Oh Stacy McCain, having fun at the expense of Amanda Marcotte, who  like so many Feminists, suffers from Eternal Bitternes Syndrome. Stacy’s annual “Offend a Feminist Week” is underway, so he, and other bloggers like me for example, are having fun mocking the hysterical, emotionally womyn like Marcotte

What did Mitt say to provoke Marcotte’s bizarre rant? He simply gave this advice to college seniors: “If you meet someone you love, get married. Have a quiver-full of kids if you can.” But Amanda Marcotte hates babies. She is such a bloodthirsty enthusiast for abortion that one imagines that she would have paid Kermit Gosnell for the opportunity to come to his clinic and help kill babies.

Amanda Marcotte is not “pro-choice.” She is pro-death.

Did I mention that this is National Offend a Feminist Week? Many other blogs have joined in recognition of this fifth annual event:

• That Mr. G Guy, who called our attention to Marcotte’s deranged “eugenics” idiocy.
• Chris Wysocki exposes the myth of the “pay gap.”
• Doug Hagin at Daley Gator, who understands that nothing offends feminists as much as beauty.
• Bob Belvedere, who brings the Shake, Rattle and Roll.

What sane person, male or female, could admire the heartless, hateful ideology of cruelty that Amanda Marcotte represents? Over the years, I have occasionally been forced to cope with silly arguments from silly people who think there is some kind of “moderate” or “mainstream” feminism — even, God help us, “conservative feminism” — but what these people don’t understand is that feminism is what it has always been, a radical doctrine of the extreme Left.

One final thought about angry Feminuts like Marcotte. they do not want to empower women. Any woman who thinks or says anything that deviates from approved Feminist propaganda is attacked and ridiculed by the likes of Marcotte. Feminists like Marcotte hate men, and hate to see normal relations between men and women. Feminists like Marcotte want to control women through their propaganda, and to control men through guilt trips. In short, Feminism is just another tool for Far-Left Statists to use to control people.

Out -A Day of Prayer. In- A Day of “Reason”

Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx, who President Barack Obama tapped Tuesday to be the next transportation secretary, just declared Thursday “A Day of Reason” in his home city, and asked Charlotte’s citizens to observe the day.

May 2 is traditionally the National Day of Prayer, a government-designated religious event designed to encourage people to “turn to God in prayer and meditation.”

But Foxx argued in his proclamation May 2 was better served as A Day of Reason because “the application of reason, more than any other means, has proven to offer hope for human survival on Earth.”

Several current and former lawmakers have also expressed their support for the day, including Rep. Michael Honda, D-Calif., Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton, D-D.C., and former Rep. Pete Stark, D-Calif.

Now, ask yourself this. If a Republican suggested we replace a “Day of Reason” with a “Day of prayer” would Democrats be OK with it? Or would they raise Hell and scream for “tolerance”?

The ongoing war against God

There are certain truths in life, maybe I will make a list of them one day, kind of like Rush Limbaugh did years ago, but for now, allow me to focus on just one of these truths. Leftists HATE God. Yes, I know any Leftist reading this will howl in outrage. They will say that they merely wish to keep the “separation” of church and state that our Founders placed in the Constitution. Of course, the fact that there is no such separation never stops Leftists, and Liberals, who are just Leftists in training from finding it. And, sadly, enough Leftists judges have also found, or rather imagined, or maybe invented is a better term, such a constitutional standard.

Now, you might be thinking that just because the Left gets the Constitution wrong does not necessarily mean that they hate God. And I would agree, if, and this is a massive if, the Left did not spend so much time trying to use that imaginary clause in the Constitution to stamp out every last mention of God in the public realm. The sad fact is that wherever you can find a  display of the Ten Commandments in a school, or a public park, or a courthouse, you will find an outraged Atheist speed dialing the ACLU, or some other Left wing organization. The sad fact is that these same miscreants have done their level best to erase Christmas displays anywhere. In an odd twist, these  very same Intolerants will gladly tell you that Santa Claus, and Christmas Trees are NOT Christian symbols, but rather pagan, or secular symbols of the “Winter Solstice”, or whatever generic name they are currently using for CHRISTmas! But, let a city put Santa and his reindeer up in a city park, or let a school have a Christmas party, or even dare to have red and green cups and napkins at that party and the same freak shows will be screaming to high Heaven. Come on, make up your minds already.

Again, the excuse often used for waging war on cup cakes with the dreaded red or green icing at a school party, or for raising hell over a manger scene or a Christmas Tree in the local library, is that someone might be, hold your breath, offended! The right not to be offended is another right found in the Constitution according to Leftist’s deluded mind. Of course that right against having your feelings hurt only protects Leftist whiners and agitators from offense. Every one else, A.K.A. Normal Americans are not protected. Odd isn’t it? The Left will argue passionately about fairness and equality, until something they do offends a normal American. then the “right not to be offended” morphs into the right to fuck off and die.

For those still not convinced that the Left hates God let me give you on more item to ruminate on. The Left  wraps itself up in the first amendment, especially the freedom of speech part. It also wraps itself up in the “community”. Leftists are always talking about community, the Black Community, the Hispanic Community, the LGBT Community, this community that community. But let the Normal American Community express themselves by putting up a war memorial in a city park that dares to mention God in any way, even if that is just a simple cross, and the same Leftists are there to try to take that memorial down.

So, the Left loves fairness, and equality, they hate when anyone is offended, they love freedom of expression, and “community”, as long as it benefits their agenda. And in this case erasing public mentions or displays of Christianity IS the sole agenda. So, what else can we assume here but that Leftists hate God. But, why do they hate God? Why would radical Atheists be so vehement about forcing everyone else to submit to their beliefs? Note, I said radical Atheists because most Atheists really do not give a flip about a Santa Claus in a park. They do not believe, and do not have time to worry about your beliefs, which is fine with me. So, again the question. Why do Leftists hate God? Well, because they hate liberty and individualism.

Think of America. Is there a greater target for Leftist hate than America? Is there a nation more maligned among Leftists than America? The answer is no. And, when you dissect all the protests against America, you find a common theme. The hatred of liberty. And where does liberty, as honored in America come from? Liberty comes from God. The American ideal is that we are created with certain rights. These rights have a source, and that source is God. Nothing will agitate a Leftists more than any value system that dares challenge their core ideal, that rights are NOT individual rights. Leftists hold that rights are collective, and that these rights come not from God, but from government. And as the source of these collective rights, government can restrict, limit, or take certain rights at will.

So it comes down to a basic, fundamental issue. If the Individualists are right, then God is the source of our rights, and those rights are inherently OURS. If Individualists are correct, then government does not have the authority to give, take, or restrict these natural rights. To a Leftist/Collectivist, the source of all our rights is government, and all those right are collective. Leftists can never form their Utopian State as long as we, the people recognize God as the source of our liberty. So, for that Utopia to grow God must go. That is why Leftists hate God.

I think the Founders would approve

To those who will argue that I should use more “respectful” language I would pose one question. Do those miscreants seeking to deprive Americans of the right of self-defense have “respect” for our rights, or for the Constitution? Do they respect the truth when they deliberately lie about the number of times Americans use firearms to defend themselves? Do they respect honest debate when they seek to ram through legislation that would limit, or eliminate entirely my God-given natural rights? Do they show me any respect when they paint me, and other gun owners as nuts? Do they show us respect when they falsely seek to blame us for horrific tragedies like Newtown? The answer is no. So, why do I owe tyrants, seeking to rob my natural rights any damned respect?

Toure: I am so happy it was legal for me and my girl to have our baby killed in the womb

Because a baby could have gotten in the way of his career or something. What a miserable piece of filth!

“In some ways that choice saved my life,” Toure said.

He said he was extremely thankful abortion was an option because wasn’t ready to be a dad and going through with the pregnancy would have just made “a mess of three lives” because she “wasn’t the one.”

“I thank God and country that when I fell into a bad situation, abortion was there to save me and keep me on a path toward building a strong family I have now. And I pray that safety net stays in place,” Toure said.

Being able to choose to have an abortion makes for a “stronger America,” he concluded.

Gee I guess making a “mess” of their lives never occurred to them BEFORE they made a baby? But, Hell, consequences are like sooooo inconvenient! I mean how could Toure have ever become the bottom feeding junior race pimp in training if he had to take responsibility for the life he helped create? Bottom line is this. People like Toure are evil, sorry it is true. They place their convenience over the sanctity of human life. Such  moral retardation does not make Toure a thinker or introspective, and it damn sure does not make him a person who respects women. One more point, it is odd that a man so obsessed with his own skin color would go on TV and celebrate the killing of an innocent little Black baby. A baby denied the ultimate right because it was unfortunate enough to be created by two self-absorbed people.

We should all be seriously pissed when a normal five-year-old is ordered to undergo a psych evaluation for the crime of playing like five-year-olds have been playing forever.

This is, folks a symptom of the Leftism in our schools. It is not all in biased textbooks, or biased teachers. It is in the school policies, that are written, seemingly, by Communist indoctrinators. Schools are teaching our kids that violence is always bad, yes, including self-defense. We are teaching them that guns are always evil, that even mentioning the word gun is dangerous, and abnormal. Sort of like we have been teaching them that saying the word Jesus, or God is offensive and unwelcome. In fact, it seems that the agenda is more about erasing every last vestige of American culture, and our history is now deemed offensive, dangerous, and well, to use a word  a little kid might use, icky! This is not what schools ought to be doing, and if that does not upset you, or make you angry, then you ought to re-examine your view of things.

We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs. It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one. If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that’s raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It’s not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it’s the same for everybody. But that’s not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won’t exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby – and my family – are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don’t like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.

Look, I will put it very simply, if we do not support them now, it will be us next!

The purpose of this message is to clarify NSDAR’s position on the matter for anyone who has not previously viewed the blogs written by President General Merry Ann T. Wright.

First, the question was posed by a national media group that if the motto of DAR is God, Home and Country, then “…why is DAR taking out references to God…” in its printed material. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, as currently written, the 113 page Ritual and Missal contains over 300 references to “Almighty God,” “Great God our King” (America hymn), “Our Heavenly Father,” “Heavenly Father,” “God of Hosts,” “God,” “Lord,” “Eternal God,” “Your Holy Spirit,” “Lord your God,” “Gracious Lord,” “Almighty and Everlasting God,” “Gracious Father,” and similar variations.

Second, the allegation has been leveled that Chaplains and others have been told not to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, this is an absolute falsehood. Each Chaplain and other officers are strongly encouraged to create their own prayers into which they may insert the name of Jesus Christ as deemed appropriate for the occasion and the audience. Good Freaking Grief! Here we go again six-year-old child told to remove “God” from her Veterans Day poem

Because, I suppose, we are all supposed to bend over backwards, and stick our heads up our asses so as not offend some overly sensitive Atheist whiner!

The girl is a first-grader at West Marion Elementary School. She was supposed to read the poem during a school assembly marking Veteran’s Day. The poem honored her two grandfathers who had served during the Vietnam War.

“He prayed to God for peace, he prayed to God for strength,” the poem read.

A parent reportedly found out about the poem and expressed concern about mentioning the word God during a school event. The parent did not want the Almighty’s name mentioned anywhere in the program, according to one account.

“We wanted to make sure we were upholding the school district’s responsibility of separation of church and state from the Establishment Clause,” Supt. Gerri Martin told the McDowell News. 

Martin told the newspaper she made the decision in consultation with the school’s principal and vice principal.

“We jointly decided that we must err on the side of caution to prevent crossing the line on the Establishment Clause of the Constitution,” Kirkpatrick told the newspaper. “As a principal of a public school, I must put aside my personal religious beliefs and follow the law — which upholds that we have freedom of speech and freedom of religion, but that we, as public schools, cannot endorse one single religion over another.”

Wait, what? The words were not the school, our the Congress, they were the words of that particular child. And, to be brutally honest, her words came no where close to endorsing any specific religion. Many religions speak of God don’t they? Look what we have become here folks. A nation of whiners who get their way because too many of us are afraid of offending them. This case is asinine. Now had the school instructed kids to write a poem praising or thanking God, that would be too much because it would violate that child’s religious freedom. But this child CLEARLY has every right to say, write, and use the word God. Once more the right’s of an American are trampled so as to protect some imagined right to never be offended.

America, unlike every other nation in History, was founded on a set of ideas. They were based on the wisdom gathered over the millennia and absorbed by The Founding Fathers. That modern Americans are willing to deny the legitimacy of such ideas when shamed into feeling guilty about holding them by people who want to destroy everything we stand for is a sign of a people gone soft.

Political Correctness is nothing but a tactic straight out of the Leftist Playbook that seeks to undermine our confidence in our capacity to reason. It aims to sow self-doubt. It often works because it plays on the natural human tendency of people brought up in a Judeo-Christian Culture to feel guilt [PC-inspired guilt is misplaced guilt; the only guilt we should feel is when we disappoint God].

Could This Be One Explanation?

We are perishing in an orgy of PC-based guilt and unless we resolve to cast this misplaced guilt into the depths of the oblivion it deserves, we shall be consumed by it and overrun by America’s enemies [most likely, the Left].

Law enforcement officials have been made aware that convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin appears to be engaged in an attempt to intimidate me into being silent about his sordid criminal history.

Appropriate precautions have been take to ensure the safety of my family and others who might be endangered if Kimberlin resorts to violence to accomplish his malicious purposes. At the urging of concerned friends, we have vacated our former residence and I am now blogging from a secret location which Kimberlin will be unable to discover or reach. Nevertheless, we sincerely ask for intercessory prayer, that God will send angels to guard us in this grave crisis.

In fact, this crisis is an answer to prayer: My wife and I had been contemplating whether to leave Maryland, and had asked that God would give us a sign. Guess we got what we prayed for — unexpectedly!

Nevertheless, my sudden relocation — The Mother of All Road Trips, as it were — will involve large expenses.  We will have to rent a new house, pay people to pack up the belongings at our former residence, and move everything to the new location.

Planned Parenthood is, once again, pimping themselves out for Mother’s Day, because nothing celebrates mothers like killing 300,000 babies every year. Stacy McCain writes today about how the irony of this escapes Planned parenthood.

Do they lack a sense of irony? Or have no sense of shame?

As families across the nation gather to celebrate Mother’s Day, others will gather to support the abortion industry. Never one to miss a fundraising opportunity, a New York affiliate of Planned Parenthood is hosting a Mother’s Day brunch to support the clinic. . . .
This is not Planned Parenthood’s first attempt to raise money through Mother’s Day. Year after year, the abortion giant encourages supporters to donate on behalf of their mothers. . . .
The organization responsible for the death of over300,000 children annually has no right to be raising money in honor of mothers. Abortion steals motherhood from women.

Remember this: If you were born after 1973, the Supreme Court of the United States has declared your life utterly worthless, without value, and deserving of no legal protection. That you are even alive to read this is therefore proof that God had some purpose for your life.

Why don’t you think about that? Ask yourself whether you, having miraculously survived despite the hatred of those who viewed your life with such vicious contempt, have a duty — indeed, an obligation of sacred honor — to speak up on behalf of those yet unborn.

A pretty compelling argument isn’t it? Most of us, even if we are pro-life, do not focus as much attention on it as we ought to. Some of us likely think that the issue is too polarizing. We feel that no matter what we say, no matter how much medical evidence we provide, that we will never change the other side’s minds. For others, perhaps the topic is too personal, or upsetting to discuss. Maybe some feel that until we get a Supreme Court decision reversing Roe V Wade, we are pretty much stuck in limbo.

I spent a lot of hours debating the issue of abortion on political forums years before I started writing columns in 1996. Then I spent many of my columns debating the same issue. When I started blogging in 2008, I still focused on the issue a lot. It seems I have written and posted about it less and less, yet, I am still as passionately against abortion on demand as ever. I am still as appalled as ever by the evil deeds that Planned Parenthood facilitates every day. It is sickening that these leeches get tax payer dollars. Several states have tried to stop funding for Planned Parenthood, including my state of Texas. Team Obama, of course, is dead set against states exercising their sovereignty on the issue. If Obamacare survives and becomes law, abortion “rights” will be a big part of it.

The oddest thing, to me, is that the Left mocks the Right as not believing in science. Now that claim is absurd, but even more inane is that the Left refuses allow any science into this debate. For me it is simple. The entire issue should come down to one thing, whether or not a human being is killed by abortion. Medical science provides a very clear answer to the question, and that answer is something Planned parenthood does not want to let women know about. This is why they rail against laws requiring the mother have an ultrasound before getting an abortion. 

The claims from the Left is that ultrasounds are invasive, and amount to rape would be laughable if they were not being used to defend the industry of infanticide that Planned Parenthood is knee-deep in. Planned Parenthood opposes these laws because these laws would fully inform the mother to be. As much as the Left loves to use the pro-choice line, informed choices are the very last thing they want women making. Like I said before depravity is bad, but celebrating it and profiting from it? Evil!

I answered that dead terrorists are a good thing, it makes the world a better place frankly. I do not think this person grasped my feelings. For me it is simple, terrorists are evil. Yes, evil IS real, it does not matter if you believe in God or not, evil exists. Child molesters are evil. Rapists, serial killers, they are EVIL. Stalin? Mao? Hitler? Che? Pol Pot? EVIL! Live Leak – More than than 4000 people from police and teachers to monks and children have been killed in the past 7 years by Muslims in southern Thailand, but hardly a word in the mainstream media. In Southern Thailand Muslim gunmen continue killing and threatening innocent citizens. The Muslim insurgents have threatened to kill 20 teachers and have distributed fliers that said, “WANTED: 20 Deaths of Buddhist teachers.” Muslim terrorists object to the education system which teaches Buddhist culture that is not acceptable in Islam. The attacks are intended to force Buddhists to leave the region because Muslims want to create an independent Muslim nation in the three southern provinces.

In 2000, I went on a cruise, and one of the bartenders was a beautiful girl from Indonesia. Not surprisingly, I spent quite a bit of time at her bar. We talked a lot, and I asked her about Indonesia, and if she missed it. I will never forget her answer. She told me that her country was beautiful, filled with wonderful people, but, that she would never return. You see, Indonesia had been ruined for her, by Muslims. It was not safe anymore, it was not home anymore. Radical Islam had ruined it, so, this young woman and her husband, yeah, all the pretty Asian girls are taken I guess, had their homeland stolen, by a twisted, perverse radicalism disguised as a religion. I think of that pretty girl often, and I try to imagine what it would be like to lose my country, to lose my liberty that God blessed me, and all of us with, and I shudder. That will never happen, because I will never yield my liberties. To do so would be an insult to God, and to those who founded this nation. You see Patrick Henry had it right. And as long as enough of us hold his words to our hearts, we will not lose our liberty!

After his roommate and his girlfriend were robbed by armed men in ski masks, Benjamin Portman of Washington, DC became sufficiently alarmed to attend a community meeting on skyrocketing local violence. There he asked why bureaurats make it all but impossible for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves by exercising the Second Amendment.

Paul Quander, the District’s deputy mayor for public safety and justice, responded that crime victims should give the criminals what they want. Mr. Portman protested, saying, “But how do you know you’re going live and survive? You’re completely at their mercy.”

Mr. Quander thinks victimhood is preferable to self-defense. “The problem is, if you are armed, it escalates the situation,” Mr. Quander told residents. “It is much better, in my opinion, to be scared, to be frightened, and even if you have to be, to be injured, but to walk away and survive. You’ll heal, and you can replace whatever was taken away.”

Or at least, if they choose not to kill you for kicks you’ll survive. The God-given right of self-defense never comes into it from the statist point of view.

Leftists see people as cattle,incapable of doing anything for themselves. The fondest desire of Leftists is for us all to be completely reliant upon government, big Leftist government of course, for EVERYTHING. and that includes protection. The Leftist has no use at all for individuals defending themselves. That sets a bad example for the rest of the “cattle” you see.

A Colorado doctor with a concealed-weapon permit said he grabbed his gun and guarded an exit at a medical building as dozens of people fled from a gunman who had taken two hostages.

Authorities in Colorado Springs said the hostages were released before police shot and fatally wounded the gunman Tuesday. No one else was hurt.

Gee,why would the media leave out the armed citizen helping to save lives? HMMMM
