Since this scandal came to light in March 2011, the Obama Justice Department has continually stonewalled the investigation from the House Oversight Committee, and not much has changed. Issa said there is an ongoing cover-up of a pattern of ongoing mistakes and that the Justice Department continues to use petty prosecutions to limit information given to the Oversight Committee.
.
.
“People are picking their words very carefully,” Issa said.
When asked what the consequences would be for DOJ or ATF officials involved in the operation, Issa said prosecutions may come at the end of this scandal to those who knowingly trafficked weapons across the border and could be held accountable for the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
“This was dumb, it was useless and it was lethal,” Issa said.

Obama’s Fascist Economy
Obama’s Fascist Economy – Steve McCann
Barack Obama and his minions in the administration as well as many Democrats in the Congress are often described as Socialists, or in the extreme as Marxists. However, their actions and strategy are straight out of the fascist economic playbook. They have become the modern reincarnation of the fascist mindset, without the militarism of Italy and Germany, that dominated Europe in the 1920s and ’30s.
……………………….
Over the past seventy years, the left and their allies in the media have succeeded in labeling fascism as a right-wing or conservative philosophy when it in reality was an offshoot of socialism. Socialism/Marxism seeks the total control of a society’s economy through complete state control of the means of production and income. Fascism seeks that same control, indirectly by the state domination of private ownership, as well as controlling individual income and wealth through taxation and regulation. Jonah Goldberg’s masterpiece Liberal Fascism convincingly demonstrates the progressive roots of fascism.
Per Sheldon Richman in the Concise Encyclopedia of Economics:
As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalistic veneer. In its day (the 1920′s and 1930′s), fascism was seen as the happy medium between boom-and-bust-prone capitalism, with its alleged class conflict, wasteful competition, and profit-oriented egoism, and Marxism, with its violent socially divisive prosecution of the bourgeoisie.
Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices; fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically. [Emphasis added.]
Under fascism, the state, through official agencies, controlled all aspects of manufacturing, commerce, finance, and agriculture. Licensing was ubiquitous; no economic activity could be undertaken without government permission. Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes or “loans”.
To maintain high employment and minimize popular discontent, fascist governments also undertook massive public-works programs financed by steep taxes, borrowing and fiat money creation. [Emphasis added.]
Fascism is most often identified with Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler, who not only took it to an extreme but used the basic tenets of this economic philosophy to finance huge armies and arms production in order to satisfy their militaristic and megalomaniacal ambitions. But the concept of a corporate state has been a staple of the American left since Franklin Roosevelt.
It was FDR who initiated the National Labor Relations Board to make the government the final arbiter in labor issues. The National Recovery Act that governed all aspects of manufacturing and commerce. The Agricultural Adjustment Act, which introduced central planning to agriculture. Taxes were dramatically raised on the so-called wealthy and class warfare rhetoric accelerated in order to focus anger elsewhere and not on the government. Massive spending on public works projects was a centerpiece of the “New Deal.”
Mussolini heaped praise upon FDR’s New Deal as “boldly… interventionist in the field of economics.” Roosevelt was not reticent in his compliments to Mussolini for the latter’s “honest purpose in restoring Italy” and acknowledged that he kept “in fairly close touch with the admirable Italian gentlemen.” Yet it is generally recognized today that by pursuing these policies FDR prolonged the Great Depression by another 5-7 years. (See Amity Shlaes: The Forgotten Man.)
A legacy of the FDR years is the nearly 170,000 pages of federal regulations that exist today and intrude into all aspects of the day-to-day life of every American. However, Barack Obama has not only added to the regulatory burden, but also taken actions which are geared to further establishing a fascist economy.
ObamaCare is not about health care, per se; rather, it is intended to dictate to business and the individual what insurance they must buy, what health care they are allowed to access, and ultimately what behavior is acceptable – all at the whim of a centralized bureaucracy. The Dodd-Frank Bill firmly establishes the concept of “too big to fail” for certain financial institutions, thereby subjecting them to the absolute control of the state while allowing, and in many cases forcing, others to cease doing business, as well as instituting lending and operating policies determined by government regulators.
The Obama regime has thrown out the rule of law when it comes to the rights of private investors by their actions against the bondholders of Chrysler and General Motors, as well as forcefully taking over and operating both companies and others as quasi-private entities. They have chosen which businesses will succeed or fail by the taxpayer financing of companies such a Solyndra among a score of others, others of which have failed. The Obama appointees to the National Labor Relations Board are now dictating to companies where they can locate and are attempting to force their workers into unions without secret ballots.
The mantra of public-works spending is alive and well and constantly being used to justify massive government spending. The demonization of the rich has taken on a new role in the Obama era, as the rich are now being singled out as responsible for all the problems created by the Obama policies and are a potential target for retaliation. The current proposal to raise taxes on the wealthy and the so-called “Buffett Tax” are solely an attempt to rally the people into a unified anger over the need to punish a perceived foe – in order to shift the spotlight off the failure of the current government.
A key characteristic of the reality of fascist thinking is rampant cronyism and corruption. Certain capitalists, wishing to ingratiate themselves with the state, are willing to fund the election of those in power in exchange for favorable government contracts and avoidance of regulatory wrath. Recently, much of Wall Street, Hollywood, the unions, major companies such as General Electric, and the super-wealthy such as Warren Buffett are willing to sleep with those in power and be used as props in any propaganda campaign initiated by the Obama regime.
The Obama administration has, through the Justice Department and other agencies, behaved exactly as many quasi-fascist regimes in the past – almost all of whom have been governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect themselves and their friends from accountability.
The term “fascism” has been redefined by the horrendous acts of Mussolini and Hitler, actions spurred by their megalomania and nationalism. However, the economic philosophy that is fascism is alive and well and being pursued in the United States by those whose desire it is to control the people of the country and reinforce their domestic power base, not to conquer the world. Yet the pursuit of the same tenets that motivated Franklin Roosevelt has prolonged and exacerbated the current economic disaster facing the United States.
However, as with FDR, chances are that it will not succeed in America, with its history of individualism and entrepreneurship – but only if the current citizenry recognizes what is the Obama end-game. It is time to call what is being pursued by Barack Obama what it is: fascism.
Actually Martin, the Founders would tar and feather you!
Does MSNBS have an ass hat tree out back? They seem to have so many of them
Now that is an excellent question
The Left, which includes union thugs, often bemoans “violent rhetoric” and just as often accuses the Right of “fomenting violence”.
So, how about those union thugs who are pretty adept at some of their own violent talk?
Matt at Conservative hideout ponders this
I’ve been thinking of all the damage that union thugs do. Recent posts here have shown assaults, vandalism, threats, and destruction of property reportedly perpetrated by union thugs. Videos have shown union thugs assaulting others. We have heard comments by union bosses, like, “take out the SOB’s,” seem to spur it on to even greater depths. We have also seen union organizing guides that suggest ruining the reputation of businesses, or even targeting customers. Needless to say, companies, and in the end, all of us pay for all the resulting costs.
That leads me to a question, are union bosses then liable for the actions of their members, particularly when the bosses use such violent and inflammatory rhetoric? I believe that there might be a precedent for that, and the example comes from the Aryan Nation. In the late 90′s the Southern Povery Law Center sued that pack of racist scum on behalf of Victoria and Jason Keenan, who had been assaulted by members of Aryan Nation who were acting as security near their compound. Here are some details of the case from the SPLC website.
During the trial, Dees and the legal team described how Butler recruitd followers – many with criminal records – and indoctrinated them with hate. One passage from an Aryan Nations newsletter written by Butler declared, “Hatred is our law. Revenge is your duty.”
“Butler uses white-hot words to get his followers to pick up the gun for the white race,” Dees told the jury.
So, the SPLC used inciting hatred as a means to link the leaders of hate movements to the deeds of their followers. Also, the SPLC used the same tactics against the Imperial Klans of American in 2008.
The verdict included $1.5 million in compensatory damages — apportioned among Edwards, Hensley and Watkins — and $1 million in punitive damages against Edwards.
The SPLC argued in court that Edwards and the IKA incited the racial hatred that led to the attack at the Meade County Fair in Brandenburg in July 2006.
So, in these two cases, and many others, the SPLC successfully sued hate groups, using the idea that the leaders had incited hatred to win verdicts. Of course, while the SPLC is a group that exists to smear anyone who stands against the leftist agenda, they have been successful in shutting down a great many hate groups with the idea that the leaders are responsible for the behavior of their members.
That, of course, leads me to question if a union boss saying something like, “busting some heads,” or “take the SOB’s out, and “open season,” and the thugs engaged in illegal acts, might be treated the same way in court? Wouldn’t it be incredibly ironic if a method of attack originated by a liberal group were used against another? I’d say that the irony would be off the scale.
Think on this one, I will be doing so myself. I can already see the dangers of a slippery slope among other things…………
The United States of Entitled Americans
America has lots of problems, we all know this. And one of the biggest is this, far too many of us feel entitled to things. Want to know why the class warfare of the Democrats works so well? Because it plays to the entitled. If the “rich” pay lower taxes, those Americans who suffer from Entitlement Dependency Syndrome, think they will lose something they are ” entitled to”, like, say part of other people’s paychecks! Health care? They are entitled to it! Free child care? That too! Limitless unemployment benefits? Sure! Why the hell not? They are entitled after all!
For decades now, an increasing number of Americans have been told they are entitled. They have been told that the rich are just lucky people who have accumulated an unfair amount of wealth. they have also been told that these rich are “greedy” and do not pay their “fair share”. And if those evil rich people just paid what is fair, well, those entitlements would never stop coming would they? Besides, those darned lucky, greedy rich folks do not need all the money.
The entitlement craze does not stop there though. Just observe people sometime. They are entitled to talk as loud on their cell phone as possible, so don’t you dare question them. They are entitled to stand in doorways, blocking them. They are entitled to have doors opened for them, so don’t you expect a thank you, after all, you OWED IT TO THEM to hold that door! They are entitled to drive way too slow, or to swerve into your lane, and they are certainly entitled not to acknowledge that they almost caused an accident.
And yes! No make that HELL YES, they are absolutely entitled to have everyone else bend over backwards to accommodate the sensitivities of the Entitled Americans. It does not matter if everyone in a community has loved their Christmas decorations at the courthouse for decades. If the Entitled American has an issue with those decorations, well, you know the score on that right?
If they want to join a private club, but do not like the rules? Well everyone in that club damned well better get those rules changed. Heaven forbid we inconvenience the Entitled American! And yes, of course, the Entitled American is entitled to sue, to force their way on anyone, or any company at any time! Why you ask? Well they are ENTITLED!

Creepy Old Perv Arrested For Watching Cartoon Porn In McDonald’s “PlayPlace”
Creepy Old Perv Arrested For Watching Cartoon Porn In McDonald’s “PlayPlace” – Weekly Vice
Ronnie Hobbs, a 53-year-old Ferriday, Louisiana man was jailed Friday after he allegedly watched cartoon pornography on a laptop while sitting in a McDonald’s “PlayPlace”.
According to the Natchez Police Department, Hobbs was at the play area with two children, ages 4 and 5, when a police officer standing outside looked through the window and saw him viewing cartoon-themed pornographic images.
………………………………….
The officer stated that anyone who was in the parking lot or the drive-thru could have been exposed to the images as well. One of the children even walked up to Hobbs and began talking to him while looking at the images on his computer screen.
Investigators say when the officer confronted Hobbs, he immediately logged off of his computer. Hobbs then admitted that he was addicted to pornography, and had been for “several months.” His relationship to the children he was with was not disclosed. They were released to Hobb’s mother-in-law.
Hobbs was booked into the Natchez City Jail and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and publicly displaying sexually oriented material. He was released after posting $1,400 bond.
U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Sues NLRB Over New Union Rule
U.S. Chamber Of Commerce Sues NLRB Over New Union Rule – Daily Caller
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing the National Labor Relations Board to block a new rule requiring employers to post notices explaining employees’ rights to unionize.
……………
In a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, the Chamber argued the NLRB does not have the authority under the National Labor Relations Act to force employers to post the notifications, nor impose penalties for a failure to do so.
It also says the notification rule violates employers’ First Amendment rights “by compelling employers to post the NLRB’s ideological views on unionizing.”
“The NLRB has no authority to impose any of these requirements,” said Robin Conrad, executive vice president of the Chamber’s public policy law firm. “This is nothing more than labor regulation run amok. Adding insult to injury, the Board’s new rule violates the First Amendment by forcing employers to use their own resources to post the NLRB’s pro-union message on the company’s own property.”
The NLRB maintains that its rulemaking authority is set out clearly in the National Labor Relations Act.
“This issue was addressed in detail in the rule itself,” NLRB spokesperson Nancy Cleeland said. “The rule also explains that the posting of this notice, which is available at no charge on the NLRB website, is simply intended to inform employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act, just as other workplace posters inform employees of their rights under other laws.”
The NLRB has become a high-profile target for Republicans and business groups this year after it released a spate of decisions that critics say unduly favor unions. Most controversial was the NLRB’s complaint against Boeing for “illegal retaliation” after the airplane manufacturer announced plans to open a new assembly line in South Carolina – a right-to-work state.
