Via The Blaze. As I understand it a business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.I should know, I have run restaurants, and have refused service to people at different times. Now, I never did it based on their religion, but it was done based on their actions. Sounds like these florists do not wish to do business with this brat based on her actions. What is really scary is the idea that a business might be FORCED to do business with people who they do not wish to.Again, the radical Left seeks to force their “religion” down others throats!
Atheists File Civil Rights Complaint Against Fl…, posted with vodpod
Stories like this make my blood boil.
Yep mine too
I see the Bible is not the only thing Christians don’t read. Not only is the behavior of the Cranston bigots illegal under the Civil Rights Act, it is illegal under State law as well.
RI General Law 11-24-2.
The law reads: “No person, being the owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent or employee of any place of public accommodation, resort, or amusement shall directly or indirectly refuse, withhold from, or deny to any person on account of race or color, religion, country of ancestral origin, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, any of the accommodations, advantages, facilities, or privileges of that public space.”
Her action was a successful civil rights complaint, which makes her a target because she is an atheist who does not know her place. Her action was uppity. Are you sure you want to go there?
