Leftist Union Parasites Threaten To Rape Company Manager’s Daughter, Hurl Racial Slurs At Security Officer

Union Thugs Threaten To Rape Company Manager’s Daughter, Hurl Racial Slurs At Security Officer – Weasel Zippers

Typical union goon behavior.

.

.
Via Red State:

In the latest development of a more than year-long labor dispute in Vancouver, the National Labor Relations Board has accused picketers of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) Local 4 of a multitude of horrific acts which include violence, threats of rape and implied harm to children, as well as racial slurs toward company security officers.

These acts, according to The Oregonian include the pinning of a security officer’s legs under a moving vehicle, blocking drivers’ vision and causing permanent eye injury to a security officer, reckless pursuit of company vans, as well as threatening a manager’s daughter with rape and “implied threats to harm a manager’s children by telling him they would ‘see his children at school’ and asking, ‘are (his) children okay today?’”

The labor dispute began in February 2013, when United Grain Corporation – a wheat exporter that runs a terminal in Vancouver, Washington – locked out 44 ILWU workers following six months of “fruitless negotiations” and after an ILWU member allegedly sabotaged the company’s equipment. [...]

In addition to the acts alleged by the NLRB, the union has used religious leaders to accuse the company of sins, “including the sin of ‘theft in stealing the right to work,’ the sin of ‘heartlessness in failing to acknowledge the humanity of their workers’ and the sin of “manipulation in hiring replacement workers who need the money.’”

Leftist Parasites In Congress Introduce Bill To End Death Penalty For Treason, War Crimes, Assassinations

Liberal Democrats Introduce Bill To End Death Penalty For Treason – Weasel Zippers

.

.
Obama off the hook?

Via The Hill:

Rep. Donna Edwards (D-Md.) and seven other Democrats have proposed legislation that would eliminate the possibility of imposing the death penalty for a range of federal offenses, including several categories of murder and crimes against the government like treason and espionage.

The Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act, H.R. 3741, would end the death penalty for assassination or kidnapping that results in the death of the president or vice president, and also ends it for the murder of a member of Congress.

Under the bill, the death penalty could no longer be used to punish people for using a weapon of mass destruction, or murder done via torture, child abuse, war crimes, aircraft hijackings, sexual abuse, bank robberies or the willful wrecking of a train.

Using chemical or biological materials to kill could also no longer result in the death penalty, nor could deaths related to treason or espionage. The death or injury of an unborn child could not result in the death penalty either.

Death of state or local law enforcement officials, using the mail to kill, kidnapping and killing people to stop them from testifying could no longer lead to the death penalty, nor could the use of firearms or armor piercing ammunition during any crime of violence.

Welfare Parasites Ransack WalMarts After Glitch Affords Them Unlimited EBT Purchasing Power

Walmart Shelves In Springhill, Mansfield, Cleared In EBT glitch – KSLA

Shelves in Walmart stores in Springhill and Mansfield, LA were reportedly cleared Saturday night, when the stores allowed purchases on EBT cards even though they were not showing limits.

The chaos that followed ultimately required intervention from local police, and left behind numerous carts filled to overflowing, apparently abandoned when the glitch-spurred shopping frenzy ended.

Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd confirms they were called in to help the employees at Walmart because there were so many people clearing off the shelves. He says Walmart was so packed, “It was worse than any black Friday” that he’s ever seen.

.

Lynd explained the cards weren’t showing limits and they called corporate Walmart, whose spokesman said to let the people use the cards anyway. From 7 to 9 p.m., people were loading up their carts, but when the cards began showing limits again around 9, one woman was detained because she rang up a bill of $700.00 and only had .49 on her card. She was held by police until corporate Walmart said they wouldn’t press charges if she left the food.

Lynd says at 9 p.m., when the cards came back online and it was announced over the loud speaker, people just left their carts full of food in the aisles and left.

“Just about everything is gone, I’ve never seen it in that condition,” said Mansfield Walmart customer Anthony Fuller.

Walmart employees could still be seen putting food from the carts away as late as Sunday afternoon. “I was just thinking, I’m so glad my mom doesn’t work here [Walmart] anymore, that’s the only thing I could think about, those employees working, that would have to restock all that stuff,” said O.J Evans who took cell phone video of the overflowing shopping carts at the Mansfield Walmart.

.

.

Evans believes it was natural human reaction that led people to fill up their carts during the glitch, but Walmart shoppers Stan and Judy Garcia feel very differently. “That’s plain theft, that’s stealing that’s all I got to say about it,” said Garcia.

Lynd says contrary to rumors, nobody was unruly or arrested and they were mainly there to help prevent shoplifting and theft.

A dispatcher for Mansfield police also confirms officers were called in for crowd control at the Mansfield Walmart. She said the shelves were cleared out, forcing Walmart to stop selling food at 9 p.m. There were no arrests.

There was, however, a huge mess left behind. Pictures and videos obtained by KSLA News 12 show aisles packed with shoppers emptying the shelves in Springhill. Another video shows what appear to be at least dozens of overflowing carts left abandoned in the aisles at the Mansfield store, against the backdrop of emptied shelves in the meat department.

.

.

It all happened at the end of a day in which the EBT system went down in several states, including Louisiana. Xerox, a vendor for the EBT system, experienced a power outage while conducting a routine backup test in one of the company’s locations. While the system was back up Saturday night, it appears that it was not functioning entirely properly in some areas.

Kayla Whaling, a spokesperson for Walmart, tells KSLA News 12 that the company was “fully engaged and monitoring the situation and transactions during the outage.”

“We did make the decision to continue to accept EBT cards (and purchases on WIC and SNAP) during the outage so that they could get food for their families.”

Asked whether Walmart would be taking the loss on any food purchased on the cards that did not show limits, or on the perishable food left behind in carts, Whaling would only say that “we monitored transactions during the outage.”

A spokesperson for the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services says they take all allegations of potential fraud seriously, they are aware of the reports and they will be investigating.

Leftist, Neo-Nazi Parasites Suspend, Arrest 8th Grader Over NRA T-Shirt (Video)

Questions Remain Unanswered For 8th Grade Student Arrested Over Shirt – WOWK

From the moment 13 News first broke this story on 13 News at 11 on Thursday, emails, Facebook posts and phone calls from people all across the country have been pouring in. Despite all of the attention, Jared Marcum and his family say they’re no closer to a resolution than they were when it all began.

.

Jared Marcum, an 8th grade student, was suspended, arrested and is now facing two charges after refusing to change his shirt.

“People are saying that I did the right thing, that they’re proud,” Jared said.

The 14-year-old student at Logan Middle School in Logan, West Virginia says the NRA shirt that sparked the controversy now symbolizes a fight that is just getting started.

“What they’re doing is trying to take away my rights, my freedom of speech and my second amendment,” Jared said.

“You can take the firearms out of the equation, what this about is fundamental rights,” Jared’s father Allen Lardieri said.

Lardieri says his questions for the school district remain unanswered.

“I’m still confused, thoroughly confused,” he said. “They school didn’t even make a statement to the news agencies, much less myself.”

After several attempts the only comment 13 News received from the Logan County School District was no comment.

“They gave me no paperwork, all they said to my mother was not to bring me back to school the next day,” Jared said.

So, while Jared spent the first day of his suspension at home, some of his friends showed their support for Jared at school.

“I did try to wear a shirt with guns on it and I was told to take it off,” Jared’s friend Dustin Vickers said.

One question that many are asking is how clothing that displays images of firearms can be punishable when a statue with a soldier carrying both a gun and a grenade stands proudly in the school parking lot.

“No matter all the attention, I have a genuine fear for my son,” Lardieri said. “I do not know where his future lies. He has criminal charges, he has a bright future, this could do a lot to damage that”

13 News was contacted by Benjamin White, the attorney handling Jared’s case. White says first, they’ll be working on getting the charges, obstruction and disturbing the education process, dropped. Then, they plan on filing any federal or civil suit that is in order.

Gun-Grabbing, Leftist Parasites Fail To Pass Expanded Background Checks Bill In Senate

Lawmakers Kill Expanded Background Checks Gun Proposal In Senate – Daily Caller

President Barack Obama was hoping the emotions from the Newtown elementary school massacre would lead to new gun control measures.

.

But the president’s hopes for new laws placing new restrictions on gun owners may have ended Wednesday, as the Democratic-controlled Senate voted against a watered down gun-control proposal seen as having the best chance of passing.

The Manchin/Toomey amendment expanding mandatory background checks – billed as a compromise proposal that both parties could back – failed to get the 60 required votes in the body. Fifty-four senators voted for the legislation, while 46 voted against it. The bill is named for Republican Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey and Democratic West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin, who collaborated to craft it.

“This isn’t gun control,” Toomey argued on the floor before the vote. “It’s common-sense.”

But gun rights activists scoffed at the proposal – which requires background checks for all commercial transactions – saying it would do nothing to stop another mass shooting.

“Expanded background checks would not have prevented Newtown,” Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley said before the vote.

The Senate was also poised to vote on eight other amendments having to do with guns on Wednesday afternoon, including a conservative alternative offered by Grassley and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, and a federal “assault weapons” ban sponsored by Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

“Shame on you,” a woman in the gallery shouted when the vote tally was announced.

Four Republican senators voted for the measure: Toomey, Susan Collins of Maine, Mark Kirk of Illinois and John McCain of Arizona.

Four Democrats – Mark Pryor of Arkansas, Max Baucus of Montana, Mark Begich of Alaska and Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota – voted against the measure. The first three face re-election in red-leaning states next year.

New Jersey Sen. Frank Lautenberg, who has not cast a vote since Feb. 28 due to health issues, made his first return to the floor to vote in favor of the bill in a wheelchair.

He was greeted by a smattering of applause led by Maryland Rep. Barbara Mikulski. West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin leaned down to kiss him on the cheek.

When Lautenberg cast his “aye” vote, he got a loud round of applause from Democrats, causing the presiding member to call for order.

Vice President Joe Biden presided over the Senate for the vote.

The SEIU radicals organized a Hugo Chavez memorial march and candelight vigil in New York City on Friday.

A memorial vigil was held Wednesday at the Venezuelan consulate in Manhattan, but the union march is raising eyebrows.

“Bring candles will walk to the statue of the Liberator Simon Bolivar in Central Park.” – instructions included in the hispanic announcement which reached out to Fidel Castro supporters as well.

The vigil was held on Friday, March 8, at 6:30pm and took place on 43rd Street in Manhattan. The candlelight procession ended at the statue of Simon Bolivar in Central Park.

The announcement continues:

A Celebration and procession for the life of our comrade Hugo Chávez, an extraordinary human and revolutionary.

Your energy, love and example will not be forgotten.

The revolution will continue until there is liberation for all.

The leftists marched past Times Square in New York City during their memorial for Marxist Hugo Chavez.

Leftist Parasites Expel On-Duty Cops From Denny’s For Carrying Guns

IL Denny’s Throws On-Duty Cops Out For Carrying Guns – Big Government

Illinois’ over-the-top opposition to gun ownership hit new heights Tuesday when a Denny’s in Belleville, IL threw out cops carrying guns. When a group of detectives – on duty but not in uniform – walked into the Denny’s, one of the other customers started whining to a manager. The manager then threw them out of the restaurant.

Denny’s later apologized for the mix-up. Denny’s spokeswoman Liz DiTrapano stated, “Upon further discussion, we became aware the individual was a plain-clothed police officer. Denny’s policy permits law enforcement officials to carry their firearms in the restaurant, and we regret any misunderstanding.”

But that wasn’t the end of the story. The police chief struck back at Denny’s by banning all cops – both on and off duty – from going to the restaurant. “This was an insult, a slap in the face, to those detectives and to all of the men and women who proudly wear the uniform or badge and serve in law enforcement.”

Denny’s obviously has a right to ban whomever they want from the restaurant. But the knee-jerk anti-gun left prohibiting cops from entering restaurants is pure stupidity.

Judicial Watch Announces List Of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” For 2009

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today released its 2009 list of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians.” The list, in alphabetical order, includes:

1: Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT): This marks two years in a row for Senator Dodd, who made the 2008 “Ten Most Corrupt” list for his corrupt relationship with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and for accepting preferential treatment and loan terms from Countrywide Financial, a scandal which… Click HERE For Complete Comments

2: Senator John Ensign (R-NV): A number of scandals popped up in 2009 involving public officials who conducted illicit affairs, and then attempted to cover them up with hush payments and favors, an obvious abuse of power. 6: Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL)/ Senator Roland Burris (D-IL): One of the most serious scandals of 2009 involved a scheme by former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to sell President Obama’s then-vacant Senate seat to the highest bidder. 8: Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): At the heart of the corruption problem in Washington is a sense of entitlement.
