The director of public safety at Concordia University Chicago has been charged with two misdemeanors because, police say, he masturbated into a shoe belonging to a female employee of the school.

The alleged masturbator is Tim Margis, reports Oak Leaves, a local suburban newspaper.

Police say the incident occurred on Feb. 10 at approximately 9:30 p.m. somewhere on the campus of the private Lutheran school.

The unidentified female employee saw Margis, 38, leaving her office. He was buttoning up his pants, she said. He was fastening his belt.

The woman told police she asked Margis why he was in her office. He explained that he was merely checking things out because the door had been left ajar.

Later, the woman claimed, she found a mysterious “clear liquid” on the inside of one of the shoes she had left in the office.

Two days later, on Feb. 12, police detectives interviewed Margis at his home and, they say, he confessed to entering the employee’s office and leaving the “clear liquid” there.

Margis faces two charges: public indecency and disorderly conduct. Both are misdemeanors.

He is also out of a job. On Feb. 12, school officials suspended Margis and banned him from campus.

“We cooperated fully with the investigation and he was terminated on Feb. 13 for misconduct, less than 24 hours later,” Concordia spokesman Eric Matanyi told Oak Leaves.

Concordia University Chicago isn’t actually in Chicago. It’s in River Forest, a suburb one suburb over from Chicago that is filled with huge old mansions and the occasional Frank Lloyd Wright house (or Frank Lloyd Wright knockoff).

The highly religious school is affiliated with The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. The campus is dry. Students and faculty members are encouraged to attend a short chapel service each weekday.

On its website, Concordia describes itself as focused on the gospel of Jesus Christ. “The life of Christ is lived-out [sic] in countless ways at Concordia: from the classroom, to the dorm room, to the practice field, to the concert hall, our students are being formed to lead and serve with ‘integrity, creativity, competence and compassion’-all in His name.”

‘Butt-Dial’ Reveals Murder Plot To Intended Victim – Arkansas Matters

The owner of a used car dealership has been arrested after an accidental phone call to a former employee revealed his plot to kill him.

According to a report from KAIT, 68-year-old Larry Barnett, of Jonesboro, accidentally called the same former employee he was plotting to kill, while he was plotting to kill him.

Jonesboro police told KAIT that Barnett, the owner of Legend Motor Company on South Stadium Boulevard, accidentally called his employee while telling a hired killer personal information about him, including his address.

But he didn’t stop there, as he continued to describe how and why he wanted it done.

In the probable cause affidavit, Barnett told the alleged hit man, “I don’t care if you have to burn his house to the ground with him in it,” and to, “make it look like an accident,” according to the article. The intended target also reportedly heard Barnett discussing a previous attempt to murder him, but, “they couldn’t get the job done.”

Barnett also reportedly told the would-be hired killer, “I owe the little son of a ***** a bunch of money and if he’s gone, I don’t have to pay for it,” according to the article, and that he would pay the hit man $5,000 up front and “the remainder when the job was done.”

KAIT cites court documents stating that the intended target of the murder plot went to the police department to file a report, and when he returned home, police say it had been burglarized and his gas stove had been tampered with.

Barnett admitted to police that he accidentally called the former employee and discussed his phone number and address with the other man involved in the conversation.

“I’ve been here now for 25 years and I’ve never recalled a time when a subject has accidentally, if you will, ‘butt-dialed’ someone they’re either trying to commit a crime against or the possible victim of the crime,” Jonesboro Police Sergeant Doug Formon told KAIT.

Barnett’s temporary bond was set at $1 million, however in court Monday, it was lowered to $50,000.

BREITBART NEWS – Ayo Kimathi, a Department of Homeland Security employee tasked with buying guns and ammo for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, runs a racist, homophobic website called “War is on the Horizon.” He calls himself the “Irritated Genie.” The site required approval from DHS, but Kimathi did not. His former supervisor told the Southern Poverty Law Center that she was “stunned” by the site. “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me,” she said. DHS signed off on the site based on Kimathi’s description, but apparently did not bother to check the site.

Kimathi’s site calls President Obama a “treasonous mulatto scum dweller,” and an enemy of the black supremacist movement, along with Oprah, Whoopi Goldberg, and Condoleezza Rice. The site says, “warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count.” Kimathi also says that whites are attempting to “homosexualize” black men to somehow make them weaker, and therefore easier pickings for racism. He also offers helpful hints on how “Black women in the world [can] understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy.”

IRS employees have a prominent role in Obamacare, but their union wants no part of the law.

National Treasury Employees Union officials are urging members to write their congressional representatives in opposition to receiving coverage through President Obama’s health care law.

The union leaders are providing members with a form letter to send to the congressmen that says “I am very concerned about legislation that has been introduced by Congressman Dave Camp to push federal employees out of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and into the insurance exchanges established under the Affordable Care Act.”

The NTEU represents 150,000 federal employees overall, including most of the nearly 100,000 IRS workers.

Like most other federal workers, IRS employees currently get their health insurance through the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, which also covers members of Congress.

House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp offered the bill in response to reports of congressional negotiations that would exempt lawmakers and their staff from Obamacare.

“Camp has long believed every American ought to be exempt from the law, which is why he supports full repeal,” Camp spokeswoman Allie Walkersaid.

“If the Obamacare exchanges are good enough for the hardworking Americans and small businesses the law claims to help, then they should be good enough for the president, vice president, Congress and federal employees,” she also said.

“The NTEU represents Internal Revenue Service employees who have the responsibility to enforce much of the health insurance law, especially in terms of collecting the taxes and distributing subsidies that finance the whole system,” said Paul Kersey, director of Labor Policy at the Illinois Policy Institute.

“IRS agents will also collect data and apply penalties for those who fail to comply with many of Obamacare’s requirements,” Kersey said.

Fired Employee To Slap Zimmerman Prosecutors With Whistleblower Lawsuit – The Blaze

A former employee of Florida State Attorney Angela Corey’s office will file a whistleblower lawsuit against the prosecutors in the George Zimmerman murder trial, Reuters reports. Zimmerman was recently acquitted of all charges in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Ben Kruidbos, Corey’s former director of information technology, was fired after testifying at a June 6 pre-trial hearing that prosecutors failed to turn over potentially embarrassing evidence from Martin’s cell phone to the defense. Prosecutors are required to disclose such evidence to the defense under evidence-sharing laws.

“We will be filing a whistleblower action in (Florida’s Fourth Judicial District) Circuit Court,” Wesley White, Kruidbos’ attorney, told Reuters. He said the lawsuit will be filed within the next 30 days.

The action will put pressure on Corey, who already faces criticism from some legal experts for the unsuccessful prosecution of the case, which led to the acquittal of Zimmerman for shooting unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman’s defense has also called for sanctions against her and her prosecution team.

Corey and lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda declined to comment. A spokeswoman for Corey referred Reuters to Kruidbos’ termination letter, previously made public, in which Corey’s office accused him of hacking confidential information from state computers.

The six-page letter, dated July 11, charges Kruidbos with “deliberate, willful and unscrupulous actions” that make him untrustworthy and calls his questioning of de la Rionda’s actions regarding the cell phone evidence “a shallow, but obvious, attempt to cloak yourself in the protection of the whistleblower law.”

Corey told Reuters on Monday that her office “adhered to the highest standards of ethical behavior.”

“Trial law requires prosecutors to share evidence with defense attorneys, especially if it helps exonerate defendants. The requirement is known as the Brady disclosure,” the report adds.

Judge Debra Nelson has not ruled whether the Zimmerman prosecution committed any Brady violations by not handing over the evidence from Martin’s cellphone.

An East St. Louis councilwoman and her boyfriend were charged for beating an elderly employee at Best Buy this week.

It’s considered normal procedure by most to be asked for your receipt while leaving a busy store like Best Buy with expensive items. But Latoya Greenwood, 38, didn’t take kindly to the request.

Police say she began shouting obscenities at the 61-year-old Fairview Heights Best Buy employee at the exit door. Her husband got into the act and smacked the man across the face, sending him down to the ground while his wife didn’t flinch and kept the curse words flying.

The husband, 39-year-old Hickey Thompson, is charged with felony aggravated battery and is held on $20,000 bond. Greenwood is charged with disorderly conduct.

A former metro-east football star was charged with aggravated battery, a class 3 felony, Thursday by the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office following an incident at Best Buy in Fairview Heights.

According to police, Hickey D. Thompson, who earned a mention in Sports Illustrated as the star of Althoff Catholic High School’s football teams that won back-to-back state championships in 1989 and 1990, allegedly hit a Best Buy employee in the face during an altercation at about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday. The employee was identified in court records as Gary Thompson.

Hickey Thompson’s companion, Latoya N. Greenwood, an East St. Louis councilwoman, was issued a ticket for disorderly conduct, a class C misdemeanor. Greenwood works at East St. Louis School District 189.
