And the media wonders why we call them fake news?

Remember when the infamous HBS bill in North Carolina was destroying tourism in North Carolina? The media fed us a steady diet of  doom for North Carolina’s economy if they did not change their “bathroom bill”. Well, turns out that was not exactly accurate.

The media constantly beat the gong that HB2, the so-called Bathroom Bill, would really hurt North Carolina economically. You had Progressive states implementing “travel bans” on the government dime (yet refusing to say what the bathroom policies were in government buildings in their states). But, hey, what’s this!

(WRAL) North Carolina Secretary of Commerce Anthony M. Copeland announced Monday that North Carolina tourism generated record visitor spending in 2016 with a total of $22.9 billion, a 4.3 percent increase from 2015.

“Nearly 50 million people from across the United States visited North Carolina destinations last year,” Copeland said. “The money they spent supported 218,340 jobs and more than 45,000 businesses.”

Tourism industry-supported employment topped 218,000 jobs to set another record for the state.

Oh the pathetic state of the news faking media. What they cannot grasp is this. Most Americans either do not care about the bill one way or another to cancel a vacation to a state. They also miss that most who do care about HBS supported it, because gender DOES matter!

I wonder what else the media types fake
