German Federal Supreme Court Rules Measles Virus Does Not Exist – Your News Wire

Judges at the German Federal Supreme Court have confirmed that the measles virus does not exist, vindicating conspiracy theorists who have said that no study has ever proven the existence of the virus.

According to the judgement by the Supreme Court, the measles vaccination may have been injected into millions of unsuspecting German citizens for sinister reasons.

Anonhq.com reports:

The First Civil Senate of the BGH has confirmed the judgment by the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart (OLG) of the 16 February 2016. The sum of €100,000 which I had offered as a reward for scientific proof of the existence of the alleged measles virus does not have to be paid to the plaintiff. The plaintiff also was ordered to bear all procedural costs.

Five experts have been involved in the case and presented the results of scientific studies. All five experts, including Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Podbielski who had been appointed by the OLG Stuttgart as the preceding court, have consistently found that none of the six publications which have been introduced to the trial, contains scientific proof of the existence of the alleged measles virus.

Genetics falsifies thesis of existence

In the trial, the results of research into so-called genetic fingerprints of alleged measles virus have been introduced. Two recognised laboratories, including the world’s largest and leading genetic Institute, arrived at exactly the same results independently…

Women’s March organizer Is Vicious Jew-Hater With Ties To Islamic Terror – Pamela Geller
.

.
Notorious Islamic Jew-hater Linda Sarsour is one of organizers of Saturday’s Women’s March. Ironic, of course, we have never seen Sarsour stand against the gender apartheid, honor violence, or the oppression and subjugation under Islamic law. No, what Sarsour agitates and incites against is the Jewish state and its people.

Discover the Networks has this on Sarsour:

Born in 1980 in Brooklyn, New York, Linda Sarsour is a Palestinian-American community activist who has served as executive director of the Arab American Association of New York (AAANY) since 2005. She is also a board member of the Muslim Democratic Club of New York (MDCNY), and a member of the Justice League NYC.

An outspoken critic of Israel, Sarsour supports the Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions (BDS) movement, a Hamas-inspired initiative that uses various forms of public protest, economic pressure, and court rulings to advance the Hamas agenda of permanently destroying Israel as a Jewish nation-state…

Court Praises Homeschooling Mom, Then Finds Her Guilty Of Illegally Educating Her Son – HSLDA

Can a mother whose son is not missing any school, learning eagerly, and even excelling academically still be considered criminally reckless when it comes to his education?

Our litigation team doesn’t think so, and we’re asking an Ohio appeals court to agree with us.

We recently filed papers in Warren County, Ohio, seeking to overturn the criminal conviction of a mother who had been praised by a magistrate for the way she was teaching her son.

Last September, a common pleas judge convicted Valerie Bradley of failing to send her son to school. This verdict was supposedly more lenient than her original conviction by a magistrate: contributing to the delinquency of a minor. (At least it did away with her 180-day jail sentence.)

In attempting to clear Mrs. Bradley of these charges, Home School Legal Defense Association is doing more than arguing that in her case the law was misapplied. We see her situation as another example of bureaucracy gone awry, where officials laud a mother for exceptional attentiveness to her child’s needs then penalize her for allegedly failing to comply with excessive red tape.

David and Valerie Bradley began homeschooling their son in January 2015. They withdrew him from the local public school because they recognized he has a different learning style which made it difficult for him to focus in the classroom. They notified school officials of their intent and obtained an excuse from attending for the remainder of the academic year.

That summer the Bradleys received a form letter from school officials requesting that by August 1 they file a notice of intent for the coming year, as well as a student end-of-year assessment…

Proof Of State Department Lie In Iran Deception – WorldNetDaily

The American Center for Law and Justice, which alleges the Obama State Department manipulated video to conceal a spokeswoman’s admission of lying to the public about the Iran deal, says it now has definitive evidence to back its claim.

The deleted section contained a question from the Fox News Channel’s James Rosen during a daily press briefing Dec. 2, 2013: “Is it the policy of the State Department, where the preservation or the secrecy of secret negotiations is concerned, to lie in order to achieve that goal?”

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said, “James, I think there are times where diplomacy needs privacy in order to progress. This is a good example of that.”

But that exchange was missing from video released by the State Department.

The administration initially claimed that the deletion was an unintentional “glitch,” but ACLJ’s media team analyzed the video and identified the “white flash” edit, “determining that this could not possibly be simply a glitch.”

Now, ACLJ, as part of its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit demanding key records shedding light on its cover-up, says it has evidence the “deletion to cover up the Iran lie was intentional.”

ACLJ said it obtained a “sensitive but unclassified” internal review of the matter by the U.S. State Department that contains a section expressly notated: “Evidence of Purposeful Editing.”…

WikiLeaks: Hillary Clinton Bribed Republicans To Influence Election – Canada Free Press
.

.
Never mind the Russians. It was Hillary Clinton who was actually trying to sabotage the 2016 Presidential Election, according to a WikiLeaks release.

The information released shows that the Hillary Clinton campaign staffers bribed six Republicans to “destroy Trump”.

The evidence includes an email from John Podesta to Huma Abedin discussing diverting Clinton campaign funds to various Republicans who were secretly on the Clinton payroll.

Conservativedailypost.com reports:

The email, sent in July of this year, describes how funds were being diverted from Clinton’s campaign to the Super PACS of Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, and John Kasich…

Trump Scrubs Climate Change From WhiteHouse.gov, Replaces With ‘America First Energy Plan’ – Washington Times

On Friday morning, WhiteHouse.gov included a section dedicated to President Obama’s efforts to fight climate change.

By 1 p.m., virtually all mentions of climate change had been removed, replaced by new President Donald Trump’s promise of an “America First Energy Plan.”

The swift changes on the official White House website underscore how quickly the Trump administration hopes to move to undo many of Mr. Obama’s initiatives on climate change. The president has said he intends to scrap his predecessor’s landmark achievements related to global warming, including an Environmental Protection Agency proposal that restricts coal use by limiting emissions from power plants.

On the new WhiteHouse.gov, Mr. Trump also vowed to roll back the so-called “Waters of the U.S.” rule, a set of regulations that gives the federal government wide authority over streams and other small waterways.

In place of those programs, WhiteHouse.gov now details Mr. Trumps U.S. energy vision.

“Energy is an essential part of American life and a staple of the world economy. The Trump Administration is committed to energy policies that lower costs for hardworking Americans and maximize the use of American resources, freeing us from dependence on foreign oil,” the energy section of the site now reads. “For too long, we’ve been held back by burdensome regulations on our energy industry. President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule. Lifting these restrictions will greatly help American workers, increasing wages by more than $30 billion over the next 7 years.”…

Senate Confirms General Kelly To Lead Trump’s DHS – Washington Examiner
.

.
The Senate on Friday confirmed President Trump’s nominee to lead the Department of Homeland Security, the second cabinet pick to receive Senate approval.

John Kelly, a retired Marine Corps general who commanded the U.S. military in South America, had one of the smoothest confirmation hearings of any Trump nominee, despite his coming role in implementing the president’s immigration policies. Kelly’s nomination easily passed the Senate in a 88-11 vote. Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, Trump’s nominee for attorney general, did not vote.

“Naming someone of John Kelly’s stature and integrity to lead the troubled agency is a giant first step towards securing our borders and improving the defense of our homeland,” Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., one of the founding members of the House Freedom Caucus, told the Examiner in December…

Top 10 Ways Obama Violated The Constitution During His Presidency – Ilya Shapiro

The Obama administration has been the most lawless in U.S. history. I don’t mean that in the Nixonian sense of personal corruption, whereby the president is personally above the law, although the idea that Barack Obama’s tenure has been ethically pure is laughable.

No, my accusation rests on the 44th president’s seeing himself as professionally above the law, ignoring the executive branch’s legal limits and disrespecting constitutional bounds like federalism and the separation of powers.

But don’t just take it from me. Liberal law professor Garrett Epps (a professional acquaintance) admits that “even for those like me who admire Barack Obama, the constitutional record is disturbingly mixed. Obama leaves the Constitution weaker than at the beginning of his terms.” Epps labels Obama’s posture to be one of “aggressive compliance,” torturing statutory language as far as it can go in order to avoid constitutional claims.

Obama Only Furthered the Imperial Presidency

He points first to the 2011 Libya intervention. It involved neither a congressional authorization of the use of force, nor compliance with the 1973 War Powers Act, which requires at least congressional notification of troop commitments and affirmative permission after 60 days. Every president since the WPA’s enactment has claimed that it’s an unconstitutional limit on inherent executive authority over military power. Obama instead claimed that hundreds of missile strikes and dozens of air missions didn’t trigger the WPA because they only constituted “kinetic military action” rather than war…

General Mattis Confirmed As Secretary Of Defense – Washington Free Beacon
.

.
Retired Marine Gen. James Mattis was confirmed by lawmakers on Friday to serve as defense secretary, just hours after Donald Trump was sworn in as president of the United States.

Mattis was expected to be easily confirmed after Congress passed legislation one week ago allowing him to serve in the top defense post despite having been out of uniform for less than seven years.

The Senate voted 98-1 in favor of Mattis’ confirmation Friday afternoon, two days after the Senate Armed Services Committee decisively approved the retired general for defense secretary in a 26-1 vote. The sole Democrat on the committee voting against his confirmation was Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D., N.Y.), who was vocal about opposing the waiver for Mattis due to the importance of civilian control of the military…

President Trump To Sign Executive Order Defunding International Planned Parenthood – Life News

A new report out today indicates President Donald Trump will sign an executive order to defund International Planned Parenthood.

Most pro-life Americans are anxiously awaiting Congress to pass a bill to defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business. While that defunding legislation concerns the domestic-based Planned Parenthood abortion corporation, president Trump has the ability to put in place an executive order that would revoke funding for its International affiliate.

When pro-abortion former President Barack Obama took office, Obama overturned a policy that prevented funding of groups that promote or perform abortions overseas. The Mexico City Policy covered over $400 million in federal funds, part of which flowed to the abortion businesses International Planned Parenthood and Marie Stopes International for their foreign efforts.

As LifeNews.com reported, the pro-life policy had been in place during the entirety of the Bush administration and Obama rescinded it on his first week in office. Named for a 1984 population conference where President Reagan initially announced it, the Mexico City Policy made it so family planning funds could only go to groups that would agree to not do abortions or lobby foreign nations to overturn their pro-life laws.

While the main bill to defund Planned Parenthood must be approved by Congress, Trump can restore the Mexico City Policy by executive order and reportedly intends to do so on Sunday – according to a report in a pro-abortion publication…

New York Times Faces Backlash After Lone Source Repudiates Anti-Rick Perry Story – Mediaite
.

.
The New York Times faced a backlash Thursday after its only source for a negative story on former Texas governor Rick Perry accused them of taking his remarks out of context.

The Times reported Wednesday evening that when Perry accepted Donald Trump‘s nomination for the Secretary of Energy position, he “initially misunderstood” what the job even was.

“Mr. Perry gladly accepted, believing he was taking on a role as a global ambassador for the American oil and gas industry that he had long championed in his home state,” they wrote. “In the days after, Mr. Perry… discovered that he would be no such thing – that in fact, if confirmed by the Senate, he would become the steward of a vast national security complex he knew almost nothing about, caring for the most fearsome weapons on the planet, the United States’ nuclear arsenal.”…

Trump Signs Stack Of Executive Orders Moments After Becoming President – Vice News

Less than an hour after taking the oath of office, Donald Trump began quickly signing his first executive orders.

The new president signed a series of executive actions, most of which had to do with his Cabinet appointees and procedural matters, according to his press secretary, Sean Spicer. One was a law to allow James Mattis to take the office of Secretary of Defense, waiving the requirement that the nominee be a civilian for the past seven years (Mattis retired from the Marine Corps in 2013).

Others were formal nominations for Trump’s Cabinet picks, including Scott Pruitt for the head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Mattis for Defense, and John Kelly for the Department of Homeland Security. Trump also signed a proclamation creating the National Day of Patriotism.

The day before the inauguration, Trump hinted that he would waste no time in carrying out his first actions as president. “We will be signing some papers that will be very meaningful tomorrow right after the speech to get the show going,” he told supporters at his hotel in D.C. Wednesday night, according to CNN.

The executive orders Trump signed Friday are mostly procedural and largely for show. But Spicer told CNN that the public can expect Trump to take up more serious issues in the next couple of days.

Repealing Obamacare and signing a lobbying ban are high on the list of priorities for the first couple of days of the Trump administration, Spicer said…

Trump Sworn In As 45th President Of The United States – The Hill

Donald Trump was officially sworn in as the 45th president of the United States on Friday.

Supreme Court Chief Justice United States John Roberts administered the oath of office to Trump, as he vowed to “faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States.”

As he took the oath, Trump placed his hand on the Bible used by President Lincoln at his first inauguration, which was also used by President Obama at both of his inauguration ceremonies.

Moments before Trump’s oath, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas administered the vice president’s oath of office to Mike Pence.

In 2009, President Obama had to retake the oath of office after Roberts stumbled on the wording…

Fake News: 14-Year-Old Muslim Girl In Vienna Made Up Attack Story – Breitbart

A Facebook page used to highlight claimed racist attacks in Austria which claimed a 14-year-old Muslim girl had been attacked and thrown onto a railway track has been called out after police said the story is fiction.

‘Racist Attacks and Discrimination in Austria’, which claims to record and document cases of racist attacks in Austria, posted “14-year-old Sinem, was pushed by an unknown person on the tracks at the Vienna 1190 Krottenbachgasse and narrowly escaped death!” The author blamed Austrian Foreign Affairs and Integration Minister Sebastian Kurz for the violence after he agreed with a headscarf ban for public workers.

However, new evidence from police has suggested that the entire story had been fabricated by the 14-year-old, Austria’s Kronen Zeitung reports.

The police claim the girl had filed a report claiming she was shouted at and called a “terrorist” by several women who then attacked her, threw her on the train tracks, and she narrowly avoided death by being pulled up before an oncoming train went by.

Facebook users made comments in sympathy for the 14-year-old with many saying how horrible it was that a young girl wearing an Islamic headscarf had been attacked.

After police examined CCTV footage of the train station at the time the girl said the attack took place, they found nothing to corroborate her story. No incidents had occurred at the train station and the girl could be seen in the footage getting on a train with her friend…

California Governor Jerry Brown Admits To $1.5 Billion “Math Error” In State Budget – Zero Hedge
.

.
Budgeting can be difficult, particularly for expansive state budgets that require a ton of inputs to support 1,000s of line items each of which can result in massive variances depending on the development of various economic indicators like interest rates, commodity prices, etc. throughout the year.

That said, while forecasting variances are inevitable, we, as taxpayers, generally rely on our expensive budget office employees to at least present annual budgets that reflect sound mathematics and accounting principles. Unfortunately, that seems to be too much to ask of the math-challenged administration of California Governor Jerry Brown which decided to double count certain cost savings and simply “forgot” to incorporate other expenses altogether…

Mexican Drug Lord Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman Extradited To U.S. – Daily Telegraph

Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the infamous drug lord, was extradited from Mexico to the United States last night, the Mexican foreign ministry announced.

Guzman is expected to be charged with a variety of felonies, including drug trafficking.

US officials confirmed last night that Mexican authorities had handed Guzman over. He was reportedly in US custody and being flown to New York.

Guzman twice escaped from Mexican prisons and evaded police on numerous other occasions before being re-captured last January in a shootout with Mexican marines and US law enforcement.

He has fought extradition since then, and was being held at a prison near Ciudad Juarez on the border with Texas.

Guzman led the Sinaloa Cartel, the largest of Mexico’s violent drug syndicates, for decades, overseeing the trafficking of billions of dollars in narcotics into the United States.

He regularly appeared on lists of the most powerful people in the world, and Forbes once estimated his net worth at $1 billion (£811 million).

Guzman was expected to arrive in the US on the eve of Donald Trump’s inauguration, and the last day of President Barack Obama’s presidency.

Mr Trump referred to Guzman repeatedly during his presidential campaign, saying the drug lord was an example of the criminals Mexico was “sending” across the border.

“The joke around town is that I freed El Chapo from the Mexican prison because the timing was so good with my statements on border security,” he tweeted in July 2015, following Guzman’s most recent prison break…

Breaking news out of Melbourne, Australia, that at least three people have died after a man plowed a vehicle into a group of pedestrians near a shopping mall.

According to one witness, the driver was screaming, “Allahu Akhbar, Allahu Akhbar, Allahu Akhbar!”

This event is reminiscent of the terror attacks last July in Nice, France, and more recently at a Christmas mall in Berlin.

That notwithstanding, Melbourne police are already dismissing any possible terror connection.

Obama Regime Caught Massively Fabricating Student Loan Default Data – Zero Hedge

Ever since 2012 we have warned that one of the biggest threats arising from the US student loan bubble – which is no longer disputed by anyone except perhaps members of the outgoing administration – is not that it is soaring at an unprecedented pace, that’s obvious for anyone with the latest loan total number over $1.4 trillion, rising at a pace of nearly $100 billion per year, but that the government – either on purpose or due to honest miscalculation – was not correctly accounting for the true extent of delinquencies and defaults. Today, we finally got confirmation that, as speculated, the US government was indeed fabricating student loan default data, making it appear far lower than it was in reality.

An the WSJ reported overnight “many more students have defaulted on or failed to pay back their college loans than the U.S. government previously believed.”

The admission came last Friday, when the Education Department released a memo saying that it had overstated student loan repayment rates at most colleges and trade schools and provided updated numbers. This also means that the number of loan defaults in various cohorts is far greater than previously revealed.

A spokeswoman for the Education Department said that the problem resulted from a “technical programming error.”

And so, the infamous “glitch” strikes again.

How bad was the data fabrication? When The Wall Street Journal analyzed the new numbers, the data revealed that the Department previously had inflated the repayment rates for 99.8% of all colleges and trade schools in the country…

As the nation prepares for the peaceful transfer of power on Inauguration Day, CNN is dreaming up scenarios whereby the Obama administration can keep power if President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence were blown up as they prepared to take to oath of office.

On the Wednesday, January 18 broadcast of CNN’s The Situation Room, host Wolf Blitzer aired a segment with a chyron featuring the headline “Developing Now.” During that “developing” segment, Blitzer and correspondent Brian Todd discussed what would happen if the unthinkable occurred on January 20.

Blitzer introduced the segment, saying, “What if an incoming president and his immediate successors were wiped out on day one?” and from there, CNN contributor Brian Todd took over to outline the line of succession if an attack blew up the inaugural dais, killing both Trump and Pence…

Student Group Sues After Members Arrested For Handing Out Copies Of Constitution – Daily Signal

Student members of the Young Americans for Liberty chapter at Kellogg Community College are suing their school after they were arrested for passing out copies of the U.S. Constitution.

The group says that on Sept. 20, 2016, KCC students Michelle Gregoire, Brandon Withers, and three others were in an open area in front of KCC’s Binda Performing Arts Center handing out pocket Constitutions and talking with students about YAL.

The students allege in their federal lawsuit that campus administrators and security approached them and told them they were violating the school’s Solicitation Policy because they were passing out the Constitution copies without prior approval. They were also informed they could not engage in such activity at that particular location.

The students allege that an administrator told them that “engaging [students] in conversation on their way to educational places” violated the Solicitation Policy because it was an “obstruction to their education” to ask them questions such as “Do you like freedom and liberty?”

This administrator also, according to the lawsuit, told the YAL members that students from “rural farm areas… might not feel like they have the choice to ignore the question.”

When Gregoire, Withers, and the others said they would not leave, KCC’s chief of public safety arrested them and charged them with trespassing.

Prior to this incident, Gregoire had attempted to establish a KCC chapter of YAL, but had run into difficulty. She was told she needed at least five members to establish the chapter, so she began approaching students and asking them if they would like to join…

Avalanche Buries Italian Hotel, Up To 30 Feared Dead – Reuters
.

.
Hopes of finding survivors dwindled on Thursday more than 24 hours after an avalanche struck a luxury mountain hotel in Italy burying up to 30 people under tonnes of snow and debris.

The Civil Protection department said just two bodies had been recovered but its chief said the search for victims and possible survivors would continue through the night.

“There is always hope, if there were no hope the rescuers wouldn’t give everything they’ve got,” Fabrizio Curcio told reporters. He said his teams would “continue to do everything possible during the night,” even though conditions were far more difficult than in daytime.

The disaster struck hours after four earthquakes with a magnitude above 5 hit central Italy.

Titti Postiglione, head of the department’s emergency office, said more snow could fall from peaks in the Gran Sasso mountain range in the central Abruzzo region because the temperature was rising, while further quakes were possible…

Why NYT Hid The Numbers For The ‘Hottest Year On Record’ – Robert Tracinski

They say that mathematics is the language of science, which is a way of saying that science is quantitative. It is moved forward by numbers and measurements, not just by qualitative observations. “It seems hot out” is not science. Giving a specific temperature, measured by a specific process at a specific time, compared to other systematically gathered measurements – that is science.

So when you read an article proclaiming that, for the third year in a row, last year was the hottest year on record, you might expect that right up front you will get numbers, measurements, and a statistical margin of error. You know, science stuff. Numbers. Quantities. Mathematics.

And you would be wrong.

I just got done combing through a New York Times report titled, “Earth Sets a Temperature Record for the Third Straight Year.” The number of relevant numbers in this article is: zero.

We are not told what the average global temperature was, how much higher this is than last year’s record or any previous records, or what the margin of error is supposed to be on those measurements. Instead, we get stuff like this.

Marking another milestone for a changing planet, scientists reported on Wednesday that the Earth reached its highest temperature on record in 2016 – trouncing a record set only a year earlier, which beat one set in 2014. It is the first time in the modern era of global warming data that temperatures have blown past the previous record three years in a row.

Note to the New York Times: “trouncing” and “blown past” are phrases appropriate to sports reporting, not science reporting…
