Have you seen the Geico commercial with the pig and the girl? It’s really kind of creepy and now the insurance company is taking heat from a group of moms who say it promotes bestiality.

Angry parents are up in arms over a “repulsive” cellphone app commercial that they say promotes bestiality.

One Million Moms wants auto insurance firm Geico to pull its latest TV campaign in which a woman appears to be flirting with a pig.

The conservative Christian group that monitors children’s programming issued a statement to condemn the clip.

For the love of God people! It is just a freaking commercial, meant to be funny, stop hyper-ventilating! This is why fewer and fewer commercials during Super Bowls are any good, (this years crop stunk). Anytime anyone makes a slightly edgy, or funny spot, here come the whiners looking for some attention. Sure they scream that they are offended, but what they really mean is “LOOK AT ME”. The “Conservative” group One Million Moms, says the commercial is ‘horrible’ for families. Sorry, but groups like this might do a lot of good, but when they pull stunts like this they just makes Conservatives look like prudes! And, really they are not much better than Liberal groups who want to ban everything that offends them. Sorry, but a Statist is a Statist!

OK, I admit, that is a mean title for a blog post, but, I am really well past fed up with these morally retarded Leftists, who are far closer to Nazis than any Conservative getting a pass for their crude behaviors. The Other McCain has the reason I find Dunham so deplorable. Republicans are Nazis, or something equally inane.

Maybe you know somebody like Lena Dunham. In a way, it’s hard not to feel sorry for people like her. She’s not really that fat or that ugly, but she just can’t get over the fact that she’s not pretty and skinny.

She can never manage to recover from some deep psychic wound, a sort of juvenile ego-trauma that left her with such a profoundly damagedpersonality that she spends the rest of her life trying to get revenge against the world for bad things that happened to her years ago.

Anyway, if you know somebody like Lena Dunham, you understand what she’s doing: “I’m fat and ugly and unpopular, but maybe if I add ‘cruel’ and ‘obnoxious’ to the list, I can pretend like people who don’t like me are intimidated by my intelligence and courage.” This isn’t really an effective compensation, but it provides her an excuse — a rationalization, a defense mechanism — she can alternately cling to as a crutch or wield as a weapon, harming others without actually helping herself. The damage is never healed, because her inner feelings of worthlessness are so intense, she scorns as contemptible anyone who wants to help her: “If you like me, there must be something wrong with you.”

All of which is a necessary preamble to the latest manifestation of Lena Dunham’s tendency toward vengeful cruelty: People complained about the lack of diversity on Lena’s Not Very Popular HBO Show, so she decided to bring on a black guy . . . as a Republican villain:

Personally, I have never seen her show, likely never will. Frankly, most of HBO’s original programming has been crap, well except for Arliss, I really like that show. To me most cable programming tries too hard, way too hard to “push the envelope” and they end up with shows that seem to be made for sluts, men with the brains of 13-year-old boys, and people who still think getting stoned is like, really cool dudes! But, that is of no matter, not all forms of entertainment are for everyone. But the real point is that people like Dunham are not just ignorant and wrong in their ideological visions. It is that they revel in their ignorance, as if being absolutely clueless is cutting edge and hip. Which is pretty much a summary of every single thing that people complained about in season one. How conscious was that?
We always wanted to work with Donald — he’s the cutest and the funniest, and why would you not want to kiss him on TV? But I think that when we shot that scene, there was both a feeling that it was the appropriate place for the character to be and a sense that it would, for people who had been paying attention to the backlash, at least evoke some sense that we were in a dialogue with our audience. It definitely wasn’t a “Fuck you, haters!” That’s not really how I tend to roll my game. But at the same time, it was a pretty clear statement that we are comfortable, that there isn’t a political agenda against having black characters in the show.

Why make him a Republican?
We liked the idea of a Republican entering their universe. And Hannah doesn’t really have a clear sense of why you shouldn’t date a Republican; it’s kind of just like the same reason why you shouldn’t date a Nazi: You just shouldn’t.

In fairness, to Dunham she does go on to say that she just doesn’t think she would be attracted to a Republican and that you should date whomever you wish, OK fine. But my problem is that Dunham in my opinion thinks she HAS to say that Republicans are Nazis. She thinks, again my opinion, that she HAS to have certain Leftist political views to be cool, relevant and hip. I get that impression from a lot of folks in the entertainment world. Sometimes I wonder if their political views are theirs, or if they are just trying to fit in by saying what they think they are supposed to.

What a sorry son-of-a-bitch!

I first heard this tune as part of a Heineken spot on TV, so, I looked it up on YouTube, and found this video, from a 1965 film. The words are transcribed on the video. The girl dancing is adorable, her name is Laxmi Chhaya, there is not much info on her, she passed away in 2004 and the man you hear singing the song, Mohammed Rafi died in 1980. By the way, he is not the guy pretending to sing in the video. Anyway,  I cannot get enough of this tune right now. Great song, love the music.

Palestinian Authority TV recently broadcast a music video glorifying and calling for armed attacks against Israel. The official PA TV broadcast, which resembles videos that were common on PA TV during the 5-year PA terror campaign (the Intifada, 2000–2005), shows masked fighters shooting automatic weapons, launching rockets and RPGs, and blowing up an Israeli tank. While showing numerous armed attacks, the song’s refrain is: “The revolution calls to its men.”

The Alashekeen band, which wrote and performed the song, has performed other songs on PA TV promoting violence against Israel. Palestinian Media Watch documented a song by the band that presents Israeli cities like Lod and Ramle as Palestinian cities to be liberated through “Jihad.” The song also includes the verses “we replaced bracelets with weapons” and “pull the trigger.”

Despite the violent content of their songs, the Alashekeen band was honored by PA Chairman Abbas in 2010 and declared a Palestinian national band.

 

I must not view debates like others do

I am all about substance, and not style where politics and campaigns are concerned. Not that I necessarily mind style, it has its place, but that place matters far less to me than do ideology and substance.

In the GOP debates this year, the “consensus” has been that Romney has looked, presidential, and well-informed. To me he has looked robotic, and rehearsed, and less than sincere many times.

Herman Cain, to me, has done well enough, but, frankly, if I hear him say “bold plan” or “9-9-9″ once more I will throw something at my TV, frankly, that makes him sound like  used car salesman, not the sincere Conservative he is.

Now, consider Rick Perry, who has had some less than perfect moments in the debates. Yes, but, I have to say, on things that matter, I mean really matter, and sorry, but a brain fart, which all of us have had, likely more than once, does not amount to anything of any import. Frankly, if you are saying Perry is not qualified to be president because of that gaffe, or that his campaign is now doomed, then I would say that you are the one having the mental meltdown, not Perry. And by the way, I would say the very same about any of the candidates who had  a brain fart.

Consider something else about “gaffes” if anyone has gaffed their way out of the race, it is Herman Cain. Don’t think so? How about the Medicare question in his debate with Newt? His going back and forth about abortion? How about the right of return debacle? His contradicting himself on whether States could restrict gun rights? His seeming not to be aware that China has nukes? And of course, the question of whether or not he would negotiate with terrorists? Good grief! Yet, for the most part, Cain seems to be made of Teflon on these. Perry? He gets the big time scrutiny. This makes no sense to me.

So, here it is folks. If you do not support Perry, fine, but at least do it because of differences on issues. Not how he performs in a debate format that is designed, in my view to, select not the best candidate but the best “debater”.

Go listen to some of Perry’s speeches, look at his ideals, his record, his tax and energy plans, and his position on core Conservative values, and then decide. But for goodness sake, do not judge him, or ANY of our candidates on debates, or style points, this election is way to important for that!

So, who is worse…………..

Is it the race pimps who say these vile disgusting things? Or is it the people who believe such asinine accusations?

Yes, I too am well past fed up with the likes of the trash in the CBC, there is no excuse for their vile behavior. They lie, and they damned well know the things they say are lies. they will say anything to hold on to their power, again, they deserve nothing but scorn.

But I am also getting damned tired of the fools who keep buying the garbage the CBC sells. Are they so addicted to feeling like a victim that they will just lap up anything the CBC spits out? Seriously, it is time that Black Americans stop tolerating such venom. The CBC is insulting you, my friends, as much or more than they are the Tea Party. The other reason that Feminuts will be offended is that most Feminuts are either too ugly, or to damned mean or in most cases both, to give a man an erection.

It will offend Leftists who always defend thugs and rioters as “victims of Capitalism and Western society”

It will offend those who freak out every time they see a naughty word, and that is good because those types only seem happy when they are offended by something they saw on TV, or read in a magazine, or at a blog. It will offend them so much that they might actually stop begging the FCC to police what their neighbors are watching, which would be a good thing.

It will offend Lesbians, and I doubt I really need to explain why

It will offend every host at MSNBS, who will somehow blame the Tea Party, and Secessionists, because hosts at MSNBS get paid way too much to be offended.

Of course, I am sure I have offended many people in this post, and I truly hope I did, because, as I have stated before, it seems that these types are only happy when they are offended.

If you think Gay marriage is reasonable then, be reasonable about it

I support gay marriage but I think gay marriage activists overreached and damaged their cause with the campaign to have Sesame Street’s Ernie and Bert get married.

As a member of Generation X, I grew up with Ernie and Bert and always viewed them more as a comedy team than anything else. Gay marriage activists went too far by insisting they’re a gay couple who should be married.

Even the liberal Sesame Workshop, formerly known as the Children’s Television Workshop wasn’t into the idea…

Sesame Workshop, which produces the long-running children’s series, seemed to be throwing water on any marital plans.

“Bert and Ernie are good friends,” the company declared in a statement. “They were created to teach preschoolers that people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves.”

Isn’t that last part the point? If you’re to the left of a show on PBS, shouldn’t you rethink your position?

If it is true that the point of Ernie and Bert is to teach children that “people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves.” Then the need to portray them as a gay couple is as useful as remembering Oscar Wilde as a boob man.

The main concern should be the target audience. When I was 6 years old, I loved Ernie and Bert, not because of their politics or their sex. I just thought they were funny and frankly, isn’t that all a 6 year old should care about?

Absolutely! This is the only problem I see with Gay marriage. I believe that most Gay people who want to marry are sincere, and are NOT looking to force anything on anybody. They are, indeed like most people. Let them live their lives and leave them alone and they are just fine.

Then, there are the “activists”. Sometimes, I think activist is becoming as ugly a title as politician is. I wonder if the activists, in this case Gay activists, even really care about progress, or making things better, or righting wrongs. I am starting to think that to the activist, their activism is all about them, and their over-inflated egos. They want things a certain way, because they know best, and by God, unless they are an Atheist activist of course, they are going to shove their agenda down our throats. Which is why I tend to have a distaste for the control freaks posing as caring activists. Whether they are trying to re-define marriage, or force their prohibitionist nonsense on everyone else, or trying to ban smoking in restaurants, or trying to police what I watch on TV, I have no use for them.

Such over the top behavior, and isn’t trying to screw up Sesame Street for kids screwed up, is despicable frankly, and such antics are why I am becoming more and more wary of and turned off by, any “activist”, even if they support something I support.

Is MSNBS a proctologists dream?
