According to New York state police, Allison entered the Hannaford Grocery store at St. Lawrence Plaza, grabbed a stick of pepperoni, and proceeded to rub his penis against it.

After satisfying himself, Allison placed the pepperoni back on the shelf and attempted to exit the store.

A loss prevention officer who witnessed the act over surveillance video called police and provided them with video of what had transpired.

Allison was charged with public lewdness and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is currently being held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.

David Beckman, a 64-year-old Illinois man, was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly raped his pet peacock.

According to Roselle police, detectives learned that Beckman sexually assaulted his pet peacock while he was under investigation for the indecent solicitation of a child.

Although detectives have declined to get into details about the case, a spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office has confirmed that Beckman is accused of sexually assaulting the bird.

Investigators say the bird, whose name is Phyl, was found deceased in Beckman’s garage on April 28. Detectives reported seeing the animal alive just a few days earlier while investigating the child solicitation case.

Beckman was booked into the Dupage County Jail and charged with harassment by telephone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, attempted indecent solicitation of a child between 13 and 17, cruelty to animals and two counts of battery.

He remains held in lieu of $10,000 and has been scheduled for a June 12 arraignment hearing.

The man, later identified as Griffith, was exposing his genitals in clear view of the children as he masturbated inside the car. The woman quickly got her children into the car and called 911.

Once the woman and children were inside their car, Griffith approached the woman with his genitals completely exposed and said “Damn girl, you’re fine. Do you have a man?”

Deputies arrived on the scene moments later and took Griffith into custody.

Griffith was booked into the Hernando County Jail and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious indecent exposure. His bond has been set at $30,000.

Parents of children attending a Red Hook, New York, middle school are outraged after a recent anti-bullying presentation at Linden Avenue Middle School. [...]

Parents say their daughters were told to ask one another for a kiss and they say two girls were told to stand in front of the class and pretend they were lesbians on a date.

Parent, Mandy Coon, spoke with reporters saying, “she told me, ‘Mom we all get teased and picked on enough, now I’m going to be called a lesbian because I had to ask another girl if I could kiss her.’”

Coon says parents were given no warning about the presentation and there was no opportunity to opt-out. Both the school principal and the district superintendent are defending the workshops and advising they will schedule more.

“The school is overstepping its bounds in not notifying parents first and giving us the choice,” another parent said. “I thought it was very inappropriate. That kind of instruction is best left up to the parents.”

“I was absolutely furious – really furious,” a parent who asked to remain anonymous told reporter Todd Starnes, “These are just kids. I’m dumbfounded that they found this class was appropriate.”

Superintendent Paul Finch told The Poughkeepsie Journal the presentation was “focused on improving culture, relationships, communication and self-perceptions.” [...]

The federal government is spending $152,000 to study “voice therapy” for transgenders, saying it is incumbent to being “accepted as one’s preferred gender.”

“This study will illuminate the capabilities of the human larynx and inform the relationship between voice production and perception,” states a National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant, awarded to George Washington University. “The long term goal of this research is to inform and provide new directions for Transgender (TG) voice care, thereby improving the lives of TG people who feel their voice is a great obstacle to living as their preferred gender.”

“Incomplete gender presentation can negatively impact the TG individual’s job opportunities, relationships, and social acceptance,” the study explains. “Results of this project will advance an aspect of gender transition vital to being accepted as one’s preferred gender and living a successful, healthy life.”

George Washington University received $152,500 in 2012 from the NIH’s National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders. Adrienne B. Hancock, an assistant professor at GWU, is leading the project.

According to the University, her primary research addresses “transgender voice and communication.” “She has examined transgender voice physiology as well as the psychosocial influence of voice and communication skills for transgender speakers,” her bio states.

The project will compare male-to-female transgender voices with men and women voices, judged by 100 listeners to “judge the gender” of the speech samples. Those male-to-female transgenders who pass as a female voice will be placed in a separate group and then compared to those who still sound like men.

“Like voice therapy for other populations, [transgender] voice therapy should be grounded in knowledge of the vocal mechanism of the speaker,” the grant states. “It should not resort, as it currently does, to establishing acoustic goals based exclusively on differences between normative values of two gender groups and assumed gender perception boundaries.”

The study hopes to influence voice therapy methods for transgenders by its project end date in August 2014.

Its public health relevance statement reads: “The production and perception results of this study will inform voice therapy clinical protocols for Transgender speakers who face discrimination when their voice does not match their preferred gender presentation, which limits their ability to contribute to society and live healthy, safe lives.”

Although CNSNews.com asked the NIH for comment on this particular grant, the agency’s public affairs office responded by e-mail with a general statement that read, “NIH research addresses the full spectrum of human health across all populations of Americans. Behavioral research will continue to be an important area of research supported by NIH. Seadon Henrich, a 21-year-old former animal shelter worker, was charged Thursday after he allegedly had sex with four dogs and then posted photos of the acts online.

According to police Henrich had sexual relations with four dogs at the Wake County Animal Shelter in Raleigh. The alleged sex acts reportedly took place over an 18 month period between May 2011 and November 2012.

Investigators say Henrich began working at the center as a volunteer, but was hired on as a full time employee. After leaving the agency for a brief period, Henrich reportedly returned as a volunteer who worked alone at the center during the night.

On at least four occasions, Henrich “willfully and feloniously did commit the abominable and detestable crime against nature with a dog” according to the arrest affidavit.

Henrich then allegedly took photos of himself molesting the dogs and uploaded the images to the Internet.

He was booked into the Wake County Jail and charged with four felony counts of crime against nature and three felony counts of disseminating obscenity. His bail has been set at $70,000.

A Perris man is behind bars after authorities say he crawled naked through a dog door into a neighbor’s house and demanded sex with the woman who lives there.

Philip John Garcia, 41, has pleaded not guilty to burglary, indecent exposure and being a felon in possession of a firearm. His bail is set at $130,000 because he has a prior conviction for robbery, Riverside County court records show.

According to sheriff’s officials, the woman’s husband had left for work and she was getting ready for bed about 9:30 p.m. April 10 at her home near A Street and Alpine Drive when she heard a knock on her bedroom door. The woman, who had her three large dogs with her, opened the door to find a man she recognized as her neighbor standing there completely naked. Garcia, who might have been intoxicated, basically announced that he was there to have sex with her, said Sgt. Glenn Williams.

The woman, whom Williams described as middle-aged, yelled at Garcia to get out and told him she was calling the police, he said.

Garcia left but deputies later found him at his home. Peering through his window, they saw him lying in his bed, still naked, Williams said. They ordered him to put on some clothes and come out of the house. He complied.

Deputies found a .22 caliber rifle under the bed, Williams said.

James Schiliro, mayor of Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, was arrested this past Thursday for official oppression, reckless endangerment, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, and furnishing a minor with alcohol.

Schiliro ordered a local policemen to bring him a 20-year-old male to his home. At which point Schiliro allegedly served the minor alcohol and tried to have sex with him. When the minor refused, Schiliro apparently retrieved multiple handguns, where he then proceeded to fire one of them in the minors direction as a form of intimidation.

California Congresswoman, Rep. Jackie Speier CA (D), wants to federalize a state law to prohibit counseling to change a person’s sexual orientation.

Under the bill’s language, a mental health counselor could be sanctioned if there was an attempt to get a gay individual to change his or her behavior or speak negatively about their behavior as it relates to sexuality.

The bill calls on states to prohibit efforts to change a minor’s sexual orientation, even if the minor requests it, saying that doing so is “dangerous and harmful.”

The text of the legislation doesn’t specifically ban “gay” conversion therapy. Instead, it prohibits attempts to change a person’s sexual orientation.

“Sexual orientation change efforts’ means any practices by mental health providers that seek to change an individual’s sexual orientation,” the bill says.

In regards to California state law SB 1172, which was initiated to ban conversion therapy in California, there were questions regarding the text of the bill.

“This language is so broad and vague, it arguably could include all forms of sexual orientation, including pedophilia,” said Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute. “It’s not just the orientation that is protected – the conduct associated with the orientation is protected as well.”

Who Cares If Pedophilia Is A Sexual Orientation?

It also means that, if pedophilia is a sexual orientation, that discrimination laws also apply to pedophiles. That means you cannot block a pedophile from being a preschool teacher or any other high-risk occupation.

Recently, a United States District Court Judge, William Shubb, sided with Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) by granting their plaintiffs a preliminary injunction against the legislation, which is known as California SB 1172.

“Because the court finds that SB 1172 is subject to strict scrutiny and is unlikely to satisfy this standard, the court finds that plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of their claims based on violations of their rights to freedom of speech under the First Amendment,” wrote Judge Shubb.

“This victory sends a clear signal to all those who feel they can stifle religious freedom, free speech, and the rights of parents without being contested,” said PJI President, Brad Dacus. “We at PJI are ready to fight this battle all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.

“This will be a long, grueling battle with tremendous consequences for generations to come. We are grateful to those who are willing to support us in this critical time to preserve our freedoms and protect our children,” he continued.

Thankfully, for the time being, this legislation has been blocked, but many questions still remain.

This bill establishes a dangerous precedent for normalizing the behavior of pedophiles while stripping parents of their rights and peace of mind.

One can certainly make the argument that homosexuals are “born that way,” and we generally would not dispute that. However, when we have legislators that are, by default, leaving the door open to extend the “born that way” defense to pedophiles, this crosses a very dangerous line.

Whether a pedophile is born that way or not, it still does not make their behavior acceptable in any way.

If so, then you could declare rapists are “born that way.” They can’t help that they need to rape! Poor them!

Let’s be real.

Sex between an adult and a child too young to understand what is going on is not the same thing as sex between two consenting adults.

The operative word here is “consenting.” Children – by both law and basic common sense – cannot “consent.”

What liberals conveniently ignore is the fact that all societies who participated in pedophilia – such as the Hittites, Canaanites, Greeks, and Romans – eventually caved in on themselves due to corruption and depravity.

Further, let’s not also forget that their favorite form of entertainment was watching people get torn to shreds by lions, hacked to death, and burned alive.

Recognizing sexual ‘orientation’ is walking a razor’s edge. Unlike gay-oriented legislation, pedophilia has victims who must be protected.

We don’t put pedophiles in prison to make them stop being pedophiles; we put them there because they threaten the safety of the most vulnerable people in a society.

The 34-year-old driver reportedly was taken to a hospital with injuries described as “serious.”

A Hazmat team later found a bottle containing a chemical, believed to be formaldehyde inside the car and suspect Lockett may have been combining the chemical with pot or other drugs, according to authorities.

A Vero Beach police arrest report published by TCPalm.com on Tuesday showed that when officers responded to the March 10 disturbance, Suzanne Evlarina Wasden met them and her “pants were partway down exposing her buttocks.”

“The defendant was very intoxicated,” the report stated. “The defendant had blood on her arms and shirt.”

Wasden told police that the skirmish had started when her boyfriend showed up wanting “birthday sex.”

Police spoke to a 16-year-old neighbor who said that Wasden had come to his his trailer earlier in the evening “wanting a cigarette and beer.”

“When she didn’t [get] one, she started yelling and screaming,” according to the report. The suspect allegedly began hitting the boyfriend and pushed him into some glass.

The teen “said that the defendant then started throwing papayas at them.”

At that point, Wasden reportedly pulled her jeans down and said, “Kiss my butt.”

“That was something that none of us wanted to see,” the teen explained to police.

Indian River County Sheriff’s Office records indicated that Wasden was arrested on misdemeanor disorderly intoxication charges and released on $500 bond two days later. She was scheduled appear in court on Tuesday morning.

Wasden had been previously arrested in November of 2012 and has a “Georgia peach” tattoo on her right ankle.

According to North Dakota State University police, Gullickson reportedly posted an ad on Craigslist, stating that she wished to experience a sexual fantasy that involved a mock kidnap and rape scenario.

Gullickson reportedly communicated to multiple responders that she wanted to picked up off the street, bound with duct tape and then forced to have sex. She then requested that she be dropped off at the location where she was found.

One of the ad responders agreed to Guillickson’s request and role played the fantasy with her. At the conclusion of the encounter, Gullickson promptly went to police and stated that she had been kidnapped and raped.

News of the purported rape spread across the NDSU campus, prompting police to devote a large amount of manpower and resources towards identifying a suspect in the case

When news of the investigation reached the man who agreed to role play Gullickson’s fantasy, he stepped forward to set the record straight about the incident.

Investigators tracked down Gullickson’s Craigslist ad and uncovered the email and phone number associated with it. Investigators also searched Gullickson’s iPhone, which contained so many responses to the ad, Gullickson was unable to identify which response came from the man she ultimately accused of raping her.

Guillickson also allegedly asked some of the responders to pay her $100 for the privilege of participating in the fantasy with her.

When asked why she lied to police about the alleged rape, Gullickson stated that her boyfriend forced her to report the encounter as a rape.

Gullickson was booked into the Cass County Jail and charged with providing false information to law enforcement. She pleaded guilty to the charge at her arraignment and was sentenced on the spot to a one-year suspended sentence and a year of supervised probation.

According to police, officers were dispatched to 131 W. Thomas in Wausau after witnesses called to report a woman who was naked from the waist down standing near the location.

When officers arrived on the scene, Hoen had already put her pants back on, but fled when she saw officers approaching. A male companion that was standing with Hoen also fled the scene.

Officers, who chased Hoen down, found three steaks in her purse that had been stolen from a nearby grocery store. The male companion that she was with was not captured and hasn’t been identified.

Police determined that the steaks had been stolen when the store’s manager reported that no steaks had been sold that day. Video surveillance later confirmed that Hoen and the male companion had been inside the store’s meat department earlier in the day.

Hoen, who works as a exotic dancer according to her Facebook page, was booked into jail and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest. She has been arrested twice in the past 3 months on similar charges.

The investigation is ongoing and the committee has not formally reprimanded the individual in charge, but it is being widely reported that Democratic State Representative John Fresolo is the one behind the scandal.

He allegedly sent ‘lascivious photos of his privates’ to a computer at the State House, and an aide complained to the Ethics Committee to start the investigation.

House Speaker Robert DeLeo has not confirmed any accusations in the case except that he did say there was ‘sufficient cause’ for an investigation.

‘In order to protect the integrity of the Ethics Committee investigation, Speaker DeLeo will have no further comment on this matter,’ spokesman Seth Gitell said.

Local blogs and radio hosts have taken the case further, saying that it was definitely Fresolo who sent the salacious pictures.

Though he was curt and dismissive when a reporter from The Republican newspaper called him, he did not deny the claims.

‘I’m going to hang up now, but I want you to know I am not resigning,’ he said.

This is not his first scandal, as he has a history of violence towards his family members that has put him in trouble with social services.

In 2005 he reportedly physically abused his then-13-year-old daughter, and that came nearly a decade after he was arrested for beating his then-wife in 1996. She later dropped the charges.

Blogger Michele McPhee reports that he is now on paid administrative leave, which is allegedly angering his colleagues.

‘It’s bad enough that he pulled an Anthony Weiner and had pictures of his penis on State House computers, but then he tried to get his per diem pumped up. No one puts in for 220 days of commuting and with his commute that’s a lot of money,’ a state representative told her on the condition of anonymity.

Adding a dash of irony to the case, the accusations come on the same day that the state politicians underwent ethics training.

Again, where the Hell WERE these women when I was 12?

The Other McCain offers up a very sad tale of a 42-year-old woman, an ex NFL cheerleader, who has some deep isues maybe even the dreaded Cougaritis!

Jeff Gurner at Viral Read reports the disturbing story of the woman who was arrested for making advances on a 12-year-old boy:

Elizabeth Leigh Garner, a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, was indicted last week on charges of aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for child rape.
The 42 year-old denies the allegations and told police “that she was drunk that evening and that she got the boy confused with a man that was also at the residence.”
According to the Mufreesboro police report, the boy stated“she was asking him if he had ever been with a woman,” and that Garner then touched him “on the outside of his pants” and made “an attempt to take his shorts off” while offering to “perform oral sex on him.”

Well, if being drunk were a valid defense against criminal charges, there would be a lot fewer people in prison, but given the description of her actions in the police report, does anyone buy this over-the-hill NFL cheerleader’s excuse that she was “confused”?

Confused? Or depraved? Depends on your outlook I guess. By the way how the Hell did Stacy know what I was thinking?

It is routinely expected that lots of guys reading this will react by saying, “Where were these sexually aggressive NFL cheerleaders back when I was an adolescent fantasizing about them?” We are all reminded of that famous scene in Animal House where the Playboy Bunny comes flying through the kid’s window: “Thank you, God!”

Tyree S. Carter, a 20-year-old Racine man was jailed and banned from “every library on earth” after he allegedly masturbated at a local library, in full view of staff and other patrons.

According to police, officers were called to the Racine Public Library around 10:35 a.m. on reports that a man was masturbating on the second floor of the building.

Library employees told detectives that Carter had been standing right out in the open with no attempts to conceal himself or the sexual act he was engaged in.

When officers approached Carter, he was sitting at a table reading a book. He initially denied committing the lewd act but later admitted to it and apologized for his behavior.

Carter was booked into the Racine County Jail and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct. He was released the next day.

Tyree S. Carter, 20, was allegedly caught openly masturbating in the Racine Public Library in Racine, Wisc. Wednesday morning.

The employee who spotted Carter says he was “standing in the open, not trying to conceal the act,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Journal Times.

Police say Carter ultimately admitted to the act, saying it was the first time he had done it in public.

Carter’s bond was set at $1,000, and on Thursday, he bonded out of jail on the condition that he “stay out of all the libraries on the face of the earth,” court records state.

Come on man!
