Colorado Sheriffs standing against useless new Colorado gun laws

DEFIANT

It happens every time!

We Conservatives cannot catch a break on global warming, er climate change can we? We are accused of not believing in science, even though we do. We also cannot catch a break on immigration reform. Take this post from Reaganite Republican for example. He puts up a post about Mexican women, namely smoking hot Mexican Weather Girls. Stacy MccAin then suggests we allow these immihrants to move to the head of the line to get into America. A suggestion I fully support by the way.

Years ago, I propounded Rule 5 — “Everybody Loves a Pretty Girl” — as one of the secrets of blogging success. And I have also stipulated that, despite my somewhere-to-the-right-of-Tom-Tancredo stance against illegal immigration, I’m firmly opposed to a crackdown on beauty queens who have overstayed their visas: Bring me your tired, your poor, your Miss Universe contestants yearning to breathe free.

To this very charitable suggestion to help fix our immigration policy, McCain gets accused of causing Offendeditis by someone at HuffPo

One immigration hardliner has found a group of people he’s not opposed to allowing into the country: beautiful Mexican weather reporters.

Robert Stacy McCain, a conservative writer for the American Spectator, tweeted out a message Friday saying: “Under my immigration reform plan, Mexican TV weather girls are eligible for green cards,” with a link to a blog post showing a series of photos of sexy Latinas doing weather reports. The post, published by The Reaganite Republican, is entitled “Mexican TV Weather-Girls: Today’s Forecast? HAWT!”

The message was retweeted by Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies, one of the leading voices advocating for stricter immigration laws and opposing a pathway to citizenship for the country’s 11.1 million undocumented immigrants.

HuffPost Latino Voices reached out to McCain and Krikorian on Twitter to ask why they would post and retweet a message that many Latinos would find offensive. McCain responded with the following tweet:

@RoqPlanas Ever heard of Don Rickles? I mean, at some point, offending people is a feature, not a bug.@MarkSKrikorian
See, we just cannot catch a break! We try to help and the Sensitivity Police start wailing. Perhaps we ought to expand Stacy’s plan, and move ALL hot women who have overstayed their visas to the front of the line? Or would that be insensitive too? Or here is an idea. Maybe those that are so easily offended should toughen up, grow a sense of humor, and exhale every once in a  while. Remember every time a Liberal feigns offense, a Mexican weather girl puts on extra clothing!
