Educating Obama

4 Apr

I laughed out loud, that is LOL to you kids out there when Obama whined about “judicial activism” the other day. Obama should know better, but, he is already spinning the smack down the Supreme Court is likely to give his health care bill. Donald Douglas has video of Obama’s pathetic ploy

Good grief! You see, when Conservatives talk of  “judicial activism” or of “legislating from the benchthey are talking of laws, passed with the SUPPORT of the people that a judge, or court strikes down because of their personal views, rather than on legitimate constitutional concerns. ObamaCare, of course never had the support of the people. Of course Pelosi, Reid, Obama and their Democratic allies did not give one damn about the people, or the Constitution when they forced, yes, FORCED, that bill on the American people. So, Mr President, understand, if the Supreme Court does strike down your law’s individual mandate, that will not be activism, that will simply be the Republican form of government that our Founders gave us working!

You see, it is a very legitimate act for a court to strike down any la that it finds to be in violation of our Constitution. Also, Mr. President understand that it was you,and the Democrats in Congress that engaged in “activism” of the most perverted sort when you raised your middle fingers to our Constitution AND to the will of the people. Representatives have two duties when considering legislation First, is the legislation constitutional. Second, they must ask if the legislation has the support of their constituents. A Congressperson who violates EITHER of those duties, is not fit to hold office! And, a president who signs such a law, is a disgrace!
