Noted Race Baiting Chihuahua outrageously outraged!

Look kids, it is our favorite rabid chihuahua Rep. Luis Gutierrez and he is really, really, really angry that President Trump is going to allow Congress to do its job, you know legislation, to solve the Dreamer issue. For some reason, Gutierrez went after Trump Chief of Staff John Kelly, who served his country with honor for nearly five decades.

As usual, Gutierrez was angry and showed the depth of his hatred for this nation, the rule of law, and our constitution

According to democrat Gutierrez, Gen. Kelly is a “disgrace to the uniform” because President Trump ended an unconstitutional Obama executive order. Liberal logic is usually amusing, but this time it is very offensive.

Gen. Kelly is Trump’s current Chief of Staff. On Tuesday Trump announced that he was ending Obama’s DACA program that illegally granted amnesty to nearly a million illegal aliens. For some reason Luis Gutierrez blames this sudden recognition of the rule of law on Kelly.

“General Kelly is a hypocrite who is a disgrace to the uniform he used to wear. General Kelly, when he was the head of Homeland Security, lied straight to the faces of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus about preventing the mass deportation of DREAMers. He has no honor and should be drummed out of the White House along with the white supremacists and those enabling the president’s actions by ‘just following orders,’” said Gutierrez in a statement.

Whoa there yippy. It is the job of Congress to write immigration laws, OK. Look up the word legislature, have an adult read you the definition. President Obama issued an EO, called DACA rather than allowing Congress to legislate on what to do about the so-called Dreamers. President Trump remedied Obama’s overreach by rescinding DACA. He also gave Congress six months to write legislation that would address the Dreamer issue. So, your panic mongering about mass deportations is nothing but a publicity stunt to frighten people. Again, a politician who would rather whine and lie than do their job.

A Parade of Cowards and Fools

I knew that no matter what the media would try to place all blame on the president. It is now a given that the mainstream media have actually morphed into activists, Left-Wing Activists to be precise. They have forsaken even the smallest pretense of being journalists. Objectivity? They don’t need no stinkin’ objectivity! Heck, the media activists at CNN and MSNBS were already going into full-blown Pravda mode Saturday afternoon. Bashing the president for not condemning the violence, even as he was actually condemning the violence.

I knew the blithering morons in Hollywood would go into emotional overload, it is what they do. Here is Mark Ruffalo proving he has mastered the art of babbling. He blames the president for everything, because NAZIS!

OK then

I really did not expect the media, however, and so many politicians, and “Conservative commentators” crying, babbling, and bending over backwards to prove how “woke” they are to go to the extraordinary lengths to which they are going to prove the president Trump is a RAAAAACISTLY RAACIST Nazi or something.

Here are two idiots over reacting and showing how ignorant they are.

Someone pass me a Kleenex, or maybe a vomit bag because the fact is this. Racism is a tiny factor in America. The Left, of course exacerbates everything “racist” and gins up fake racism to further their agenda of division and discontent. These two emotionally stunted people sound like whiny children frankly. The president was not ambiguous, he was very clear, at least to anyone with ears, in condemning hate groups. The only people saying otherwise either have agendas, or are driven by their own bigotry. But, back to the media activism

I really did not expect CNN to run banners proclaiming that President Trump had “refused to condemn White Nationalists”. A claim with no credibility whatsoever. The President has repeatedly condemned all hate groups, bigotry, hatred since Saturday afternoon. No he did not name specific groups, maybe because he figured people are smart enough to understand what the word all means. In reaction, he did name specific ideologies. That, of course was not soon enough for the activists in the media.

The fact is this. The despicable swine white nationalists are to blame for the violence, yes. they came with their clubs, sticks, shields, helmets, etc.  President Trump pointed this out during his press conference. He also pointed out that the Antifa trash also brought shields, helmets, clubs, etc. They were equally responsible for the violence which occurred between these two factions of human filth. That statement is not ambiguous or misleading. It is simply truth. The truth, of course, is not allowed by the Left. And, sadly, the media has devolved from having a liberal bias to being another arm of leftism.

Even ESPN has delved into the activism of the Left, and continue to, despite their drop in viewership. Dear ESPN, people watch you to hear about sports, not politics, especially politics from a decidedly left-wing slant. Frankly, ESPN does sports like no one else. Sadly, social activism is now their agenda.

The activism, and political cowrdaice does not end with the media though. Business leaders have bailed on President Trump’s panels to promote business growth over his “sins”. The head of Apple got on the diving board of idiocy and proceeded to do a belly flop

Apple CEO Tim Cook took aim at President Donald Trump’s statements defending white nationalists — and pledged in a memo to employees that the company would provide monetary support to anti-hate groups.

Note first that the report accuses the president of “defending” white nationalists. He did no such thing, not even close. He clearly condemned them. Now to the head of Apple and why is so aggrieved

“We must not witness or permit such hate and bigotry in our country, and we must be unequivocal about it,” Cook wrote in the memo, distributed Wednesday. “I disagree with the president and others who believe that there is a moral equivalence between white supremacists and Nazis, and those who oppose them by standing up for human rights. Equating the two runs counter to our ideals as Americans.”

So, he is angry because the president agrees with him? His statement pretty much mirrors the president’s. Yet he is bashing President Trump? The president made no moral equivalence between Nazis and peaceful protesters. None! He did compare the white nationalist scum to the Antifa scum, and rightfully so. They are both scum, violent scum. The only difference, of course is that the media acivists are not to keen on reporting the violence and thuggery of Antifa, much less their numerous uses of violence and intimidation to stifle free speech. And no, Mr. Cook, those fighting with the white nationalists trash in Charlottsville were not standing up for human rights. As their record shows, Antifa is about crushing rights, not defending them. Again they are no better than the white nationalists. they are all scum alike.

This raises one other point. I have heard several activists/commentators, it is getting hard to tell the difference frankly, saying those fighting with the supremists were justified for using pepper spray, sticks, clubs, etc. they were justified, the narrative goes, because they were fighting against Nazis. There are numerous problems with this of course. One of these is this. If we give moral license to Antifa to attack “Nazis” we must also allow them to define what a “Nazi” is. And, the fact is this. Antifa defines anyone who disgrees with them in any way as a Nazi. So, you can see where this would lead. If you think college campuses are dangerous for Conservatives, and actual Liberals who believe in free speech now…………

But to expect a Leftist activist to oppose beat downs of political others is to expect too much. Leftist, are really just like the white nationalists. They are both Totalitarians. Both entirely intolerant and consumed with irrational hatred. Both aspire evil ideologies. Both are obssessed with control, and use division to further their agenda. Both are, as our presidnet said, violent. Both are addicted to spreading their own brand of Collectivism, and as such are mortal enemies of the most basic principle of our nation, Individualism.

President Trump called both of them out, and rightfully so. The media, and the Left, but I repeat myself, lost their minds when he did. This whole episode does expose some ugly truths. Not about President Trump, but about our media, and about certain commentators, and politicians who are so deeply offended by the truth. I leave you with some Larry Elder who remembers some of the things the media forgets

Imagine if Bill Kristol fought as hard against the Left as he does against Trump

Yes, imagine if he, and other go along to get along Republicans, or maybe we should say Republicants actually engaged the Democrats and fought for the people who put them into office, yes, imagine what they might accomplish

William Kristol who was the ideological driving force behind the Never Trump movement is joining with anti-Trump Republicans to assemble a group to prevent the reelection of President Donald Trump.

The Hill is reporting “Bill Kristol wants to create the ‘Committee Not to Renominate the President’”:

Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol said he is considering creating a committee aimed at defeating President Trump in the 2020 election.

The conservative commentator and Trump critic told the New York Times that he has had informal discussions about launching a “Committee Not to Renominate the President.”

“We need to take one shot at liberating the Republican Party from Trump, and conservatism from Trumpism,” Kristol told the publication.

Kristol’s comments were part of a report by the Times which listed potential Republican Trump challengers in the 2020 presidential election. The list included Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) and Vice President Mike Pence.

Kristol has proven to be one of the fiercest conservative Trump critics, frequently criticizing the president’s rhetoric as well as his policies.

The editor went as far as comparing the Trump administration to the decline of the Roman Empire last month.

A list of possible “saviors” includes, besides Mr. Squishy Kasich, John McCain, yes, the guy who stabbed us in the back on ObamaCare so he could play Maverick!

US GDP soars past $19 trillion for first time in American history

Well now, cutting back numerous regulations that punish success and hinder growth seems to be a good thing after all! Via Biz Pac

Thanks to President Trump, not only has the US Stock Market set multiple all time high records, the US GDP just soared past $19 trillion for the first time  – ever.

The second quarter US Gross Domestic Product annual growth rate released on Friday showed two times the rate from the first quarter under Trump according to the US Bureau of Economic Analysis.

Not sure if CNN or MSNBS has covered this yet. They are likely too busy covering the Trump Eats Russian Dressing story

Second quarter US GDP grew to $19.2 trillion, up from $19.1 trillion at the end of the first quarter. That surpassed the end of 2016 which saw the GDP at $18.9 trillion, according to the BEA. in just two quarters under Trump, the US GDP has grown by more than $300 Billion.

Virginia Representative Brat calls CNN/Dems over Trump bashing

Collusion, collusion, collusion. That is all we hear, but, as Brat points out is whether or not a crime was committed is the important thing. We know the media is eager to get Trump on something, anything. We know that Democrats are using these stories/accusations/hyperventilating to deter the administration’s agenda. Could the president handle some of this better? Yes, of course. Should President use Twitter in a better way? Yep he could, and should.

As already stated, most of the “Russia hacked the election” narrative is baloney. It is a nothing burger with extra nothing! The Republicans should, in my view, let the Democrats wail and whine. Republicans have the majority in both houses, use them! Scrap the filibuster, stop letting Chucky Schumer deter the agenda. Democrats do not play nice, why should Republicans?  Repeal ObamaCare rather than trying to keep most of it, get meaningful tax reform done, address the budget. And, if Democrats wish to help in any of those processes great. If not, then make damn sure to let the American people see who the party of no is. If the Democrats want to hold meaningless hearings, let them! Stop playing the Democrat’s game of delay, delay, and delay. In short lead!

The American people have given the GOP a majority of governorships. They have voted overwhelmingly for GOP majorities in legislatures across the nation. They voted for a Republican majority in the House, and in the Senate. They elected a Republican president. Given these facts Republicans ought to be able to see the writing on the wall. Americans gave the GOP a to do list. Now the GOP needs to start checking off items on that list!

DoJ No Longer Sharing Lawsuit Payouts With Activist Groups

An important — and expensive — incentive for legal action involving the Department of Justice will come to an abrupt end. The DoJ announced this morning that it would end the practice of crafting settlements to lawsuits that resulted in significant financial awards to activists groups, a practice that had flourished in Barack Obama’s administration. A memo from Attorney General Jeff Sessions rejects this policy, saying any punitive and restorative damages collected in lawsuits should go to American taxpayers:

In a memo sent to 94 U.S. attorneys’ offices early Wednesday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said he would end the practice that allowed companies to meet settlement burdens by giving money to groups that were neither victims nor parties to the case.
Sessions said the money should, instead, go to the Treasury Department or victims.
“When the federal government settles a case against a corporate wrongdoer, any settlement funds should go first to the victims and then to the American people—not to bankroll third-party special interest groups or the political friends of whoever is in power,” Sessions said in a statement.

While the practice existed before the Obama administration, it flourished under Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch. The DoJ would pursue a case against a big-pocketed defendant, and then push them into a settlement that suddenly included contributions to any number of Democratic Party interest groups. Not only was this an inappropriate politicization of the DoJ and of attorney-client interests, it was also a big incentive to sue people so as to pay off constituencies. The DoJ’s announcement called it a “slush fund,” but it operated more like a shakedown.

One of the most egregious things Team Obama did was marry his administration to left wing groups in this manner. That deplorable type of thing has now ended. It is important to remember that so many of the damaging things Obama did were not legislative, but via executive orders. So many of those need to go away, and many are being erased, remember the Dakota Pipeline?

Thursday, despite all the time, money and media savvy the left could throw at it, the Dakota Access Pipeline began making oil deliveries to customers. From the Associated Press:

Dallas-based Energy Transfer Partners announced that the 1,200-mile line carrying North Dakota oil through South Dakota and Iowa to a distribution point in Illinois had begun commercial service. The Dakota Access pipeline and the Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline from Illinois to the Gulf Coast together make up the $4.8 billion Bakken Pipeline system, which ETP said has commitments for about 520,000 barrels of oil daily.

“The pipeline will transport light, sweet crude oil from North Dakota to major refining markets in a more direct, cost-effective, safer and more environmentally responsible manner than other modes of transportation, including rail or truck,” the company said in a statement.

Remember there are many aspects to draining a swamp, here is another example that Team Trump has accomplished

Gaining, I’m sure, the gratitude of everyone, who’s had to sit through a diversity seminar the Trump administration plans to minimize civil rights efforts in agencies

The Trump administration is planning to disband the Labor Department division that has policed discrimination among federal contractors for four decades, according to the White House’s newly proposed budget, part of wider efforts to rein in government programs that promote civil rights.

As outlined in Labor’s fiscal 2018 plan, the move would fold the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, now home to 600 employees, into another government agency in the name of cost-cutting.

Please move them to Fargo, ND in the process.

The proposal to dismantle the compliance office comes at a time when the Trump administration is reducing the role of the federal government in fighting discrimination and protecting minorities by cutting budgets, dissolving programs and appointing officials unsympathetic to previous practices.

The new leadership at the Environmental Protection Agency, for instance, has proposed eliminating its environmental justice program, which addresses pollution that poses health threats specifically concentrated in minority communities. The program, in part, offers money and technical help to residents who are confronted with local hazards such as leaking oil tanks or emissions from chemical plants.Don’t get me going on “environmental justice”

Under President Trump’s proposed budget, the Education Department’s Office of Civil Rights — which has investigated thousands of complaints of discrimination in school districts across the country and set new standards for how colleges should respond to allegations of sexual assault and harassment — would also see significant staffing cuts. Administration officials acknowledge in budget documents that the civil rights office will have to scale back the number of investigations it conducts and limit travel to school districts to carry out its work.

Excellent! Despite what the Washington opines about these moves they are needed. This was never about protecting civil rights. These conclaves were about expanding Leftism and I say good riddance!

What the media misses about Trump’s Sweden statements

Sure, President Trump could have been clearer in referencing what is happening to Sweden. He needs to work on that. But, his words, though inartfully spoken, are based in truth. Tucker Carlson sets the record straight

take a look at what a police officer in Sweden posted about his country. As Jenn Jacques points out it validates Trumps words

A social media post from a Swedish police investigator is laying validation at the feet of the United State President.

Trump’s comments during a Florida campaign rally on Saturday – which some took as a misstatement about a supposed terror attack – dovetail with what Springare has been seeing during a typical week in Orebro, Sweden.

Speaking from Melbourne, FL. on Friday, the President stated:

“You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden, Sweden. Who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible.”

Five rapes, three assaults, a pair of extortions, blackmail, an attempted murder, violence against police and a robbery made up Springare’s caseload for a five-day period earlier this month, according to a Feb. 3 Facebook post he wrote. The suspects were all from Muslim-majority countries – Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia and Turkey – save for one Swedish man nabbed in a drug-related case.

In a Facebook post on February 3, 2016, police investigator Peter Springare shared his extreme displeasure with what has happened to his country after accepting hoards of Muslim immigrants:

You can go read his entire post at the link above

In short, the media is so busy trying to make the president look bad, and discredit him they are missing what price Sweden and the rest of Europe is paying for allowing massive immigration of people who do not share Western values. In other words, the media, again, is not investigating, reporting and informing. They are simply too busy attacking Trump to be what they are supposed to be, journalists.

Yeah, about that whole Mike Flynn hatchet job

He, apparently did, read this carefully Libs, nothing wrong! Can you say no there there?

NPR reported this morning that they are hearing from an intelligence official that the transcripts don’t show that Flynn did anything wrong, nor that he was acting under orders from Trump or someone else:

A current U.S. intelligence official tells NPR’s Mary Louise Kelly that there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing in the transcripts of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, although the official noted that doesn’t rule out the possibility of illegal actions.

The official also says that there are recordings as well as transcripts of the calls, and that the transcripts don’t suggest Flynn was acting under orders in his conversations.

The intelligence official who has personally seen the transcripts told Mary Louise they contained “no evidence” of criminal wrongdoing, although the official said it can’t be definitively ruled out.

The official also said there was “absolutely nothing” in the transcripts that suggests Flynn was acting under instructions “or that the trail leads higher.”

Dear Liberals, when even NPR destroys your narrative………………

The Six Things Donald Trump MUST Do As President

APPOINT AN ATTORNEY GENERAL WHO WILL PROSECUTE HILLARY CLINTON
Hillary Clinton represents everything that is wrong with the American political class. She epitomizes establishment corruption and wanton criminality, and to ignore her blatantly felonious behavior is to condone it.

REPEAL & REPLACE OBAMACARE
Of all the ruinous policies enacted by the previous administration, none is so egregious and universally despised as The Affordable Care Act. It must be eradicated like the cancer that it is and replaced with a free-market-based alternative as soon as humanly possible.

BUILD THE WALL
This is the primary reason why Donald Trump was elected president, make no mistake about it, and while its construction will not, in and of itself, put an end to illegal immigration, it will symbolize a seriousness of intent with respect to border security that has been sorely lacking in our government for decades.

APPOINT ORIGINALISTS TO THE FEDERAL JUDICIARY
When it comes to our nation’s highest courts, there are essentially two types of judges who oversee them, originalists and activists. Activistic judges believe that our Constitution is a “living, breathing” document that they are free to modify from the bench at any time and for any reason they concoct. As for originalist judges, I think Justice Antonin Scalia put it best when he said: “Our manner of interpreting the Constitution is to begin with the text, and to give that text the meaning that it bore when it was adopted by the people.”

SLASH TAXES ON BUSINESS & RENEGOTIATE INTERNATIONAL TRADE DEALS
Reinvigorating the U.S. economy cannot occur without radically reducing taxes on the companies which make up its foundation. Business taxes amount to taxes on all Americans – be they CEOs, employees, stockholders or consumers – and trillions of dollars have been lost to our economy over the years due to government’s insistence on inflicting punitive taxation upon our nation’s most productive citizens. Adding insult to injury, pro-globalist trade policies like NAFTA have served to accelerate the decline of America’s economic vitality, and any attempts to reverse the trends of the past few decades without addressing these key points will prove futile.

DRASTICALLY CUT GOVERNMENT SPENDING & REGULATION
Cutting government spending begins with downsizing the bureaucracies infesting it. This can be done through attrition, which simply means not hiring new federal employees to replace the ones who retire for an extended period of time. Beyond that, there are scores of agencies which should be eliminated entirely, like the departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, Housing & Urban Development, and the EPA for starters. Furthermore, federal regulations have become so pervasive that reducing their number by 50 percent would still leave the Federal Register with nearly 100,000 pages of growth-killing rules. Yes, certain regulatory powers must be exercised in order to stop bad people from doing harm to the rest of us, but when nanny-state know-it-alls in Washington DC decide to start telling the rest of us how much water we can use to flush our toilets or what sort of bulbs we can screw into our light fixtures, they’ve engaged in the sort of conduct that our founding fathers would have taken up arms to oppose.

Gun Reforms Trump will tackle?

The election of Trump, and the GOp retaining the Senate, and House has given the GOP a new birth, if they seize it. There are many actions that need to be taken. And securing greater self-defense rights are among the most crucial. Bob Owens explains five important steps the new president and Congress can get done

Ending Gun-Free Zones On Military Bases

President Trump will have the authority to executive authority to pass an executive order allowing the United States military to carry firearms on duty. Our domestic military bases and facilities have been the site of numerous terror attacks and mass shootings. Trump can reverse that with the stroke of a pen. He would also apparently have the authority to end firearm bans on other federal property, but there are so many laws and regulations that I don’t want to make that claim prematurely.

National Concealed Carry Reciprocity

There is significant momentum towards establishing national concealed carry reciprocity in all 50 states. President Trump, working with a Republican-controlled House and Senate, should be able to get this passed into law within the first 90 days. There are four different bills to choose from in the House and Senate.

There three more, Owens addresses, including improving the NICS background checks, go read the whole thing. Let us all hope the GOP has learned that standing up to the Left, the media, and the GOP establishment pays off. Let us all hope they start acting as if they are ready to put that lesson into practice
