Santorum Says Senate Should Sue Over Obama Appointments – The Hill
Rick Santorum said the Senate should sue over President Obama’s decision Wednesday to appoint Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and name three members to vacancies on the National Labor Relations Board.
“What the president did was wrong – pretty scary stuff,” Santorum said.

“I hope that the United States Senate does what they’re supposed to do, and they should go and even take the president to court. This is not something that the president should get away with,” he added.
Republicans had been hoping to cripple the agencies, unpopular in conservative circles, by refusing to confirm appointments. The GOP maintained Wednesday that the president’s move was unconstitutional because the Senate was in a pro forma session and not technically in recess, during which the president can make temporary appointments.
Obama defended the move in a speech in Ohio on Wednesday.
“When Congress refuses to act and as a result hurts our economy and puts people at risk, I have an obligation as president to do what I can without them,” Obama said. “I have an obligation to act on behalf of the American people.”

Ok Congress and the Senate you better put Obama in his place, he is moving to a place where he will do what the hell he wants to do. I think Obama needs to realize he has never had a mandate, he is not very popular with the majority of legal tax paying Americans. Things that Obama sucks at: (1) Humility, he is a arrogant yelling power seeker. (2) honesty, he is the king of BS er’s, he tells people things they want to hear, you don’t get page 2, never it might make him look bad. (3) Meek Not, Vindictive yes, he holds grudges and uses the F word more than Nixon did I’m told. (4) Constitution, this guy I’m told is somewhat of an expert on it, I think it would be better stated he has studied how to destroy the fabric of our Constitution. Wake up Americans. (5) Integrity, Con Artist, watch how the media will help prop Obama up on Job increases, unemployment, etc. I think Obama has some tricks up his sleeve to fool you dumb asses that voted for him. I bet my left _ _ _ Obama with the support of our corrupt extreme liberal media make things appear to be better than it really is. I say yell America the way Obama yells when he don’t get his way, kind of like a tantrum throwing spoiled brat. Only you can prevent the United States Destruction, vote for !!ObamaNOT!!

I just seen on ABC and CBS that things are getting better, the increase in workforce on the rise and unemployment numbers down. Hey I know of several people who have went out west trying to get work picking fruits and veggies but with all the illegal’s working for cash under the table and no taxes being paid by employer or employee its no wonder this country is going down hill, look at those in charge. We need to vote in power those who will defend our inalienable rights as F in LEGAL USA. Americans, I AM AN AMERICAN, a USA LEGAL CBS, I hope ABC, NBC are avoiding this type of political manipulation. I hate that misleading propaganda commercials that are pushing the liberal agenda’s you asses need to report the news with accuracy and stop pushing political agenda’s. I urge the true Americans to boycott liberal media stations for pushing political agenda’s, drop your cable/satellite providers and listen to more Radio and buy opposite products than advertised on TV. This will get there attention BOYCOTT will work.
