Pot-Head Driver Being Chased By Cops Tries To Throw His Stash Out A Closed Window (Video)

Driver In Police Chase Tries To Throw Marijuana Out Of Car, But Doesn’t Realize Window Is Closed – New York Daily News

A dopey driver being chased by police was left covered in marijuana when he tried to throw the drug out of his car window – only to realize it was closed.

Officers allegedly found the drug scattered across Marquese Anglin’s lap and vehicle seats after stopping him on Interstate 40 in Fairview, Tennessee, on January 8.

His jeans and the passenger seat were coated in the substance, with authorities claiming they later found a larger stash of the drug inside the car.

And to make matters for the 30-year-old Dickson native even worse, it was all caught on tape by the patrol car’s dashboard camera.

Officer Shane Dunning, involved in the chase, told WKRN: “He was throwing the marijuana out what he thought was the open window but the window was actually closed.

“I actually told him that next time he might want to roll the window down because it was all over the car. It was almost comical to actually see this.”

The incident began when Dunning tried to pull Anglin over for a license plate violation.

He refused, and so Dunning followed him at 60mph for several miles.

He said his suspect was ‘fidgeting with something in his lap’, leading him to believe he may be carrying a weapon.

But during the chase, the patrol camera caught Anglin turning towards the passenger window of the vehicle and trying to throw something out.

Unluckily for him, the window was closed and it bounced back inside to cause the mess.

Anglin has been charged with drug possession, driving on a revoked license and failure to yield to blue lights.
