Hungarian Mayor’s Muslim Migrant Crackdown Makes Trump Look Liberal – Daily Mail
.

.
At first glance, the video looks like a Hollywood thriller. Set to strident, aggressive music, it shows a group of muscular men using motorbikes, helicopters and even horses to race across the countryside in pursuit of human quarry.

When the targets are captured, they are wrestled to the ground and their hands bound as the patrol members, in camouflage clothing, stand menacingly over them.

But the ‘narrator’ whose voice can be heard over these chilling scenes is not a highly-paid movie star. He is, in fact, a provincial politician, and his message is unequivocal: ‘Hungary is a bad choice for migrants.’…

Congress Investigates Federal Climate Study After Whistleblower Exposes Fake Science – The Federalist

Congress is ramping up its investigation into a key climate study, now under further scrutiny after a federal whistleblower raised more questions about it this week. The scandal some are referring to as “Climategate Two” is quickly escalating after Dr. John Bates, a former top scientist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), exposed how an ex-colleague mishandled a report on global warming right before a major international climate conference in 2015.

House Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith said during a Tuesday hearing that NOAA “has deceived the American people by falsifying data to justify a partisan agenda.” He will now push for all documents related to the climate study, materials he requested via subpoena in 2015 after Obama Administration officials refused to disclose them.

What Bates Revealed About a Famous Climate Study

The explosive allegations from Dr. Bates were detailed in the Daily Mail and on the scientific blog, Climate, Etc. on February 5. Bates accuses Tom Karl, former director of the NOAA office responsible for climate data, of manipulating temperature readings, failing to archive data, and ignoring agency protocols to rush publishing his study that debunked the well-known pause in global warming at the beginning of this century…

Bill To Split ‘Nutty’ 9th Circuit Court Gains Momentum – Western Journalism
.

.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is in the crosshairs of Republican lawmakers seeking to speed up the court’s business and limit its controversial overreach.

These efforts may gain a new head of steam following the the court’s decision Thursday to uphold the temporary restraining order on President Trump’s executive order on immigration and refugees.

For Republican lawmakers, the actions of the court are nothing new.

In a statement released after the Thursday decision, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said, “No one familiar with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals should be surprised at today’s ruling.”…

Mexican Woman In Texas Sentenced To 8 Years In Prison For Voter Fraud – Fox News

A Mexican citizen living in Texas was sentenced this week to eight years in prison for voting illegally in elections in 2012 and 2014.

Rosa Maria Ortega, 37, was found guilty Wednesday on two counts of illegal voting after she falsely claimed to be a United States citizen and voted at least five times between 2012 and 2014.

A jury sentenced her Thursday to eight years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

The Dallas News reported Ortega voted in the November 2012 election and May 2014 GOP primary runoff in Dallas County.

According to Fox 4 News, Ortega’s identity came into question after she tried to register to vote twice in Tarrant County. Both applications were denied.

She had voted in five elections in Dallas before her registration was canceled in April 2015.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton – for whom Ortega voted in 2014 – assisted in the prosecution.

“This case shows how serious Texas is about keeping its elections secure, and the outcome sends a message that violators of the state’s election law will be prosecuted to the fullest,” he said…

Illegals Scatter Like Roaches As Trump Immigration Raids Begin In Multiple States – Freedom Daily
.

.
Officials from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement aka ICE conducted raids in at least 6 states this week, arresting illegal alien criminals in a major sweep that gives us a glimpse into what’s to come under a “law & order” Trump administration.

The raids took place in Georgia, Illinois, New York, California, and North & South Carolina. Illegal criminals were arrested at their homes and workplaces. Immigration watchers say that raids also took place in the states of Florida, Kansas, Texas and Virginia.

Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Tex.) told the Washington Post that he talked to an official at ICE’s San Antonio office, and that they confirmed they had “launched a targeted operation in South and Central Texas as part of Operation Cross Check.”…

Judge Forcing Town To Return $3 Million To Residents Fined By Traffic Cameras – Real Strategy

A Butler County judge has ordered the village of New Miami to refund $3 million in fines to motorists ticketed for speeding by traffic light cameras. The ruling was issued Wednesday by Butler County Judge Michael Oster, who said the money amounted to unjust enrichment of the village.

The cameras were ruled unconstitutional in 2014 by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Michael J. Sage, who approved class action status. That ruling allowed the drivers to seek refunds. Nearly 45,000 citations were issued in just 15 months, and though motorists were permitted to challenge the tickets, the judge saw the administrative system as unfairly favoring the village and police.

Of the $3 million collected in fines, 60% of the revenue went to the village while 40% went to the traffic light company running the program. The village’s attorney plans to take the case to the Supreme Court, claiming the village should not be responsible for funds it did not receive, seemingly ignoring the fact that it was responsible for implementing the unconstitutional program and collecting the fines in the first place.

More Taxpayer Dollars Get Flushed Down Obamacare Toilet – Daily Caller
.

.
An Oregon insurer got a leg up in a court ruling in an ongoing battle over whether the federal government owes billions to insurers who volunteered to participate in Obamacare exchanges and lost money.

A U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled Thursday evening that the federal government owes Moda Health $214 million in risk corridor payments as promised by the Affordable Care Act. Over a dozen similar lawsuits have been filed against the government, but this the first win for an insurer, according to Axios.

Moda is one of several insurance companies currently suing the U.S. over the payments they believe were promised as part of the arrangements for participating in offering health insurance plans on Obamacare exchanges across the country…

Florida Lawmakers Introduce Bill Banning ‘Sanctuary Cities’ – Breitbart

Florida Republican lawmakers have have introduced legislation that will target “sanctuary” cities and counties, along with the elected officials that support them, that don’t cooperate with federal enforcement of immigration law.

Sen. Aaron Bean (R-Fernandina Beach) and Rep. Larry Metz (R-Yalaha) introduced SB 786 and HB 697, known as the “Rule of Law Adherence Act,” Wednesday in Tallahassee, the Miami Herald reported.

The bills seek to ban “sanctuary policies” in Florida and create fines and penalties for state agencies, local governments, or law enforcement agencies that use these policies and don’t comply with federal immigration law.

“The one thing that everybody should know in our country is: We can’t choose which laws we’ll obey or which laws we don’t obey,” said Bean.

The bills define a “sanctuary policy” as any “law, policy, practice, procedure, or custom adopted or permitted” by a state, local, or law enforcement agency “which contravenes or which knowingly prohibits or impedes a law enforcement agency from communicating or cooperating with a federal immigration agency with respect to federal immigration enforcement.”…

Angela Merkel Offers Migrants Millions In Cash Handouts To Return Home – Daily Mail
.

.
Angela Merkel will offer cash handouts worth millions of pounds for migrants to leave Germany in an effort to silence criticism of her ‘open-door’ border policy.

In a highly-embarrassing U-turn over the ill-fated plan, which saw 1.2million migrants flock to the country, Mrs Merkel has now vowed to send many of them home.

The German chancellor agreed a package of measures to speed up the deportation process for an estimated 450,000 migrants who have been rejected asylum.

The controversial plan, which marks a significant toughening of previous proposals, includes a £76million scheme that will offer migrants cash incentives to leave Germany voluntarily…

Crazed Leftist Teacher In Tennessee Fired After Wishing Death On Trump Supporters – WGHP

A substitute teacher in Tennessee has been fired because of a post on Facebook about President Donald Trump’s supporters.

According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, the post in question was on Nov. 9, 2016, at 9:29 a.m.

The post read:

“The only good Trump supporter is a dead Trump supporter.”

Rutherford County Schools spokesman James Evans said in a statement Thursday that the school district received several messages on Wednesday about “a substitute teacher who is accused of making inappropriate, threatening comments on social media during the work day.”

Evans said the school district contracts with PESG to provide substitute teachers and has notified the contractor that the substitute teacher, David Colin, will no longer be permitted to work in Rutherford County Schools.

“PESG has indicated it will conduct an internal investigation of the allegations immediately,” Evans said…

The Ninth Circuit: Dangerously Out Of Order – Matthew Vadum
.

.
Three unelected federal judges in San Francisco yesterday ordered the Trump administration to continue accepting visitors and would-be immigrants from seven dangerous countries that are incubators of Muslim terrorism.

When President Trump learned his temporary ban on the admission of aliens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen that was put on hold Feb. 3 by Seattle-based Judge James L. Robart would continue in abeyance, he got on Twitter immediately.

At 6:35 p.m. Eastern time he tweeted in all caps: “SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!”

The open-borders crowd doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on. That may be why at a press conference celebrating the outrageous ruling, a member of Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson’s (D) team deployed the phrase “social justice” to justify the decision…

New York Times, Washington Post, And Guardian Apparently Buying Internet Traffic From China – USA Politics Today

For the better part of a year the New York Times, Washington Post, and The Guardian have been propaganda factories for the Democratic Party in an attempt to take down President Trump, but those days seem to be coming to an end soon.

The New York Times claims to have the highest traffic they have had recently because of Donald Trump, but these numbers were a lie.

The only thing keeping these “news” outlets alive now are their billionaire owners that are bleeding money to keep them alive.

This is because all three of these sites have been buying traffic from China to make them seem credible and that they are still doing well, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth.

The New York Times late last year vacated 8 floors of its flagship office in New York without explanation but now we have an explanation.

Looking at Alexa website rankings the evidence for Chinese paid clicks couldn’t be more obvious.

Seeing as the New York Times is banned from China it is very surprising to see that they have any traffic from China let alone as of January 1st a quarter of their overall traffic from China and as of yesterday half of their overall traffic…

Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange has been appointed to replace former Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., who was sworn in as attorney general Thursday morning.

Strange, who was formally appointed by Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley Thursday morning, was scheduled to be sworn in as Sessions’ replacement Thursday afternoon.

416 Whales Stranded On New Zealand Beach, Hundreds Dead – Breitbart

As many as 300 beached whales died in New Zealand while a small army of volunteers and conservation workers tried to save another 100 that were still alive.

The mass beaching happened at Farewell Spit, a narrow sand spit at the northern end of Golden Bay, on New Zealand’s south island. Tidal changes in the waterway can change water depth drastically, leaving fish and marine mammals stranded, which is what appears to have happened to a pod of 416 pilot whales that were beached Thursday night.

Rescue workers and volunteers said 250 to 300 of the whales died after being stranded on the sand for half a day. Another 100 were refloated when the high tide returned Friday afternoon and of them, 80 to 90 whales were able to swim to deeper water and survived.

The remaining whales were being cared for by more than 500 volunteers coordinated by the marine mammal conservation group Project Jonah. Volunteers kept the whales comfortable on the beach awaiting another high tide Saturday morning, when officials said they hoped the remaining 40 or 50 whales would be able to swim back out to sea.

The New Zealand Department of Conservation said Thursday’s incident was the third-largest whale stranding in the nation’s history, according to data that reaches back to the 19th century…

President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe took several shots at China in a joint press conference at the White House Friday.

Without ever directly calling China out by name, the two heads of state suggested that China will not be permitted to use force to alter the status quo in the disputed East China Sea.

“We are committed to the security of Japan and all areas under its administrative control,” Trump explained, adding that the “U.S.-Japanese alliance is the cornerstone for peace and stability in the Pacific.”

Calling Japan an “important and steadfast ally,” Trump further noted that together, Japan and the U.S. will build “impenetrable defenses.”…

Lynch Mob In Brazil Breaks Accused Child Killer Out Of Jail, Throws Her On Bonfire – Daily Mail

A furious crowd threw a woman suspected of killing a two year old boy on a bonfire after an angry mob stormed a police station in Brazil.

The 30-year-old woman was dragged outside after the 500-strong group broke down the doors to her cell.

She was being held on suspicion of starting a fire which claimed the life of a toddler.

A five-year-old child, named Marlon Buzaglo Campos, also suffered serious burns in the blaze, Globo reports.

Cars around the police station in Novo Aripuana were set alight, and the suspect was dragged by her hair onto the roaring flames.

Overrun officers had to call for backup during the raid, which saw the woman seriously injured.

Amazonas Civil Police said in a statement: ‘Police reinforcement arrived following the events of this Tuesday.

‘The Civil Police requested reinforcements from the Military Police Command (CPM), which sent a troop of full military police in Borba, a municipality 151 km away from the capital, and eight other police officers of the Command Special Police (CPE) of Manaus, by means of a chartered aircraft…

Planned Parenthood Workers Who Reached Abortion Sales Quota Goals Were Rewarded With Pizza Parties – Washington Standard
.

.
Could you imagine having a job where you had to meet an “abortion sales quota” every month? According to a shocking new investigation, this was actually happening at Planned Parenthood clinics all over the nation, and workers that reached abortion sales quota goals were rewarded with pizza parties and other incentives.

Every year, Planned Parenthood murders hundreds of thousands of precious little children, but that isn’t good enough for them, and so they have their workers aggressively push abortions to the vulnerable young women who come into their facilities.

It is a national disgrace, and Planned Parenthood should be defunded by Congress immediately. But of course Planned Parenthood was never defunded after it was revealed that they systematically harvest baby parts and sell them off to the highest bidder, and so many observers are pessimistic that they will be defunded now…

Texas Senate Abolishes Sanctuary Cities – Truth Revolt

On Wednesday, just days after President Donald Trump signed an executive order that strips sanctuary states and cities of federal funding if they “attempt to shield aliens from deportation,” the Texas State Senate approved a bill that withholds state funding for sanctuary cities in which police fail to enforce immigration laws.

Under Senate Bill 4, law enforcement in cities, counties and on college campuses would have to hold an arrested person in custody while US Customs and Immigration Enforcement looks into his or her immigration status. If the entities fail to do so, they could be denied state grant money.

On Tuesday, Texas state senators passed the bill along party lines, with 20 Republicans in favor and 11 Democrats opposed, according to CNN. The bill then went through a procedural vote the next day and is now headed to the House.

“Elected officials do not get to pick and choose which laws they will obey,” said Republican Gov. Greg Abbott in a prepared statement. “Today’s action in the Senate helps ensure that Sheriffs and officials across Texas comply with federal immigration laws and honor Immigration and Custom Enforcement detainer requests that keep dangerous criminals off of our streets.”…

Democratic Senators Line Up To Support Gorsuch Vote – Daily Caller
.

.
Nine Democratic senators have publicly committed to holding a floor vote on Judge Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the Supreme Court, almost assuring his confirmation.

Though Gorsuch will almost certainly be confirmed on a floor vote by the strength of the Republican majority alone, the GOP must attract a handful of Democratic senators to their side in the event of a filibuster.

There are, for the moment, 52 Republicans in the chamber. That number will, if only for a short time, fall to 51 when Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions is installed as U.S. attorney general. Unlike other federal judicial nominees, Supreme Court nominees are subject to filibuster, which can only be ended with the support of 60 senators…

Archaeologists Announce New Dead Sea Scrolls Discovery – WorldNetDaily

It hasn’t happened since 1956, but Israeli archaeologists are announcing the discovery of a new cave – the 12th so far – used by Jews of the Second Temple era to hide scrolls containing copies of the Hebrew Bible and other texts.

“This is one of the most exciting archaeological discoveries, and the most important in the last 60 years, in the caves of Qumran,” said Oren Gutfield of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Institute of Archaeology, co-discoverer with his colleague Ahiad Ovadia.

The discovery and excavation were part of “Operation Scroll,” a program of the Israel Antiquities Authority to systematically survey the Judean Desert to identify all its caves and to explore them.

The present find was the initiative of one Operation Scroll volunteer, Professor Randall Price who serves on the faculty of Liberty University, that brought about the excavation of the cave that had been briefly examined in 1993.

Price received permission last year for the excavation he helped carry out with Liberty University volunteers last month with Gutfield and Ovadia.

The new discovery, designated Q12, revealed that at one time, the cave had contained scrolls but all had been looted, as determined by a pair of iron pickax heads from the 1950s found at the site…

New York Times Admits They Cooked The Numbers To Keep Gosnell Book Off Bestseller List – 100PercentFedUp
.

.
Gosnell is the untold story of America’s most prolific serial killer. Authors Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer asked consumers to buy the book during the first week it was available in books stores and online, as book sales in the first week would count towards their goal of making the New York Times bestseller list. Within three days, they made an incredible announcement: “Gosnell – The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer is now sold out both on Amazon and Barnes & Noble!”

But guess whose book didn’t make the NYT’s bestseller list? And even more importantly, guess why it didn’t make the NYT’s bestseller list? If you guessed they kept it off the bestseller list because the book shines a light on the media cover-up of an unbelievably gruesome story about a real-life monster who killed babies in the most unimaginable way, you would be correct…

Dumbass Arrested For Offering Girl Scouts Vodka For Cookies – American Mirror

An Oklahoma drunk was hauled off by Ardmore police after local Girl Scouts reported he tried to negotiate a deal: vodka for cookies.

Young girls with the local Girl Scouts were selling cookies inside a mall off Commerce and 12th streets around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, when they reported a middle-aged man stumbled up to their booth reeking of booze and offered an inappropriate proposal.

“They were trying to sell their Girl Scout cookies and apparently a male subject approached them, asked them if he could trade vodka for Girl Scout cookies,” Ardmore Police Capt. Keith Ingle told KXII.

Ingle said officers identified the subject as 45-year-old Jerry Swanson, who was allegedly so intoxicated he could hardly stand up straight.

“He didn’t have anything to say about it, he didn’t even know what they were talking about,” Ingle said. “He was unsteady on his feet and basically had to place him in the police car … barely able to walk.”

Police report none of the girls were harmed in the incident, though several locals were disgusted by the situation…

Trump Breaks Ice With Chinese President, Sends Thank You Letter Seeking “Constructive Relationship” – Zero Hedge

After a fiery start to his foreign policy overtures, Trump is gradually normalizing his approach to international diplomacy.

On the same day as relations with Mexico appeared to return to normal, following reports of an upcoming meeting between Rex Tillerson and his Mexican counterpart, and days ahead of the much anticipated summit with Japan’s PM Abe, Trump “broke the ice” with Chinese President Xi Jinping in a letter that marked the U.S. president’s first direct communication with the Chinese leader since he took office, in which he said he looked forward to working with him to develop relations.

Trump thanked Xi for a congratulatory letter and wished the Chinese people a happy Year of the Rooster, according to White House spokesman Sean Spicer…

I Have Seen First-Hand The Abuse And Fraud In The U.S. Refugee Program – Mary Doetsch

I fully support President Donald Trump’s executive order that temporarily halts admissions from the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program and bans travel from nationals of countries that potentially pose a security risk to the United States; however, I don’t think the action goes far enough. Further, I believe there are many people throughout the country who feel the same way.

As a recently retired 25-year veteran of the U.S. Department of State who served almost eight years as a refugee coordinator throughout the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Cuba, I have seen first-hand the abuses and fraud that permeate the refugee program and know about the entrenched interests that fight every effort to implement much-needed reform.

Despite claims of enhanced vetting, the reality is that it is virtually impossible to vet an individual who has no type of an official record, particularly in countries compromised by terrorism. U.S. immigration officials simply rely on the person’s often rehearsed and fabricated “testimony.” I have personally seen this on hundreds of occasions.

As a refugee coordinator, I saw the exploitations, inconsistencies and security lapses in the program, and I advocated strongly for change. Nonetheless, during the past decade and specifically under the Obama administration, the Refugee Admissions Program continued to expand blindly, seemingly without concern for security or whether it served the best interests of its own citizens…
