Roger Ailes: Obama Is Lazy, Biden Dumb As an Ashtray

Well, I do not know about that Biden crack I think ash trays might have higher IQ’s

Fox News chief Roger Ailes says President Barack Obama is “lazy’’ and claims the commander-in-chief “never worked a day in his life,’’ a controversial new book claims.

Ailes also takes shots at Vice President Joe Biden, saying, “he’s as dumb as an ashtray,” and at Newt Gingrich, who he says is a “sore loser.”

“Obama’s the one who never worked a day in his life. He never earned a penny that wasn’t public money,’’ Ailes said, according to Chafets.

“How many fundraisers does he attend every week? How often does he play basketball and golf? I wish I had that kind of time. … He’s lazy, but the media won’t report that.” 

Ouch! What he says is true though. What jobs has Obama held? And no, community organizing agitating does not count

 

Yeah, about that Karl Rove Super-Pac

Let’s face it folks, too many big names, like Karl Rove, care more about their $$$ than moving Conservatism forward. It is not really about doing what is best for the country, it is about establishing, then preserving their place in the pecking order. There are some very dedicated Conservatives out there that put principles over politics, and personal fame. Many of those are bloggers. And yes, bloggers can engage in self-promotion, nothing wring with that. It is when self-promotion starts to dictate what you say or write that it becomes problematic, can you hear me Ann Coulter?. And, most bloggers I link and like are more concerned with helping the country than helping themselves. I am honored to be amongst those who do this every day, each in their own way, not as much for themselves, but for America.

Another blogger who I think balances self-promotion with sincere patriotism is Stacy McCain, and he has some solid advice on how to deal with Karl Rove and his Super-Pac

 

Until we get down to cases — in a clear-cut situation where a Republican primary pits a solid conservative against a Establishment RINO type hand-picked by Karl Rove — there’s no point getting all angry or frightened about it. Look for an opportunity to beat one of Rove’s picks, to teach the Establishment a lesson, but in the meantime, keep your powder dry.

Great advice. I had my fill of White Board Rove a while back. I always distrust people who seem to be concerned with pimping themselves than anything else. That and Rove always struck as one of those people that gets way too much credit for greatness. One of those people that makes you ask yourself “How in the Hell did they get where they’re at?”

Stacy McCain also notes that one of the critics of Rove is Newt Gingrich. Newt? Really, I guess Dede Scozzafava is just a distant memory, sort of like Newt’s wedding vows to his first wife.

Yep, that sums it up for me. I know a lot of “political insiders” and pundits were concerned that the infighting of the campaign would hurt party unity, but that was never a realistic concern for me.The Right, all of us, will unite behind Romney, and now it is our duty to do everything we can to get Mitt Romney elected in November.

Whether he was your guy at the outset or not is of no consequence now. It is either Romney or Obama, and Romney is far better qualified than Obama. The Left will launch everything they have, every smear, half-truth, and dirty trick. It will be up to us to shoot those attacks down.

So, now, the real fight begins. Lets go!

Newt, politics is like poker, you have to know when to fold. That time for you is now. Well, actually it has been for weeks now, but still, Newt, give it up. Id dor no other reason than to shut a certain blogger up.

If you haven’t been reading this blog regularly, you may have been shocked by Newt’s confession today on Fox News Sunday:

“Unfortunately, our guys tried to match Romney,” Gingrich said of the Florida match-up. “It turned out, we didn’t have anything like his capacity to raise money.”
Gingrich said he has a little less than $4.5 million in campaign debt, and he’s operating on a shoestring budget.

I was there when it happened, although nobody realized it at the time, and it took another seven weeks to learn the truth.

On Feb. 21, the day after his January FEC report became available, I said Gingrich’sspending was “unsustainable,” and when his February report became public March 20, I said he was bankrupt.

Oh Newt, this is why I never wanted you in this race. I knew, or at least I had a good idea that your massively over-inflated ego would stop you from getting out when you should, sadly, I was right.

“He has reversed his position on the environment. On the questions of whether or not we should ban abortion. On health care, very clearly. And usually, I will say this, usually when a politician shifts position to a certain group, they don’t mind. People are very tolerant of people who flip towards them,” Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) said of Mitt Romney on MSNBC’s “Martin Bashir” program.”But Mitt Romney has been so obvious in his absolute lack of principle that even the people who he temporarily says I agree with you, are not reassured because they understand that when the wind blows, there he will go again. There’s also in Mitt Romney and people don’t fully intend — there is a meanness at his core,” Frank observed. “You know, he ran ads — I never thought i would feel some sympathy for Newt Gingrich but Mitt Romney with enormous amounts of money at his beck and call from people who want him to treat them right and protect their riches has run the most relentlessly savage campaign against anybody who dared get in his way. He ran an abusive personal campaign against Senator Kennedy. He ran a demeaning personal campaign against a first-rate woman who ran against him for Governor, Shannon O’Brien. When he wanted to be governor, he undercut the then-Republican governor, Jane Swift. He has a record of being very abusive toward women politicians if he has to be. So with all this planned image of his, you will not find a more devoted practitioner of the most vicious aspect in a record of politics than Mitt Romney,” Frank opined.
