Obama Memo To Louisiana Flood Victims: Don’t Be Racists – Washington Times
.

.
President Obama has refused so far to survey the Louisiana flood disaster, but he did let state and local officials know that he’s watching to make sure they don’t engage in racial discrimination.

In a 16-page guidance issued Tuesday, the Obama administration, led by the Justice Department, warned Louisiana recipients of federal disaster assistance against engaging in “unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency).”

The guidance’s frameworks “highlight the importance of complying with nondiscrimination requirements of civil rights statutes, addressing the needs of the whole community, and ensuring equal opportunity to access recovery efforts.”…

Gang Members Chant “Black Lives Matter” While Beating Up White Victim – Real Strategy

Gang members chanted “black lives matter” as they viciously beat up a white victim in Charleston as part of an initiation ritual, a story that has received no national media attention.

In a video posted on Facebook, Brandon Reiter relates how he was driving home before picking someone up to “help them get home”.

A woman was “frantically waving her arms on the side of the road” and Reiter offered her a ride, reports Counton2.com.

When he arrived at the destination, Reiter’s passenger stole the tip money he had on his counter and when Reiter exited the vehicle, he was immediately surrounded by two black men and had a gun put to his head.

A member of the gang known as “Blue” ordered the other gang member to shoot Reiter, before Reiter was able to snatch the gun away and run back to his truck

However, other members of the gang were waiting for him and subjected Reiter to a brutal beat down that was part of a gang initiation ritual.

“It was a setup,” said Reiter, “There’s no way that many people would have been right there and it would have been so planned out.”

“I was kicked, punched, hit in the head with the gun, had my life threatened… they made him kick me, they made him punch me,” he said.

Reiter reveals that the gang members were chanting “black lives matter” as they viciously beat him up, before stealing his wallet and cellphone…

Autistic American Indian Viciously Assaulted By Obama Regime Official For Wearing Redskins Jersey – Fury News
.

.
An autistic American Indian says he was assaulted by a White House official for his choice of wardrobe. The executive director of American Indian and Alaska Native Education, William Mendoza, assaulted him last year for wearing a Washington Redskins shirt.

Oklahoma City’s News 9 KWTV reports that Barrett Dahl, an autistic student at the University of Oklahoma and proud member of the Choctaw Nation, was visiting Washington, D.C. on a school trip when the White House staffer approached him at a Pow Wow.

It is hard to listen to Dahl explain the encounter without feeling sympathy for him, but this sort of treatment from anyone is simply unacceptable.

In the interview, Barrett Dahl describes how he was spit on by William Mendoza for wearing an “offensive” Washington Redskins jersey…

Federal Judge: Hillary Must Answer Written Questions In Judicial Watch Email Lawsuit – NBC News

A federal judge in Washington, D.C. ruled Friday that Hillary Clinton must answer written questions from a group that filed a lawsuit over her private email server.

Lawyers for Judicial Watch, a conservative government watchdog organization, asked to interview her under oath as part of their Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the State Department.

But Judge Emmet Sullivan said Friday that the group “has failed to demonstrate that it cannot obtain the discovery it seeks through other, less burdensome or intrusive means such as interrogatories.”

He gave the group until October 14 to give her the questions, and she has 30 days to answer them.

If the group wants to ask her follow-up questions in writing, it must go back to the judge and get permission.

The group is seeking the details of Huma Abedin’s relationship with the State Department that permitted her to do outside work while she was a top aide to Secretary Clinton.

Judicial Watch lawyers told the judge that only by interviewing Clinton under oath could they hope to learn why set up up a private e-mail server.

Clinton’s lawyers argued that because so much has previously been disclosed – through her testimony to Congress, the report of the State Department’s inspector general…

Donald Trump’s Lincolnesque Moment – David Horowitz
.

.
Today in Dimondale Michigan Donald Trump gave what was not only the best speech of his campaign but a speech that will one day be seen as a landmark in the emergence of a new Republican Party – a party finally returning to its roots as the party of Lincoln. If this sounds like hyperbole ask yourself what other Republican leader in recent memory has addressed America’s African American communities in this voice:

The African-American community has given so much to this country. They’ve fought and died in every war since the Revolution. They’ve lifted up the conscience of our nation in the long march for Civil Rights. They’ve sacrificed so much for the national good. Yet, nearly 4 in 10 African-American children still live in poverty, and 58% of young African-Americans are not working. We must do better as a country. I refuse to believe that the future must be like the past.

Trump’s Dimondale speech was a pledge to African Americans trapped in the blighted zones and killing fields of inner cities exclusively ruled by Democrats for half a century and more…

Semi-Literate, Leftist Mayor Of Bankrupt City Denounces Critics As Racists – Daily Caller

The Democratic mayor of Petersburg, Va., has denounced all critics of his leadership as racist Republicans in a bizarre email replete with many grammatical errors.

Petersburg, a city of just 32,000 people, is battling severe budgetary issues. It has an expected budget deficit of $12 million and over $19 million in unpaid bills. The city is even in danger of losing its garbage pick-up service because of missed payments to the Central Virginia Waste Management Authority.

But Mayor W. Howard Myers says the many people critical of his administration are simply racists out to take him. And he makes his claim in a leaked email that are suggests he is barely literate in the English language.

The grammar of the letter is so atrocious that at times it’s difficult to deduce what Myers actually wants to say. Some of the most baffling lines include:

“Our economic and financial development is in crisis and until this Council set aside the foolishness of one and Facebook cronies, we will not be able to move forward.”
“No one Council member does it alone as always regurgitated
I will as the representative of Ward 5 and as Mayor duly to my right hand, serve the Public without blemish and from scare tactics from a few racists and Republicansupporters.”
“Vote your conscious not your election. “
“Please be advised and understanding of the significant pressures we as Council Members are being adhered too, as well as being bullied and forced to make unlike leadership decisions.”…

.

.
Members of the House Judiciary Committee are set to question FBI officials next month about allegations of perjury involving Hillary Clinton’s conflicting statements to Congress last year.

Witnesses at the hearing could include FBI Director James Comey, according to USA Today, which first reported the panel’s plans.

A Judiciary Committee spokeswoman confirmed the hearing to the Washington Examiner and said lawmakers plan to approach the issue at an FBI oversight hearing the panel holds each year.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, joined Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the Oversight Committee, in a push to outline the case against Clinton earlier this week…

EPA’s Absurd New Fuel Standards For Trucks Will Raise Upfront Costs – CNS

In a continued effort to address alleged man-made global warming, the Obama administration has finalized energy efficiency standards for medium and heavy-duty trucks. While the administration is pledging to reduce fuel use and cut greenhouse gas emissions, its stringent energy mandate will do nothing to affect climate change.

What it will do, however, is take decisions away from the American individuals and businesses and consolidate more power in Washington. The regulation requires a wide variety of vehicles – from school buses and passenger vans, to garbage and delivery trucks and long-haul tractor-trailers – to improve fuel efficiency.

This is the second round of fuel efficiency standards coming from the Obama administration, with this one covering model years 2021-2027.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency’s press release, owners of the vehicles need not worry about the higher upfront prices paid to implement new technologies because drivers will save money on fuel costs – an estimated total of nearly $170 billion, according to the EPA. The press release states that “The buyer of a new long-haul truck in 2027 would recoup the investment in fuel-efficient technology in less than two years through fuel savings.”

It is so considerate that the federal government would devote taxpayer-funded resources to create and enforce a regulation that will help trucking business’ bottom line.

It’s a bunch of hogwash…

As Trump Visits Flood-Ravaged Louisiana, Obama Golfs And Hillary Phones It In – Daily Wire
.

.
On Friday, Donald Trump made the brilliant political move of flying to Louisiana with vice presidential pick Mike Pence to hand out supplies and visit with those affected by the catastrophic flooding. The media covered the landing, but immediately downplayed the fact that two other major political figures didn’t show up in Louisiana: President Obama, who was too busy golfing, and Hillary Clinton, who was too busy sleeping in her crypt far beneath the spires of her castle in Transylvania.

Obama’s excuse, other than that he had to work on his short game, according to Chris Cillizza of The Washington Post: “he believes he can monitor the situation as well – or better – from where he is. And that the sole reason to go to Louisiana is for the theatrical piece of politics, a piece that he not only rejects but detests.”

Obama may indeed think that he’s above theatrics – he’s that blind to his own nature – but obviously the man reeks of theatricality…

State Department Admits Obama Is A Stinking Liar: $400M To Iran Was Ransom Money – Zero Hedge

If you define “ransom” as “a payment exchanged contingent on the release of a hostage” then you find yourself forced to admit that President Obama lied last week when he aggressively denied (and was irked at the question) that he paid Iran a $400 million ransom for the return of 4 hostages. Today, The State Department’s spokesperson John Kirby told the truth that the Iran payment was contingent on the prisoner release… but of course spun this ‘ransom’ payment as masterful diplomacy “deliberately leveraging the moment.”

As Bloomberg reports,

The U.S. withheld a $400 million cash payment to Iran earlier this year as leverage to ensure that American prisoners would be released as the country had promised, State Department spokesman John Kirby said.

“We were able to conclude multiple strands of diplomacy within a 24-hour period,” Kirby told reporters in Washington on Thursday. “We deliberately leveraged that moment.”

Kirby was responding to a report in the Wall Street Journal that the U.S. wouldn’t let Iran take control of the money – which the country was owed as part of a $1.7 billion settlement over a long-running dispute – until a plane carrying the American prisoners had left Iran in January.

Disputes over the timing of the payment have fueled criticism of the administration’s nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic. While the U.S. has said talks over the release of the prisoners were held separately from last year’s negotiations on the payment and the nuclear deal, Kirby’s comments represented an acknowledgment that those two matters eventually converged…

Trump’s Support Among Blacks Increases By Over 500% In One Week – Breitbart
.

.
The Los Angeles Times/USC Dornsife national tracking poll of the presidential campaign picked up a sharp uptick in African-American support for Republican nominee Donald J. Trump, which it now pegs at 14.6 percent.

When the “Daybreak” poll began July 10, Trump‘s support among black voters was 4.6 percent and he fluctuated between 5.4 percent Aug. 1 and 2.5 percent Aug. 11.

The upswing in support for Trump – more than 500 percent above his low less than a week previous – comes after the New York City developer’s address Tuesday in the Milwaukee suburb of West Bend, Wisconsin. In that speech, Trump made his most direct play for African-American support in the campaign:

We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes, not as individual human beings worthy of a better future…

Rick Perry Leads Ted Cruz By 9 Points In Hypothetical Senate Match-Up – The Hill

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) leads Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) in a hypothetical 2018 Senate primary match-up, a new poll finds.

The survey from left-leaning Public Policy Polling found Perry leading his former GOP presidential rival by 9 points, 46 percent to 37 percent, with 18 percent undecided, according to the Texas Tribune.

Perry is the only potential challenger that tops Cruz in the poll. Cruz holds a 22-point lead over Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R) and a 32-point lead over Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas).

In a general election match-up with Democrats, the poll also showed Perry leading Housing Secretary Julián Castro, as well as former gubernatorial nominee Wendy Davis by 12 points.

The survey also found that half of Republicans in the Lone Star State want Cruz to be their Senate nominee in 2018, compared to 43 percent who would rather have a different GOP candidate. Cruz also has a negative job approval rating, with 39 percent of Texas voters approving and 48 percent who don’t.

While Cruz is not up for reelection for two years, there’s already been speculation over a possible primary challenge.

Cruz ruffled conservatives’ feathers after speaking at the GOP convention in Cleveland last month but declining to endorse party presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Cruz is also widely believed to have future presidential ambitions…

Ex-NFL Star Darren Sharper Sentenced To 18 Years For Drugging And Raping Up To 16 Women – The Sun
.

.
Former NFL star Darren Sharper has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for drugging and raping as many as 16 women in four states.

Judge Jane Triche Milazzo sentenced the athlete in a New Orleans court after he pleaded guilty or no-contest to the charges relating to crimes in Louisiana, Arizona, California and Nevada.

Prosecutors suggested a 9-year prison term for Sharper under a multi-jurisdictional plea deal, but Milazzo rejected it as too lenient in June.

The sentence was 15 months short of the maximum. He was also fined $20,000.

Sharper pleaded guilty in federal court to three counts of distributing drugs with rape as the aim…

Obama Dreamer Carjacks 91-Year-Old Woman, Throws Her Out Of Moving Vehicle – 100PercentFedUp

Police have a man in custody after officers say he carjacked a 91-year-old woman at gunpoint Tuesday and pushed her from her moving vehicle.

It happened about 1:30 p.m., at Independence and Hardesty avenues.

Police say a friend was driving the elderly woman to a drug store so she could pick up prescription medicine.

Police recovered the woman’s car in the northland, about a half hour after the carjacking.

At the drug store, officers say a Hispanic man approached the driver, a woman in her 60s, pointed a gun at her head and ordered her out of the car. Police say there was a brief struggle before the armed man took control of the car.

“The 91-year-old was still sitting in the passenger seat when the individual got in the car and started to take off,” said Darin Snapp, of the KCPD. “They had a short exchange of conversation. She said, ‘Are you stealing my car?’ He said ‘Yes.’ That’s when he forces her out of the passenger’s door, pushes her out. The vehicle is still moving when she is thrown out.”

Police say the elderly woman suffered injuries to her back and hip, but she’s lucky it’s mostly bruises. After police broadcast an alert, other officers spotted the car north of the river. There was a short chase, and the armed man bailed out of the car and tried to run away when police arrested him.

Police say they’re still trying to positively identify the suspect, who’s believed to be an illegal immigrant. He’s expected to face felony charges of eluding police and armed carjacking…

Pro-Transgender Bathroom Target Executives Can’t Figure Out Why Their Company’s Sales Are Plummeting – Star Tribune
.

.
Target’s shelves are better stocked than ever before. It has added thousands of new grocery items. And it has rolled out new offerings such as the jazzy in-house Cat & Jack kids clothing line.

So why haven’t shoppers visited Target Corp.’s stores in the last few months as they have in the past?

That was the troubling question on analysts’ minds after the Minneapolis-based retailer reported a surprising 2.2-percent drop in traffic during the May-to-July period – its first decline in that metric in a year and a half, and the biggest slide it’s seen since the Great Recession outside of the massive data breach a few years ago.

The company’s shares tumbled in trading Wednesday as Target also reported its first comparable U.S. sales drop in two years…
