Cain Accuser’s Former Business Partner Claims To Be Her Longtime Lesbian Lover – Digital Journal
Herman Cain’s latest accuser now has her own accuser, with allegations of both libel and a lesbian relationship being leveled against Ginger White.
The continuing melodrama of Herman Cain’s Presidential campaign unfolds, or unravels, depending on which side of the political fence we sit on. The latest revelation regarding his most recent accuser of marital infidelity, Ginger White, comes from Laura Reddy at ABC News and concerns the allegations by White’s former business partner, and as now revealed, White’s former lover, Kimberly Vay.

………………………….Kimberly Vay competes in a national bodybuilding competition in 2011
Vay told ABC’s Reddy that she had a lesbian relationship with White for thirteen years, the same length of time White has alleged she and Herman Cain had an affair.
Vay has also stated to Reddy that despite being lovers for thirteen years “His name has never come up,”
During part of that time Vay and White were business partners in a fitness business, “No Limit Cycling”
The business was begun in mid 2010 and was based in Atlanta, Ga. where both lived, the business however seems to have soured for White and Vay, and in November 2010 White requested that the partnership be dissolved and Vay agreed to the proposal. The agreement included White remaining as the active business partner.
Vay claims however that White sent an email out to clients and city officials on December 9, 2010 which accused Vay of using veterinary drugs before competing in body building contests, Vay is a competitive bodybuilder.
Vay perceived the email as libelous as reported at examiner.com and while both women retained lawyers, an out-of-court settlement was reached in April of this year. The settlement didn’t last very long though, and Vay filed another lawsuit alleging White had failed to comply with the terms of the financial settlement in regard to the charge of libel.
Vay also pursued and filed a restraining order against White but the restraining order was never completed.
Ginger White in the meantime chose to ignore both a subpoena and hearing in the matter and as a result a Dekalb County judge entered a default judgement against White, the damages for which, have not yet been determined.
When asked about the libel suit by WAGA in Atlanta, White remarked:
“I admit it. Whatever happened with Kim and I happened.”
Whatever the outcome of the allegations being made by White against Herman Cain, or by Vay against White it is a near certainty that the story will continue to unfold and more facts will be made public.
Cain in the meantime has responded to the accusations with a statement: “This is direct character assassination on me. Why? Because I was doing so well,”
WAGA had a video with Cain’s response.
Also, on YouTube is a video of his campaign stop in New Hampshire, from WMUR where he also suggests the attacks are character assassination.

Poll: Herman Cain Leads GOP Field With Gingrich And Romney Tied For Second – CBS News
In the Republican race for the presidential nomination, Newt Gingrich’s support continues to slowly grow, and he is now tied with Mitt Romney for second place, while Herman Cain just edges both of them out for the top spot. Both Cain and Romney have lost support since late October.

In a new CBS News Poll, 61 percent of Republican primary voters say the sexual harassment accusations against Cain won’t make any difference in their vote, but 30 percent say the charges make them less likely to back him, and that rises to 38 percent among women. Cain has lost support among women since last month – from 28 percent in October to 15 percent now. He has lost ground with conservatives and Tea Party supporters as well.
But the race could still change; seven in 10 Republican primary voters say it is still too early to say for sure which candidate they will support.
The field of Republican candidates now has three candidates within striking distance of each other at the top of the list: with 18 percent, Herman Cain is in the top spot, followed by Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich with 15% each. Support for both Cain and Romney has declined since late last month, and Gingrich is the only one of the top three whose support is steadily – if slowly – on the upswing.

Cain has lost support among women since late October. Then, he led among women, garnering 28 percent of their support. Now, his support among women is just 15 percent. He has also lost ground with conservatives, from 30 percent to 23 percent now. And there has been some movement among Tea Party supporters as well; their support for Cain has declined from 32 percent to 19 percent. Romney has lost support among men, while Gingrich’s support among that group has increased eight points.
Six in 10 Republican primary voters say the charges of sexual harassment against Cain make no difference to their vote. Still, 30 percent say the charges make them less likely to support him.
Of self-identified Tea Party supporters 71 percent say the allegations make no difference, as do 67 percent of conservatives. This poll was being conducted as new, and more specific, allegations arose against Cain.
Among women, 38 percent say they are less likely to support Cain because of the allegations against him. Fifty-seven percent say that will make no difference in their vote. Just 23 percent of men say they are less likely to vote for Cain because of the harassment allegations.
Voters, overall, are following the story. Most say they have heard something about the harassment allegations, including 59 percent of Republican primary voters who have heard a lot.
Among Republican voters who have heard or read a lot about it, a majority still says the allegations won’t impact their vote.
This poll was conducted by telephone from November 6-10, 2011 among 1,182 adults nationwide. 1,029 interviews were conducted with registered voters and 382 with voters who said they plan to vote in a Republican primary. Phone numbers were dialed from samples of both standard land-line and cell phones.
The error due to sampling for results based on the entire sample could be plus or minus three percentage points. The margin of error for the sample of registered voters could be plus or minus three points and five points for the sample of Republican primary voters. The error for subgroups may be higher. This poll release conforms to the Standards of Disclosure of the National Council on Public Polls.

Investigator Uses Voice Analysis Software To Prove Herman Cain’s Innocence – WGCL
Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.
Cain denied making any sexual actions towards Sharon Bialek and vowed to take a polygraph test if necessary to prove his innocence.
Cain has not taken a polygraph but Ward said he does have software that does something better.

Ward said the $15,000 software can detect lies in people’s voices.
CBS Atlanta’s Mike Paluska played Cain’s speech for Ward into the software and watched as it analyzed Cain’s every word.
“If he is hiding something this thing would have spiked way down here,” said Ward. “He is being truthful, totally truthful. He is a man with integrity and he talked directly about not knowing any incident he is accused of.”
The software analyzes the stress level and other factors in your voice. During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read “low risk.” According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.

During the section of Bialek’s news conference where she says, “He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch.”
During the analysis of that section the software said “high risk statement.” Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.
“I don’t think she is fabricating her meetings,” said Ward. “But, she is fabricating what transpired.”
Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.
After listening to Cain’s speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.
“When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk,” said Ward. “It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public.”

Veteran Anchor Bill Kurtis Says Bialek Was Former CBS Employee With A ‘Track Record’: Hers And Cain‘s Roles May Even ’Have Been Reversed’ In Car
On his radio program Tuesday, Mark Levin aired a clip of veteran journalist and CBS anchor Bill Kurtis on WLS saying that Herman Cain’s accuser, Sharon Bialek, is a former CBS employee with a “track record.” Given her checkered past, a chuckling Kurtis posited that Bialek‘s and Cain’s roles in the alleged car-incident could even have been reversed.

“There is a lot more to this story.”
“I can assure you that there will be far more to this story.”
“Let’s put Herman or Sharon in the car and say their roles may even have been reversed, given her track record here.”

She then claims she drove with Mr. Cain to the Restaurant Association’s headquarters and was fondled by him in the car as they parked nearby.
2. She never brought criminal charges or a civil suit against him.
3. She has hired infamous media-whore, Gloria Allred, as her attorney in the matter, even though criminal charges are not possible due to the fact that the statute of limitations has expired, and any civil suit would be impossible to win without any actual evidence to support her claims.
4. She claims she told her (now former) boyfriend about the incident in 1997, yet he claims to have first heard about the accusations only two weeks prior to her public announcement this past Monday.

She kept talking as he bent to listen, and he kept saying “Uh, huh. Uh, huh.”

The “he”… is GOP presidential contender Herman Cain, who has been accused of sexual harassment by several women.
The “she”… is Chicagoan Sharon Bialek, who held a news conference Tuesday as the only woman to PUBLICLY accuse Cain of sexual harassment.

Quoth Jacobson: “I had turned on the TV to find out who was Cain’s accuser, and I almost fell over when I saw it was Sharon Bialek accusing Cain of groping her genitals.”
