It should be generally understood at this point that the entire point of the long-running “global warming” gag is for tiny centralized bodies of officials to gain control over industrialized economies and engage in global wealth redistribution. The damage to the quality of life for millions of people in underdeveloped economies is collateral damage, and the end of the agenda is complete control over “the environment” (that is to say, all the human beings in it).
So when the IPCC came out with their revised-down statement that they are “95% certain” that mankind is responsible for (non-existent) global warming, then we should recognize that they are no longer even saying how much global warming there is. That is to say, none, despite the surge in CO2 emissions (except for the U.S., which has been cutting per capita emissions since 2000).
It’s as if climate never changed before man was around, which is ludicrous; but nonetheless people believe it out of intellectual laziness and on the word of so-called scientific “experts,” who have become paid government employees who all of a sudden have no doubt whatsoever about the complex science of climatology – even though their computer models fail over and over again. Heck, they can’t even get the weather right, let alone the climate forecasts.
The prime directives of the environmentalists is as follows:
* Never admit false information
* Don’t ever give the long-term climate context
* Never say how you can fix the problem of climate variability
* Always blame mankind for the behavior of nature
* Claim more economic control is needed
* Demand more money to “fix” the problem
So the ultimate question is this: If politicians are willing to confabulate about the “science” of global warming, what else are they willing to lie about? Wars? Economy? Ask yourself that question as you’re turning power over you life to a bunch of unelected officials and impudent bureaucrats
If this needs to be spelled out, check out Forbes’ article about Barbara Boxer’s own climate panel contradicting her own claims and President Obama’s imperious statement, “I don’t have much patience for people who deny climate change.” Yes, climate changes – we all know that. Here is what Forbes wrote about the awkward exchange:
During yesterday’s Environment and Public Works hearings, Sen. David Vitter asked a panel of experts, including experts selected by Boxer, “Can any witnesses say they agree with Obama’s statement that warming has accelerated during the past 10 years?” [...]
After several seconds of deafening silence, global warming activist Heidi Cullen, who formerly served as a meteorologist for the Weather Channel, attempted to change the subject. Cullen said our focus should be on longer time periods rather than the 10-year period mentioned by Obama. When pressed, however, she contradicted Obama’s central assertion and said warming has slowed, not accelerated.
Fine, we’ll focus on longer than just the ten-year (actually, fifteen year) period. In addition to the graphic above, pulled from the “denier” website WattsUpWithThat?</A, there’s also the matter of the infamous “hockey stick” of Michael Mann, which erases the Medieval Warming Period in Europe and past epochs of warmer climates:
It’s almost like climate “changes,” no matter what human beings do. Politicians, however, never change.
