‘You Owe Me For Making My Grandmother A Slave’: Disabled Man Attacked On Bus Because He’s Old And White – Law Newz

A disabled, homeless man was attacked on a public bus in Maryland – apparently because of his age and race.

The 52-year-old passenger, who is white and not being named in press reports, was riding the Q1 bus on Sunday, September 24 when 27-year-old Marquis Evans-Royster, who is black, allegedly approached him and said: “You owe me for making my grandmother a slave.”

The homeless and disabled man reportedly remained calm after being accused of the impossible crime according to the local ABC affiliate.

After his target ignored the charge, Evans-Royster is said to have begun rifling through the 52-year-old’s pockets. Eventually, bystanders felt compelled to intervene. This upset the alleged attacker even more.

As fellow passengers cast their lot with the man being assaulted, Evans-Royster apparently charged at them in retaliation. Then he allegedly spit in the homeless man’s face and threatened to throw a container full of urine on him…

More Cases Of Voter Fraud Pile Up As Liberals Look The Other Way – Daily Signal
.

.
The Heritage Foundation added another round of cases this week to its ever-growing Voter Fraud Database.

Accounting for these new additions, the database now documents 1,088 proven instances of election fraud, including 949 cases that have resulted in criminal convictions, 48 that have ended in civil penalties, and 75 that have seen defendants enter diversion programs.

Americans should be alarmed, not only because Heritage has compiled so many examples of fraud – impacting nearly every state and elections for all levels of government – but because this figure is likely just the tip of the iceberg.

The Heritage database is not a comprehensive tally of election fraud. That figure would almost certainly be substantially larger…

ACLU Sues To Block Ballot Initiative On Transgender Bathroom, Locker Room Use – Helena Independent Record

The ACLU of Montana filed a lawsuit Tuesday challenging the constitutionality of a proposed ballot initiative that would require transgender residents to use public bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond with their sex at birth.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in District Court in Cascade County on behalf of seven transgender Montanans, the parents of a transgender 9-year-old and the city of Missoula. The Bozeman City Commission voted Monday to join the effort.

“This proposed measure legalizes discrimination,” said Alex Rate, legal director for the ACLU of Montana.

The ACLU and the plaintiffs argue the Locker Room Privacy Act would deprive transgender Montanans of equal protection under the law and violate their rights to privacy, dignity and due process.

The lawsuit asks the court to declare the initiative unconstitutional and to prevent Secretary of State Corey Stapleton from placing it on the November 2018 ballot…

U.S.-Backed Syrian Forces Liberate ISIS Stronghold Of Raqqa – Fox News
.

.
The Syrian city of Raqqa was liberated from ISIS fighters Tuesday, a commander with U.S.-backed Syrian forces said, announcing the “fall of the capital of terrorism.” Brig. Gen. Talal Sillo told The Associated Press on Tuesday there were no longer clashes going on in the city, and that a formal declaration would follow.

Despite Sillo’s announcement, a U.S. military spokesperson told Fox News the ISIS stronghold has been 90 percent recaptured and some fighting remains. “There are still areas that have not been cleared,” Army Col. Ryan Dillon told Fox News in an interviewfrom Baghdad.

The loss deprived the terror group of the capital of its so-called caliphate, which has dwindled from a land mass spanning two countries to a sliver of space in Syria…

It Figures… DACA Illegal Aliens Working In California Government On Immigration Issues – Breitbart

Illegal aliens who have received temporary amnesty from the Obama administration are reportedly working as interns and aides in local California government on immigration issues.

Under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, nearly 800,000 illegal aliens have been allowed to remain in the U.S. and work legally. Last month, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced on behalf of President Donald Trump that DACA would officially be ended in March 2018.

A new report by the San Jose Mercury News reveals the extent to which DACA beneficiaries have been given opportunities ahead of Americans, with many working as aides and interns on immigration-related issues in San Jose, California.

For instance, Mario Lopez, an illegal alien in the DACA program, works as an aide and adviser to Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors President Dave Cortese. Lopez advises Cortese on immigration issues, despite technically being in the U.S. illegally…

Senate Judiciary Opens Probe Into Obama-Era Russian Nuclear Bribery Case – The Hill
.

.
The Senate Judiciary Committee has launched a probe into a Russian nuclear bribery case, demanding several federal agencies disclose whether they knew the FBI had uncovered the corruption before the Obama administration in 2010 approved a controversial uranium deal with Moscow.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the committee chairman, gets his first chance to raise the issue in public on Wednesday when he questions Attorney General Jeff Sessions during an oversight hearing.

Aides said the committee had sent requests for information to 10 federal agencies involved in the Russian uranium approvals. The committee is discussing other bipartisan requests to make in the coming days…

If You Live In One Of These Nine States, You’ll Soon Need A Passport To Fly Domestically – Circa

In just over three months, residents from nine states will be required to show a U.S. passport to board any flight, including domestic travel, according to new TSA guidelines.

“Starting January 22, 2018, you will need a driver’s license or ID from a state compliant with the REAL ID Act, a state that has an extension for compliance, or an alternate ID to fly,” the Department of Homeland Security wrote in a public flier.

People who possess an ID from Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Washington will need to use a passport to travel domestically if the states do not upgrade their security standards.

Passed by Congress in 2005, the REAL ID Act establishes the minimum security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and ID cards. It prohibits federal agencies, like the TSA, from accepting such cards for certain official purposes, including boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft…

Trey Gowdy: Samantha Power Testified That Intel Officials Made ‘Unmasking’ Requests In Her Name – Washington Examiner
.

.
House Oversight & Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy said Tuesday that President Obama’s former United Nations ambassador has testified that not all of the “unmasking” requests made in her name were directed by her.

Samantha Power testified in Gowdy’s committee last week, and Fox News reported weeks before her appearance that she was thought to have made as many as 260 requests to “unmask” Americans caught up in the surveillance of non-U.S. citizens.

But Tuesday evening, Gowdy told Fox News that Power told his committee that she was not the official requesting that unmasking in every case. “I think if she were on your show, she would say those requests to unmask may have been attributed to her, but they greatly exceed by an exponential factor the requests she actually made,” Gowdy said…

Networks Blast Trump Over End Of Obamacare Subsidies, Hide Their Illegality – NewsBusters

On Friday and over the weekend, ABC, CBS and NBC reacted with their typical anti-Trump fervor to the President’s decision to end federal subsidies of insurance companies through ObamaCare, but only a meager portion of broadcast news coverage – barely three percent – tipped viewers off to the fact those payments were unconstitutional in the first place.

Instead, news coverage touted the anecdotal stories of those benefiting from the payments, and the “fear” they faced with the prospect of those subsidies ending, without seeming to care very much that no proper authorization for the government spending ever existed.

From Friday morning, October 13, through Sunday evening, October 15, the ABC, CBS, and NBC morning and evening news shows aired a total of 38 minutes, 8 seconds of coverage of the Trump administration’s decision to end the illegal subsidy payments begun under the Obama administration. Only 71 seconds of that airtime – none of it on NBC! – was spent on the important point that these payments were being made without Congressional authorization, and thus unconstitutional, according to a May 2016 federal court decision…

FBI Uncovered Russian Bribery Plot Before Obama Approved Uranium One Deal, Netting Clintons Millions – Zero Hedge
.

.
As the mainstream media continues to obsess over $100,000 worth Facebook ads allegedly purchased by Russian spies in 2016 seeking to throw the presidential election, we’re almost certain they’ll ignore the much larger Russian bombshell dropped today in the form of newly released FBI documents that reveal for the very first time that the Obama administration was well aware of illegal bribery, extortion and money laundering schemes being conducted by the Russians to get a foothold in the atomic energy business in the U.S. before approving a deal that handed them 20% of America’s uranium reserves, and resulted in a windfall of donations to the Clinton Foundation.

As we pointed out last summer when Peter Schweizer first released his feature documentary Clinton Cash…

Dumbest Ex-VP In History Awards RINO Douchebag Who Blocked Obamacare Repeal With Medal Previously Won By Crooked Hillary – Washington Examiner

Sen. John McCain received this year’s National Constitution Center Liberty Medal in Philadelphia on Monday night and was honored by former Vice President Joe Biden. Biden called the longtime Arizona sentor a dear friend and praised his courage and loyalty.

The two met when McCain served as the Navy’s liaison to the Senate Foreign Relations committee in the 1970s while Biden was on the committee, he said. “He jokes he carried my bags,” Biden said. “He never carried my bags.”

Over the years, Biden said, the two counseled each other. When McCain first ran for office, Biden was encouraging. In the 1990s, Biden said the two were chastised by their parties for sitting together during debates. In recent years, the two have been honored for their bipartisanship.

“We don’t understand why you should get an award for bipartisanship,” Biden said. The former vice president said he never expected to find himself on the ballot against McCain, as he did during the 2008 presidential race…

Republican Candidate For Georgia Governor Holds Bump Stock Giveaway – Washington Examiner
.

.
A Republican candidate for Georgia governor is holding a bump stock giveaway to underscore his opposition to a proposed ban in response to the Las Vegas massacre.

Georgia state Sen. Michael Williams called the opposition to bump stocks – an attachment that enables a semi-automatic rifle to fire faster – “an attack on the Second Amendment.”

“The tragedy in Las Vegas broke my heart, but any talk of banning or regulating bump stocks is merely cheap political lip service from career politicians. In reality, the bump stock is the new, shiny object politicians are using to deceive voters into believing they are taking action against gun violence,” Williams said in a news release.

Williams said he is giving away the bump stocks “as a show of support” for gun owners…

Suspect Arrested For Campus Graffiti Swastika Is Black Ex-Employee – PJ Media

A while back, someone spray-painted a swastika on a trash cart at the University of Maryland. As with so many other similar situations lately, students got extremely upset and the school did its best to respond.

Although officials didn’t indicate what the suspect’s motive was, it could be an anti-semitic hate crime or a faked hate crime.

From The College Fix:

You wouldn’t know it by reading news from the University of Maryland or its student newspaper, but the suspect charged in connection with a spray-painted swastika on campus is African-American.

So maybe that’s why currently only one news outlet notes swastika suspect Alford is black:

Court records show the man accused of spray-painting a swastika inside a residence hall at the University of Maryland in September is African American…

NFL To Fund Leftist Social Activism Boot Camp – Independent Sentinel
.

.
NFL leftist politics continues to take over the game, in fact, it just got a whole lot worse.

ESPN’s Jim Trotter tells us the NFL is funding [leftist] social activism boot camp for pro athletes at Morehouse College in Atlanta this February. It’s a two-day affair but “then the organizers of that curriculum will work with the players throughout the year to try and teach them to get their message out and be most effective with it,” Trotter said.

The players will have year-round access to so-called experts in the field of [hard-left] social activism and advocacy.

We haven’t seen the syllabus but we know Saul Alinsky tactics and Soros funding must be involved. Expect a run on cops as pigs socks and lots of flag and country slander. Social activism even includes violence…

FBI Confirms That Comey Drafted Statement On Clinton Probe Months Before Investigation Ended – Daily Caller

The FBI released emails Monday confirming that former FBI Director James Comey drafted statements regarding the Hillary Clinton email investigation months before the probe was closed.

The bureau released a file entitled “Drafts of Director Comey’s July 5, 2016 Statement Regarding Email Server Investigation,” to its Freedom of Information Act website. The file contains an email Comey sent May 2, 2016, to several FBI officials regarding the Clinton email probe, which was referred to internally by the codename “Midyear Exam.”

The draft statement was first revealed in late August by Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, two members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The Republicans questioned whether Comey’s draft statement indicated that he had arrived at a conclusion about the Clinton investigation months before he interviewed the former secretary of state and numerous other witnesses. The draft was also prepared before the Justice Department had made immunity deals with Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson…

The Michelle Obama Public Library in Long Beach, California hosted a satanic looking drag queen on Saturday who read books to young children as part of the library’s celebration LGBTQ History Month.

Right-Wing Foreign Minister Set To Become Austria’s Youngest Chancellor – Quartz
.

.
Sebastian Kurz, the 31-year-old head of the right-leaning People’s Party and outgoing foreign minister, is set to become the world’s youngest leader after his party declared victory in today’s general election.

Politico Europe reports it could take days for a definitive second-place winner to shake out, as Austria prepares to tally 900,000 mail-in ballots on Thursday (Oct. 19). But multiple projections show the People’s Party finishing significantly ahead of the rest of the pack; the counting is more of a matter of figuring out whether the far-right Freedom Party or the centrist Social Democrats will place second.

A People’s Party win signifies a substantial shift in national politics in Austria, after more than a decade under the leadership of a centrist coalition government…

Obamacare Tax To Raise Premiums In 2018, Cost $270 Billion Over Next Decade – Washington Free Beacon

An Obamacare tax that will be imposed in 2018 will raise premiums even further and is estimated to cost $270 billion over the next decade, according to a report commissioned by UnitedHealth Group.

The report was commissioned to examine how a tax imposed by Obamacare would impact premiums. Under Obamacare, health insurers that offer coverage are required to pay a fee on health insurance premiums they earn, which is also considered a tax by the IRS.

Congress imposed a moratorium on collecting these taxes in 2017, but that moratorium will end the beginning of 2018. According to the report, $13.9 billion in insurer taxes was not collected in 2017, which saved consumers about 3 percent on premiums.

“However, under current law the moratorium will lapse in 2018 and the tax on health insurance will be reinstated for 2018 at a higher annual level ($14.3 billion), resulting in higher fully-insured premiums for the 2018 plan year and all future years,” the report explained…

The death toll from the most powerful bomb blast witnessed in Somalia’s capital rose to 231 with at least 275 injured, making it the deadliest single attack ever in the African nation, police and hospital sources said.

Doctors struggled to assist horrifically wounded victims, many burnt beyond recognition. Officials feared the toll would continue to climb from Saturday’s truck bomb that targeted a busy street near key ministries.

Ambulance sirens still echoed across the city as bewildered families wandered in the rubble of buildings, looking for missing relatives. ‘In our 10 year experience as the first responder in Mogadishu, we haven’t seen anything like this,’ the Aamin Ambulance service tweeted…
