Theresa May Issues Ultimatum To Vladimir Putin Over Salisbury Spy Poisoning – The Guardian

Theresa May has given Vladimir Putin’s administration until midnight on Tuesday to explain how a former spy was poisoned in Salisbury, otherwise she will conclude it was an “unlawful use of force” by the Russian state against the UK.

After chairing a meeting of the national security council, the prime minister told MPs that it was “highly likely” that Russia was responsible for the attack on and his daughter, Yulia. She warned that Britain would not tolerate such a “brazen attempt to murder innocent civilians on our soil”.

In a statement to the House of Commons that triggered an angry response from Moscow, the prime minister said the evidence had shown that Skripal had been targeted by a “military-grade nerve agent of a type developed by Russia”.

Describing the incident as an “indiscriminate and reckless act”, she said that the foreign secretary, Boris Johnson, had summoned the Russian ambassador to Whitehall and demanded an explanation by the end of Tuesday…

CIA Whistleblower Kevin Shipp: ‘Hillary Clinton Was And Is Running A Global Financial Criminal Syndicate’ – Washington Standard

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says the reason for all the crime and treason at the FBI and DOJ can be boiled down to one thing: a global financial crime spree. “Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate,” and Shipp believes Barack Obama was in on it.

Shipp believes that this entire scandal, which will likely end up being the biggest in American history, could result in a Constitutional crisis.

In an interview with USA Watchdog‘s Greg Hunter, Shipp contends, “There could be a Constitutional crisis in that we could see Congressmen, Senators, former Directors of the FBI, and the CIA perp walked after they receive charges.

Could you imagine if senior DOJ officials were arrested, some Congressmen and Senators were arrested and other government officials were arrested on charges and walked out of office? That’s the Constitutional crisis I am talking about…

White House Blocks Takeover Of American Chipmaker Qualcomm By Singapore’s Broadcom In The Name Of National Security – USA Today
.

.
President Trump has blocked Singapore-based Broadcom’s proposed $117 billion takeover of U.S. chipmaker Qualcomm for national security reasons.

In the order released Monday night, Trump cited “credible evidence” that the takeover “threatens to impair the national security of the United States.”

Coming just hours after Broadcom CEO Hock Tan met with security officials at the Pentagon in an effort to save the deal, the order follows an investigation by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, which reviews purchases of American companies by foreign investors. The investigation recommended blocking the deal, citing national security risks.

Broadcom has pursued a tie-up with its fellow chip maker for months…

Why The Democrats Made Such An Idiotic Tax Proposal – Roger L. Simon

With the economy roaring as it hasn’t in decades, the stock market at all-time highs, and unemployment (including for blacks and Hispanics) at all-time lows, the Democrats have just proposed to “fix things” by raising taxes.

Say what?

This proposal, which includes raising the highest bracket and the corporate rate (after years of trying to get it down), plus raising the rates for “30 million companies which are organized as sole proprietorships, partnerships, Subchapter-S corporations, and LLCs” not to mention bringing back the alternative minimum tax (a boondoggle for preparers), will end up costing the vast majority of Americans most, if not all, of the money they just got from the Republicans’ tax reform bill.

Call it “Away with all crumbs!”

Only someone as terminally frozen in 1968 as Bernie Sanders, who has emerged as the spokesperson for the proposal, could think of this as anything less than economic suicide…

The House intelligence committee has finished its Russian election-meddling investigation with a draft report concluding there was no collusion or coordination between Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Kremlin, according to GOP panel members.

“The bottom line: The Russians did commit active measures against our election in ‘16, and we think they will do that in the future,” Rep. Mike Conaway, Texas Republican and one of the probe’s leaders, said late Monday on Capitol Hill.

While the Texas Republican said panel members agreed with conclusion of leading U.S. intelligence agencies that Russia had interfered with the election – he added that they disagreed “with the narrative that they were trying to help Trump.”…

RINO Douchebag Arnold Schwarzenegger To Sue Big Oil For ‘First Degree Murder’ – Politico

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s next mission: taking oil companies to court “for knowingly killing people all over the world.”

The former California governor and global environmental activist announced the move Sunday at a live recording of POLITICO’s Off Message podcast here at the SXSW festival, revealing that he’s in talks with several private law firms and preparing a public push around the effort.

“This is no different from the smoking issue. The tobacco industry knew for years and years and years and decades, that smoking would kill people, would harm people and create cancer, and were hiding that fact from the people and denied it.

Then eventually they were taken to court and had to pay hundreds of millions of dollars because of that,” Schwarzenegger said. “The oil companies knew from 1959 on, they did their own study that there would be global warming happening because of fossil fuels, and on top of it that it would be risky for people’s lives, that it would kill.”…

Fake Indian Elizabeth Warren Continues To Speak With Forked Tongue About Her Heritage – Washington Times
.

.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren sought Sunday to bolster her shaky claims of Cherokee ancestry with the story of how her racist grandparents drove her parents to elope. But Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes says that account has its own credibility issues.

Ms. Barnes, who said her research into Ms. Warren’s family found “no evidence” of Native American ancestry, has challenged key elements of the senator’s tale of how her parents, Pauline Reed and Donald Herring, defied his parents by running off to marry.

“The problem with Warren’s story is that none of the evidence supports it,” said Ms. Barnes in a 2016 post on her Thoughts from Polly’s Granddaughter blog. “Her genealogy shows no indication of Cherokee ancestry. Her parents’ wedding doesn’t resemble an elopement…

“Specifically, it is alleged that De La Garza is a Mexican citizen who knowingly used a fraudulently obtained Texas birth certificate to apply for a United States passport, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “Additionally, the indictment charges he knowingly and willfully used the same fraudulently obtained birth certificate to assert United States citizenship on his five-year background check…

Extreme Leftist And Grandson Of Muslim Terrorist Running For Congress In San Diego – Daily Caller

Democratic candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar is running for Congress in California to unseat scandal-ridden Republican Rep. Duncan Hunter.

A San Diego native, Campa-Najjar says he wants to serve the community that helped raise him, serve his family and friends, and provide the 50th District of California a leader who is not embattled in scandal, a reference to incumbent Hunter.

Campa-Najjar supports a number of policies backed by the growing hard-left faction of the Democratic Party. He is a staunch supporter of a universal health care system, like Vermont Sen. Austin Package Explosions Leave Teen Dead, Women Hurt After Three Blasts In 2 Weeks – Fox News

A teenager was killed and at least two women were seriously hurt after a pair of explosions rocked homes in Austin on Monday – just two weeks after a separate blast which authorities said is linked to at least one of Monday’s incidents.

Austin Police said they received a call about the first explosion in a neighborhood on the northeast side of the city around 6:45 a.m., after the 17-year-old resident found a package on the front step, brought it inside, and opened it in the kitchen where it exploded.

“It is very similar to the incident that occurred in Austin on March 2,” Austin Police Chief Brian Manley told reporters.

Manley said authorities don’t believe the packages came from a delivery through the U.S. Postal Service or private mail carriers, and the placement on the home’s front doorstep also indicated a similarity to the blast earlier this month. Federal law enforcement offcials told Fox News the packages are made to look like mail, but at least the first one did not actually get shipped from the postal service…

White House Unveils Proposals To ‘Harden’ Schools In Wake Of Florida Shooting – The Hill

The Trump administration on Sunday unveiled a series of proposals on school safety and gun restrictions in the wake of the recent shooting in Florida, including a push for states to provide firearms training for school staff members and for Congress to strengthen background checks.

The White House will establish a federal commission to assess how to best address gun violence in schools, but will not propose any legislation of its own. Instead, it will call on Congress to pass legislation strengthening the background check system, and on states to pass laws keeping guns away from dangerous individuals.

The White House is calling on states to adopt extreme risk protection orders, which would allow law enforcement to obtain a court order and temporarily take firearms away from individuals deemed a threat to themselves or others.

The administration will also look to assist states to provide “rigorous firearm training to qualified personnel.”…

Police Failed To Act As 1,000 Girls Beaten, Pimped, Raped, And Even Killed Over 40 Years In Britain’s Worst Grooming Scandal – Breitbart

An investigation by the Sunday Mirror has revealed Britain’s worst ever grooming scandal, which saw authorities paralysed for 40 years by fears of “racism” accusations as grooming gangs victimised up to a thousand girls in Telford.

The left-leaning newspaper claims its 18-month investigation found “abuse on unprecedented levels”, with three women being killed when abuser Azhar Ali Mehmood burned down their home with them inside and two others dying in connection with the scandal.

Social workers reportedly knew of the abuse, which saw girls as young as 11 targeted, from the 1990s, but police took ten years to launch an investigation and the authorities failed to keep tabs on suspects and perpetrators from the South Asian community fearing “racism” accusations.

Victims told the Sunday Mirror that the abuse – which is said to have begun in the 1980s – carries on to this day, and notes that police failed to investigate one recent case five times before a Member of Parliament directly intervened…

Earlier this week, we reported on an Oregon man who filed a lawsuit against WalMart and Dick’s Sporting Goods for discrimination because they would not sell him a rifle even though he was of legal age to obtain one. Now, in another story out of Oregon, a 20-year-old young man is suing Kroger because they would not sell him shotgun shells.

At the first of March, Kroger took up a policy much like that of Dick’s and WalMart in that they are determined to discriminate on sales of Second Amendment products to people under 21 years of age.

At that time Kroger released a statement saying, “In response to the tragic events in Parkland and elsewhere, we’ve taken a hard look at our policies and procedures for firearm sales. Recent events demonstrate the need for additional action on the part of responsible gun retailers.”…

Trump’s Wall Will Pay For Itself By Leading To A Significant Reduction In Welfare Payments To Illegals – New York Post

Mexico won’t have to pay for the wall, after all. U.S. taxpayers won’t have to pick up the tab, either. The controversial barrier, rather, will cover its own cost just by closing the border to illegal immigrants who tend to go on the federal dole.

That’s the finding of recent immigration studies showing the $18 billion wall President Trump plans to build along the southern border will pay for itself by curbing the importation of not only crime and drugs, but poverty.

“The wall could pay for itself even if it only modestly reduced illegal crossings and drug smuggling,” Steven A. Camarota, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies, told The Post.

Federal data shows that a wall would work. A two-story corrugated metal fence in El Paso, Texas, first erected under the Bush administration has already curtailed illegal border crossings there by more than 89 percent over the five-year period during which it was built…

Sexual Assault Survivor Fired By Virginia Social Services For Having A Concealed Carry Permit – Daily Caller

A woman identifying as a Virginia social worker took to social media Friday evening to vent about being fired from her job for being a concealed carry permit holder.

Storm Durham, a former Department of Virginia Social Services employee who describes herself as a “22 year old blonde who is 5’2 and about 140 pounds who loves everything Disney, pink, and basic,” asserts that she was escorted out of her office by three Roanoke, Va., police officers after she was canned. She was, according to a post on Facebook, not even allowed to use the bathroom due to “serious safety concerns to the building.”

“I was fired today due to having a concealed carry permit,” Durham wrote on Facebook. “Was my gun on me? No. Has it ever been on me during my job, or visits, or anything related to work? No. When I told them that it has never been on me during work, what did they say? ‘How do we know that.’”

Why Microsoft’s Paul Allen Is Building The World’s Largest Airplane – Toronto Star

A massive airplane being built by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen moved a step closer to flight last week, when it crept out of its hangar in Mojave, California and practiced rolling down the runway, hitting a top speed of 74 kph.

Known as Stratolaunch, the plane has a wingspan even greater than that of business mogul Howard Hughes’ famed Spruce Goose, and is designed to carry as many as three rockets, tethered to its belly, to about 35,000 feet. Once aloft, the rockets would drop, then fire their engines and deliver satellites to orbit.

NRA Files Lawsuit Saying Florida Gun Bill Approved By Governor Scott Violates 2nd Amendment – Fox News

The National Rifle Association reacted Friday with a federal lawsuit after Florida lawmakers approved gun legislation that would raise the age to buy guns. The group’s argument: that the proposed law violates the Second Amendment.

News of the lawsuit came just hours after Florida Gov. Rick Scott publicly went against allies in the NRA in signing a gun control bill that was drafted in response to the fatal school shooting in Parkland, Fla., on Feb. 14. Seventeen people were killed in that gun attack, attributed to a 19-year-old named Nikolas Cruz.

Chris Cox, executive director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Acton, has matainted that the bill “punished punishes law-abiding gun owners for the criminal acts of a deranged individual.”

The lawsuit is asking a federal judge to block the new age restriction from taking effect.

The bill signed by Governor Scott raises the minimum age to buy rifles from 18 to 21, extends a three-day waiting period for handgun purchases to include long guns and bans bump stocks…

President Donald Trump attacked his critics, promoted his steel and aluminum tariffs and tossed out an idea to have drug dealers face the death penalty, addressing a raucous rally on Saturday for a Republican congressional candidate in a tight race. Trump’s appearance was aimed at helping Republican Rick Saccone in a district Trump won overwhelmingly in 2016 as part of a narrow win in Pennsylvania.

But while he heartily endorsed Saccone as a “really good person,” Trump spent a lot of time talking about his own fortunes in a “Make America Great Again” rally in an airport hangar at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

He said it was crucial for Republicans to muster forces to turn back a strong Democratic drive to win one or both houses of the U.S. Congress in November midterm elections.

West Virginia Legislature Green Lights Work Requirements For Food Stamps – Breitbart

The West Virginia Senate passed legislation Friday that would require food stamp recipients in the state to work at least 20 hours a week to receive benefits.

The bill already passed the West Virginia House in a 78-19 vote.

Forty-six of the 55 counties in West Virginia had waivers that would exempt them from having to comply with federal guidelines mandating that able-bodied adults without dependent children have to work or volunteer to receive benefits.

Federal law mandates that the work requirements be implemented nationwide, but it allows states to obtain waivers for individual counties if their 12-month average unemployment rate goes above 10 percent…

Senate Documents Show FBI Trying To Suppress Release Of New Trump Dossier Info – The Hill

Republican senators Charles Grassley (Iowa) and Lindsey Graham (S.C.) on Monday released a letter they sent to the FBI asking that ex-British spy Christopher Steele be investigated for possible criminal violations.

Steele authored the anti-Trump “dossier” that was full of false or unverified information, provided to the FBI and leaked to the press in 2016.

The FBI secretly used the Steele dossier to convince a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to permit one of the most sensitive invasions of privacy against a U.S. citizen: electronic surveillance by the government.

That’s according to House Republicans who, on Friday, released a summary of classified documents they reviewed…

“When we use these two agents together, we see the elimination of tumors all over the body,” senior author of the study, Dr. Ronald Levy told the Stanford Medicine News Center. “This approach bypasses the need to identify tumor-specific immune targets and doesn’t require wholesale activation of the immune system or customization of a patient’s immune cells.”…

Rodolfo “Rudy” Delgado, 64, presides over the 93rd District Court for the State of Texas. An unnamed attorney with whom Delgado had frequent dealings allegedly bribed him on three separate occasions in exchange for “favorable judicial consideration,” the DOJ alleges.

FBI special agents had been investigating the judge since November 2016 using the unnamed attorney as an informant, according to the complaint. The attorney admitted to repeatedly bribing Delgado going back to 2008.

A New York high school has canceled a production of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” after a student activist group complained about a white student being cast in a lead role. The school now will be putting on an alternative production.

Members of Ithaca High School’s Students United Ithaca – all five of them (below, left) – got together and wrote up a letter and list of demands after the role of Esmeralda went to a Caucasian peer.

“It shows you that theater wasn’t made for you,” said Maddi Carroll, a member of the Students United group who is African-American. “And it shows you that, if you can’t get the parts that are written for you, what parts are you going to get?”

Students United’s letter conceded that the student cast as Esmeralda “is a stellar actor, singer, and dancer” and that any production would be “lucky to have her.” However, it added: “Our concern is not with her, but with the fact that in terms of demographics, she is the wrong choice for this role.”…

House Intel Committee Could Drop Five More Memos Exposing ‘Politically Motivated’ Abuses By FBI And DOJ – Gateway Pundit
.

.
If you thought Friday’s FISA abuse memo could be the sole report on FBI and Justice Department corruption, House Intelligence chairman Devin Nunes may have a surprise.

According to Axios, the Committee could publish up to five more reports outlining “politically motivated “wrongdoing” across various agencies, including the FBI, the broader Justice Department, and the State Department.”

Axios reports:

What we’re hearing: Republicans close to Nunes say there could be as many as five additional memos or reports of “wrongdoing.” But a source on the House Intelligence Committee tells me there’s no current plan to use the same extraordinary and highly controversial process they just went through…

16 Bombshells In The Nunes Memo The Media Do Not Want You To Know About – John Nolte

In its partisan zeal to protect the ongoing witch hunt against President Trump, our Nixonian media went into hyper-drive last week to ensure that the unethical and un-American behavior of President Obama’s FBI and Justice Department remained covered up from the public.

After this cynical effort failed with the release of the Nunes memo Friday, the media quickly switched tactics and is now working feverishly to muddy the waters about the horror show revealed in the memo.

To begin with, it is obvious that a hysterical talking point about declaring the release of the memo a “Constitutional Crisis” has been spread far and wide. Naturally, the “constitutional crisis” in question is not the wrongdoing committed by federal law enforcement. Instead, because we are now deep within the head of the media’s fabricated reality where wrong is right and up is down, the “constitutional crisis” is that government wrongdoing was uncovered…

Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett told Sean Hannity on his TV show this evening that his congressional source told him Rod Rosenstein in a meeting three weeks ago threatened Chairman Nunes and others. Rosenstein said he was tired of dealing with the House Intelligence Committee. He threatened to request House Intel text messages to stop their probe.

Greg Jarrett said Saturday in a tweet that a second source confirmed in a meeting on January 10 Rosenstein warned the members of the House Intel Committee he would subpoena the committee’s calls and texts to stop their investigation…

German Small Arms Ownership Soars 85% In Under 2 Years – Zero Hedge

Two years after your chancellor decides to admit over 1 million undocumented middle-eastern immigrants to boost the economy and instead gets a series of terrorist attacks in return, this is the outcome: “Germans are taking up arms of angst.”

According to Handelsblatt, demand in Germany for non-lethal weapons, including gas pistols, flare and stun guns, as well as pepper spray is on the rise. While in the U.S., the German magazine notes, every mass shooting is followed by yet another heated gun debate.

in Germany gun-related crime is comparatively rare, but the issue of guns is increasingly in the forefront of political discussions. That’s because sales of freely available arms are booming.

The number of applications for small arms permits has set new records. In 2017, 557,560 people obtained such a license. In January 2016, only 300,949 people had a permit. This means ownership soared by a staggering 85% in just under two years…

On The Same Day Trump Releases The Nunes Memo, A Federal Judge Keeps The Comey Memos Secret – Daily Caller
.

.
On the same day the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released the Nunes memo showing the FBI relied on the salacious and unverified Trump dossier to obtain a surveillance warrant on Carter Page, a federal judge ruled to withhold the Comey memos. The memos, authored by former FBI Director James Comey, are about his nine private conversations with President-elect and President Trump.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who ruled in favor of the FBI’s request to keep the Comey memos secret, also sits on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The FISA court is the same court that approved the surveillance on Trump associates.

Boasberg refused to release the documents on the basis they were still being used by special counsel Robert Mueller…

Rush: Mueller Probing Wrong People ‘On Purpose’ – WorldNetDaily

The Nunes memo released Friday shows special counsel Robert Mueller is investigating the wrong people “on purpose,” contends talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

The declassified report by the Republican majority on the House Intelligence Committee confirms that Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid for a British spy to produce a salacious and discredited opposition report on Donald Trump that was submitted by the Justice Department to a top-secret surveillance court as evidence to obtain warrants to spy on a Trump campaign adviser.

“I was really worried that expectations for this memo had been raised so high that no matter what the contents people would react, ‘Is that it? Is that all?’ Folks, if anything, this memo was undersold. The revelations in this memo, even though the foundation of it we suspected and were very certain were true, the add-on items, the confirmation of the political corruption of the FBI at the upper levels and the DOJ, ditto, is inescapable,” Limbaugh said…

The Memo Reveals The Coup Against America – Daniel Greenfield

The Democrats and the media spent a week lying to the American people about the “memo.”

The memo was full of “classified information” and releasing” it would expose “our spying methods.” By “our,” they didn’t mean American spying methods. They meant Obama’s spying methods.

A former White House Ethics Lawyer claimed that the Nunes memo would undermine “national security.” On MSNBC, Senator Chris Van Hollen threatened that if the memo is released, the FBI and DOJ “will refuse to share information with the House and Senate Intelligence Committees.”

Senator Cory Booker howled that releasing the memo was “treasonous” and might be “revealing sources and methods” and even “endangering fellow Americans in the intelligence community.”…

Winning: Atlanta Fed Sees GDP Rocketing To 5.4% In First Quarter – Breitbart

The American economy is on track to grow at a 5.4 percent annualized rate in the first quarter of this year, the Atlanta Federal Reserve’s GDPNow forecast model showed on Monday.

The regional Fed’s forecast rose from last week’s 4.2 percent growth following a report on manufacturing that showed more expansion than expected.

The forecast of real consumer spending growth rose from 3.1 percent to 4.0 percent, while the forecast of investment growth soared from 5.2 percent to 9.2 percent.

This is an early reading, based on just one-months data. Even the most optimistic economists do not expect the economy to expand at that rate in the first quarter.

Both the Atlanta Fed’s GDPNow and the New York Fed’s Nowcast had readings for the fourth quarter of 2017 that were substantially higher than the official initial estimate, which came in at a 2.6 percent annual growth rate…

‘Largest-Ever’ Security Breach Hits Aussie Government As Media Dumps Top-Secret Files – Zero Hedge

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has obtained a treasure trove of top-secret and highly classified files, which it has dumped in a report titled: “The Cabinet files,” triggering the largest-ever breach of cabinet security in Australian history.

Top-secret documents relating to national security, immigration, welfare, communications and even controversial racial discrimination laws, which spans at least five administrations, somehow ended up at a second-hand shop in Canberra, Capital of Australia.

The ABC says the highly classified documents were locked in two large filing cabinets at a furniture clearinghouse store in Canberra without keys. An unidentifiable individual purchased the filing cabinets for a steep discount and then drilled out the locks to only discover thousands of files revealing the inner workings of government.

All files are classified, some as “top-secret” or “AUSTEO,” which means government eyes only. It is hard to comprehend the thought process here…

What Happens When Socialists Run Out Of Money – Daniel Greenfield

Prime Minister Thatcher once famously observed that socialists “always run out of other people’s money.” But what actually happens when socialism runs out of money?

Venezuela, a once wealthy nation with black gold coming out of the ground, is a test case.

The socialist regime ran out of other people’s money, and then out of money, years ago. The government met protests by its starving population with a 40% minimum wage hike. That’s the usual socialist solution to what leftists call ‘income inequality’. The problem is that 40% of nothing is still zero.

The “Strong Bolivar” introduced by former dictator Hugo Chavez, who died of an overdose of Cuba’s socialist medicine, leads the world in one economic category: a 3,000% inflation rate. Currently a dollar will buy you 111,413.23 bolivars. Wait a while and there will be a better bargain in bolivars because economists are forecasting a 30,000% inflation rate. In Venezuela, even the poorest American can become a millionaire in bolivars. The only question is why would anyone actually want bolivars?…

13,000 Tourists Trapped In Swiss Ski Resort After Heavy Snowfall Blocks Roads, Train Line – Daily Mail

Heavy snowfall has trapped around 13,000 tourists at Zermatt, one of Switzerland’s most popular ski stations. The snow has blocked all roads and the train leading to the resort in the southern Swiss canton of Valais, which was also hit by some power outages, head of the train station Janine Imesch said.

There are currently ‘around 13,000 tourists at Zermatt,’ she said, while the station website warned that ‘arrivals and departures are not possible at the moment.’ The main access road has been closed since early yesterday, while the train was halted last night, she said.

Part of widespread weather chaos across the region, Zermatt is not the only resort to have suffered heavy blizzard-like conditions. Tignes, another ski resort, in the French Alps saw more than 62 inches of snow in the past 48 hours, while Sestriere in Italy – a few miles from the French borders – saw more than 30 inches fall.

U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro ruled Monday the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy would be dismissed “with prejudice,” and ordered the rancher set free after federal prosecutors willfully withheld exculpatory evidence during the 2017 trial.

Navarro ruled a mistrial in the Bundy case last month after prosecutors “willful[ly]” withheld exculpatory evidence favorable to the four men on trial: Cliven Bundy, his two sons and one other person. The judge found that prosecutors had violated the defendant’s civil rights and violated federal law by hiding evidence from the court.

After the mistrial, Navarro set a Jan. 8 date to decide whether the case against Bundy would be retried or dismissed “with prejudice,” barring a retrial over the same charges…

U.S. To End Protected Status For 200,000 Salvadoran Refugees – Reuters

The Trump administration will announce on Monday it plans to end the Temporary Protected Status that has allowed 200,000 Salvadoran immigrants to remain in the United States, a U.S. Senate aide said.

Under the plan, the legal status will be extended until Sept. 9, 2019, the aide told Reuters. Salvadorans in the United States under the TPS program will have until that date to leave or obtain other lawful residency.

The Trump administration has faced a series of deadlines over the past year to decide whether to end the protections for immigrants in the United States whose home countries have been affected by disasters. Administration officials have said TPS is supposed to provide a temporary haven for victims, not a permanent status in the United States.

Haitians and Nicaraguans will lose their protected status in 2019 and Hondurans could lose theirs later this year. South Sudanese immigrants’ protected status was extended until May 2019…

Here’s A Novel Idea: If You Don’t Like Jeff Session’s Marijuana Decision, Change The Law – Harlan Reynolds

Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution provides that: “All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Legislative powers are the power to make and repeal laws. Those powers are not vested in the executive branch, which includes the president and, more relevant to this discussion, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who recently announced that he will no longer follow an Obama-era policy of not enforcing federal laws against marijuana. Some states have repealed their own laws against marijuana, but marijuana remains illegal under federal law, and will stay that way unless Congress legislates otherwise.

This is basic civics stuff, but it seems to have eluded a lot of people. People such as Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., who exploded in response to Sessions’ announcement, saying that marijuana laws should be left to the states…

Iranian Oil Tanker Burns, 32 Missing After Collision Off China’s Coast – Reuters

A tanker carrying Iranian oil and run by the country’s top oil shipping firm was ablaze and spewing cargo into the East China Sea on Sunday after colliding with a Chinese freight ship, leaving the tanker’s 32 crew members missing, the Chinese government said.

Thick clouds of dark smoke could be seen billowing out of the Sanchi tanker, engulfing the vessel as rescue efforts were hampered by bad weather and fire on and around the ship, Mohammad Rastad, head of Iran’s Ports and Maritime Organisation, told Iranian television.

White House: North Korea Behind Massive ‘WannaCry’ Cyberattack In May – Fox News

North Korea was behind the massive “WannaCry” cyberattack in May that spread around the world costing billions of dollars, White House Homeland Security Adviser Tom Bossert announced in a Wall Street Journal op-ed Monday.

Jason Chaffetz: It’s Time For Jeff Sessions To Go – Gateway Pundit

Former U.S. representative and FOX News contributor Jason Chaffetz on Monday once again called on failed Attorney General Jeff Sessions to resign. Chaffetz joined Judge Jeanine Pirro and Attorney Gregg Jarrett on Hannity on Monday night.

Jason Chaffetz: Some people suggested there be a second special counsel. How’s that first one working out? I wouldn’t do a second one. I really do believe that it’s time for Attorney General Sessions to go. I don’t think he’s up for the job. Every time I see him he looks like he’s some prisoner. And the only reason we have a special counsel is because we have an Attorney General who can’t do his job.

We have been writing for several weeks now that Jeff Sessions is compromised…

Leftist Ineptitude Update: French Mayors Panic As Migrants Overwhelm Cities, Beg Macron For Help – Zero Hedge

Mayors from seven major French cities overwhelmed by the flow of migrants, have written a joint letter to Paris published in LeMonde on Saturday, begging the government to step in and help.

According to the letter, the cities of Lille, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Grenoble, Rennes, Toulousa and Nantes are taking in “several thousand” refugees per month, which the mayors say is causing a social emergency as they are “backed up against a wall” and “completely saturated” by a seemingly endless flood of asylum seekers.

The year 2017 ends with a massive rise in the demand for asylum and the arrival of newcomers puts extreme tension -particularly with the onset of the cold wave -of the classic public and institutional policies.

In a proportion never before known, the mechanisms allocated to housing asylum seekers, led by the State, often with the support of our communities, are indeed completely saturated…

MAGA Update: Trump Unveils America-First National Security Strategy – Fox News

President Trump on Monday unveiled a national security strategy that enshrines his “America First” approach into U.S. policy, stressing American strength and economic security and putting rivals like China and Russia on notice.

“America is in the game and America is going to win,” Trump said, making clear that the United States will stand up for itself even if that means acting unilaterally or alienating others on issues such as trade, climate change and immigration.

In a 20-minute speech, Trump said the U.S. faces “an extraordinarily dangerous world” and one of his goals is to make sure the U.S. is “leading again on the world stage.”

Panicked Antifa Website Deletes Article About Sabotaging Train Tracks In Olympia After Derailment – Gateway Pundit

On Monday morning, an Amtrak train derailed while crossing an overpass in Dupont, Washington. Law enforcement say at least six people are dead and 78 others were injured.

Independent journalist Mike Cernovich tweeted an archived link to a now deleted article from “prominent,” far-left website It’s Going Down, on an ANTIFA group bragging about pouring concrete on train tracks in Olympia, WA.

The story is from April, but a more recent post from another far-left website, published just 9 days ago, is still up.

Olympia is a 20 minute drive from Dupont.

In late November, ANTIFA sabotaged a train in Olympia.

Police raided an ANTIFA encampment in Olympi following a train being sabotaged by anti-fracking activists – but the anarchists claiming credit for the act have vowed to continue until “every officer is down.”…

Branded ‘Hate Chicken’ By The Left, Chick-Fil-A Feeds Atlanta’s Stranded Travelers – American Thinker
.

Well, well, well – what have we here? As thousands of Atlanta’s airport passengers found themselves stranded due to a power outage in what was for many an unfamiliar airport, who should come out to feed them for free, making their hellish travel ordeal a bit less hellish?

Sure enough, it was Chick-fil-A, the delicious chicken fast food chain that was otherwise branded “hate chicken” by rabid leftists during a 2012 flap over marriage and the company owners’ unwillingness to support opening up the institution to same-sex couples.

Late Sunday night, while Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport worked to restore power during a massive outage that crippled air travel at the nation’s busiest airport, officials handed out Chick-fil-A and waters to stranded passengers…

Trump To Boost U.S. Missile Defense To Combat Iranian, N. Korean WMD Threats – Washington Free Beacon

The Trump administration will designate domestic U.S. missile defense as a “priority action” as part of its forthcoming National Security Strategy, or NSS, according to draft language viewed by the Washington Free Beacon that singles out Iranian and North Korean missile threats as a direct danger to the American homeland.

Trump’s national security vision, which will be presented later Monday in the NSS, will focus in part on enhanced missile defense in the United States in order to combat possible attacks by North Korea and Iran on the American homeland, according to draft portions of the NSS exclusively viewed by the Free Beacon.

The focus on missile defense comes as Iran and North Korea work independently – and in conjunction – to boost the power and range of their missiles, particularly their intercontinental ballistic missiles, which are capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

The Trump administration recognizes in its NSS that the threat from these missile programs is growing and that the United States must take proactive measures to bolster its defenses…

The Obama administration protected members of notorious terror group Hezbollah from prosecution to save the Iran nuclear deal, a new report claims.

A team at the Drug Enforcement Administration had been working for almost a decade to bring down the Lebanon-based militant organization’s sophisticated $1 billion-a-year drug ring – which it found was smuggling cocaine into the U.S. and laundering the profits by buying used cars stateside and shipping them to Africa for resale, Politico reports.

But the departments of Justice and Treasury delayed and rejected prosecution and sanctions requests from the team that had exposed the Iran-backed criminal network because the Obama White House feared “rocking the boat” with Tehran ahead of the deal, the site reports…

Minneapolis To Reduce Police Psych Testing After Screening Out Too Many Minorities – Daily Caller

The city of Minneapolis may fire its police psychology evaluator because his tests screened out too many minority candidates, despite already lowering psych evaluations far below the national standard.

The July police shooting of Justine Damond triggered the city to scrutinize its psychological standards for police, with many claiming they’d become lax.

Psychiatrist Thomas Gratzer has run psych testing for the Minneapolis police for the past five years, and in that time, he has eliminated four of the five tests used to determine whether a candidate is fit to be an officer, APM reported Thursday. Now, Gratzer is facing firing not for gutting his standard, but for screening out too many minorities.

Mohamed Noor, the officer who shot Damond, is Somali and was one of 200 cops approved by Gratzer’s standards over the past five years, which were already far below the national standard…

Ranchers Defeat Big Brother In Property Rights Fight – WorldNetDaily

A ranching family is celebrating a decision that hands the federal government a loss and them victory in a dispute over access to natural water sources on federal lands on which they’ve been grazing livestock since the 1800s.

The details of the victory for the Sacramento Grazing Association, a ranching company owned by James and Frances Goss, were outlined by the Heartland Institute.

The ranching company dates back to 1885, but in the 1980s, the U.S. Forest Service started fencing off some water sources, sources the SGA long had used, in the Lincoln National Forest to protect a species of thistle called the Sacramento Mountains Thistle.

“Throughout the 1990s, SGA and USFS battled and negotiated over SGA’s right to continue using the water. Breaking: Woman Wins Women’s Race – Washington Free Beacon

The front page of the New York Times Monday morning was shocking. A woman won the New York City marathon! Impossible!

The Times special marathon section certainly gave that impression, too.

Google “who won the New York City marathon?” and Shalane Flanagan’s name comes up first. And don’t get me wrong: Her time of 2 hours 26 minutes 53 seconds was impressive. And she was the first American to win the women’s race in 40 years. Not bad.

But a woman did not finish first in the NYC marathon. Flanagan’s time was 16 minutes slower than the winner of the New York City marathon men’s race, Geoffrey Kipsang Kamworor of Kenya.

Kamworor’s win is buried by the Times, relegated to page 3 of the special section. The Times, and the rest of the media, neglects to note that five American men beat their self-declared winner Flanagan.

But never mind, the headlines all tell the same story: A woman won the NYC marathon!…

First Comey Memo Concluded Hillary Was “Grossly Negligent,” Punishable By Jail – Zero Hedge

According to a new report from The Hill, early drafts of former FBI Director James Comey’s statement on Hillary Clinton’s email case accused the former Secretary of State of “gross negligence” in her handling of classified information as opposed to the “extremely careless” phrase that made its way into the final statement.

As The Hill further points out, the change in language is significant since federal law states that “gross negligence” in handling the nation’s intelligence can be punished criminally with prison time or fines whereas “extreme carelessness” has no such legal definition and/or ramifications.

An early draft of former FBI Director James Comey’s statement closing out the Hillary Clinton email case accused the former Secretary of State of having been ‘grossly negligent” in handling classified information, new memos to Congress show.

The tough language was changed to the much softer accusation that Clinton had been “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information when Comey announced in July 2016 there would be no charges against her…

Black Guy Painted His Own Car With Racist Graffiti At Kansas State University – The Sentinel

A black man painted racist graffiti on his own car parked near Kansas State University, police determined.

Dauntarius Williams, 21, told investigators he painted racial slurs on his own car and reported it to police, but officials will not charge him for filing a false police report. In a press release, Williams said he regrets his actions, calling the graffiti a “Halloween prank that got out of hand.”

The end of the so-called Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) caliphate that once expanded across vast swathes of two countries is within reach now that the jihadists lost the last-remaining city under their control in Syria and its final stronghold in Iraq along the border.

Four Viral Claims Spread By Journalists On Twitter In The Last Week Alone That Are False – Glenn Greenwald

There is ample talk, particularly of late, about the threats posed by social media to democracy and political discourse. Yet one of the primary ways that democracy is degraded by platforms such as Facebook and Twitter is, for obvious reasons, typically ignored in such discussions: the way they are used by American journalists to endorse factually false claims that quickly spread and become viral, entrenched into narratives, and thus, can never be adequately corrected.

The design of Twitter, where many political journalists spend their time, is in large part responsible for this damage. Its space constraints mean that tweeted headlines or tiny summaries of reporting are often assumed to be true with no critical analysis of their accuracy and are easily spread.

Claims from journalists that people want to believe are shared like wildfire, while less popular subsequent corrections or nuanced debunking are easily ignored. Whatever one’s views are on the actual impact of Twitter Russian bots, surely the propensity of journalistic falsehoods to spread far and wide is at least as significant…

This is not surprising at all. Scully is known as one of the most famous announcers sports history, and he’s never really held back when it comes to politics. He famously slammed socialism during a live broadcast. I’d be more surprised if he did indeed agree with the national anthem protests.

His comments also represent the way many Americans feel. Lots of people have been turned off to the NFL ever since players kneeling and refusing to stand during the national anthem became a thing in the league.

Eight people who worked on the set of the Netflix show House of Cards have accused Kevin Spacey of creating a “toxic” work environment by sexually harassing them, according to a report.

The eight people, who remain anonymous for fear of putting their careers in jeopardy, told CNN that Spacey exhibited “predatory” behavior towards young, male production staffers on the show that included vulgar comments and nonconsensual touching.

One former production assistant on the show alleged that Spacey, the Oscar-winning actor who also served as one of the show’s executive producers, sexually assaulted him while they traveled to the House of Cards set 30 miles away from Baltimore…

Texas Police Can Now Be Imprisoned For Not Honoring ICE Detainer Requests – Law Newz

A federal appeals court has allowed some aspects of Texas’s anti-Sanctuary City bill SB4 to go forward.

One of the more controversial provisions of SB4 is language which directs all law enforcement agents and officials in the state to “comply with, honor, and fulfill,” Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) detainer requests. It reads, in relevant part:

Art. 2.251. DUTIES RELATED TO IMMIGRATION DETAINER REQUESTS. (a) A law enforcement agency that has custody of a person subject to an immigration detainer request issued by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement shall: (1) comply with, honor, and fulfill any request made in the detainer request provided by the federal government; and (2) inform the person that the person is being held pursuant to an immigration detainer request issued by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The above-quoted provision is now being allowed to take effect pending further litigation. Thus, any police officers, chiefs or sheriffs who violate that provision – and refuse ICE detainer requests – will now be subject to criminal penalties…

Louie Gohmert: Arizonans Need To Recall John McCain – BizPac Review
.

.
Rep. Louie Gohmert called on Sen. John McCain’s constituency to recall the Arizona Republican who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer.

In pointing out that McCain repeatedly lied to voters about repealing Obamacare, the Republican congressman from Texas said the stress of being a lawmaker could add to McCain’s health concerns.

“You know, nothing inhibits recovery from cancer like stress.,” Gohmert said. “I think Arizona could help him and us. Recall him. Let him, you know, fight successfully this terrible cancer.

“And let’s get somebody in here that will keep the word he gave last year.”

While he is sure to be vilified, there is truth to the claim that stress is a concern when battling cancer…

Clarence Thomas Gets Spot In Smithsonian African-American History Museum – Washington Times

Just in time to celebrate its first anniversary, the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture has included a display featuring Justice Clarence Thomas, one of the U.S. Supreme Court’s conservative stalwarts.

Justice Thomas appears in an exhibit that was installed shortly before the one-year anniversary Sunday, a Smithsonian spokeswoman said Monday. The display honors both of the black justices who ascended to the pinnacle of the legal profession. The other is Thurgood Marshall.

Justice Thomas’ apparent omission irked conservative observers, who suspected an ideological bias among Smithsonian officials and called for the influential jurist’s inclusion in the museum.

Ronald D. Rotunda, distinguished professor of jurisprudence at the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, said Justice Thomas deserves to be recognized for his contributions to constitutional jurisprudence, his record of public service and his inspirational life story…

Detroit Is Once Again The Most Violent City In America, FBI Says – Monroe News
.

.
FBI data released Monday shows violent crime in Detroit surged 15.7 percent last year, an increase that ranked it as the nation’s most violent big city but one that city police officials disputed.

In 2016, there were 13,705 violent crimes reported – murder, rape, assault and robbery – in the city compared with 11,846 in 2015, according to the FBI’s 2016 Uniform Crime Report.

But Detroit Police Chief James Craig on Monday said the numbers were wrong, blaming an antiquated software system called CRISNET, which he said caused crimes to be reported twice. The system was replaced in December and shows a 5 percent reduction in violent crime last year, Craig said.

“I don’t agree with the stats,” Craig said. “The state police and the FBI know this…

Break Up the NFL’s Corrupt Dem Monopoly – Daniel Greenfield

An Army recruit starts off with a salary under $20,000. Thousands of active duty military personnel are on food stamps. Millions of veterans rely on them to feed their families and themselves.

That’s how we treat the best of us. Here’s how we treat the worst of us.

An NFL rookie’s minimum salary is $465,000. And the majority of NFL players are usually bankrupt a few years after retirement because they blew through most of their money. Dozens of NFL players are arrested every year on charges ranging from murder to rape to animal abuse.

2017 was a banner year for the NFL with three times as many arrests as last year.

Along with the usual drunk driving and disorderly conduct arrests, there were 7 arrests for assault/battery, 6 for drugs and 5 for domestic violence…

Iran’s New Ballistic Missile Looks A Lot Like A Modified North Korean One – The Drive

Shortly after revealing the new Khorramshahr medium range ballistic missile to the public for the first time, Iran released a never before seen video showing a successful test of the weapon, but did not give a date or place for the footage.

The new development will undoubtedly have an impact on whether U.S. President Donald Trump and his administration decide to scrap a deal with Iran over its controversial nuclear program, but it also underscores long-standing concerns that the Iranian authorities have been working with the North Koreans and other allies to skirt their international obligations.

Iran’s powerful Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), a military-political organization that commands immense influence on the country’s domestic and foreign policy, unveiled the Khorramshahr during a military parade on Sept. 22, 2017 as part of the country’s annual Sacred Defense Week. Steelers Coach Didn’t Want Army Vet To Stand For Anthem – Daily Caller

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin indicated Sunday night that he did not want offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva to stand for the national anthem, instead of sitting it out with the rest of his teammates.

Villanueva, a former Army Ranger who served three tours in Afghanistan, was the only Steelers player to stand for the anthem. While Villanueva stood in the tunnel, hand over his heart, the rest of the team remained in the locker room in protest of President Trump’s comments that players who kneel during the national anthem should be fired.

Tomlin said in a post-game press conference that he was looking for “100 percent participation” in whatever course of action the team took during the national anthem.

When asked by a reporter about Villanueva coming out for the anthem, Tomlin said, “Like I said, I was looking for 100 percent participation, we were gonna be respectful of our football team.”…

Uber Banned In London After Sexual Assaults By Migrants Skyrocket – InfoWars

Uber has been banned in London partly in response to skyrocketing rapes by predominantly migrant drivers which the company did not report to police.

According to Transport for London, Uber’s license will not be renewed beyond September 30, with the first reason listed being the company’s “approach to reporting serious criminal offenses.”

This includes Uber’s failure to report rising numbers of rapes and sexual assaults by its own drivers.

Latest figures show that Uber drivers are now responsible for one sex attack in London every week, with sexual assaults by Uber drivers skyrocketing by 50 per cent in just a single year.

This is undoubtedly connected to the fact that many of the drivers are from Muslim backgrounds, where “immodest” women are seen as easy prey. Many of the young women who hire Uber taxis late at night are drunk and in some cases scantily dressed.

Many Uber drivers are newly arrived migrants or “refugees” who don’t have to undergo the intensive training that traditional cabbies go through…

Giant 5-Story Middle Finger To Leftists Erected In New York City – Mad World News

The left is going bonkers after hearing that a five-story metaphorical middle finger is being erected in the middle of New York City. Unfortunately for them, things only got worse after hearing that there’s going to be a one-word sign on the front of it – and liberals are erupting after learning what it says.

The term “triggered” has become rather popular these days, mostly because the left is so easily offended that there’s now a word for it. Of course, the fact that they can explode into a violent temper tantrum at a moment’s notice doesn’t help things either, and it looks like society has had just about enough.

Although whining liberals think they can do whatever they want after being told they were “entitled” to do so without consequence…

Education Secretary DeVos Rescinds Obama’s Kangaroo Court Edict – The Hill

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos released interim guidance Friday on how colleges should handle sexual assaults on college campuses, the latest step in the Trump administration’s controversial rollback of Obama-era guidelines, in an effort to better protect both victims and students who are accused.

The agency withdrew a 2011 “Dear Colleague” letter that required schools to adopt a minimal standard of proof – the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard – when disciplining students and replaced a 2014 question-and-answer document on how schools should investigate and adjudicate cases of sexual misconduct.

The temporary guidance is meant to serve as a placeholder while the agency crafts news guidance with a new standard through a rulemaking process that involves public notice and comment.

Senior department officials said it was inappropriate for the former administration to mandate schools use the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard without public input…

Couple Caught On CCTV Having Sex In Domino’s Pizza Shop Face Prison Time – Daily Mirror

A couple who had sex in a Domino’s pizza delivery shop are facing prison after they were caught on CCTV committing “lewd and obscene” acts. Daniella Hirst, 28 and Craig Smith, 31, were waiting for their stuffed crust pizza when they let their “exuberant spirits get the better of them”, a court heard.

An X-rated 18-minute clip shows Hirst performing a sex act on Smith up against the counter while several members of staff prepare food. At around half an hour long, the whole court hearing today was only around 12 minutes longer than the footage itself.

The footage, which was shown in court, first shows Hirst straddling a wet-floor sign before she is thrown in a sex position midair by Smith. She then slides down Smith’s trousers before appearing to perform a sex act – first standing and then crouching down on her knees.

The footage was shown at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court, where the pair faced charges of outraging public decency. Hirst, 29, pleaded guilty to the offence today and Smith, 31, was found guilty in his absence after a trial lasting barely 30 minutes…

Graham-Cassidy Block-Grant Bill Sets Off Clashes In Senate As Obamacare Repeal Clock Ticks – Washington Times

Senators in both parties reignited the Obamacare repeal wars Monday, as Republicans claimed momentum for a last-chance repeal bill and Democrats told budget analysts to vet the legislation carefully, hoping to prolong a thorny debate before an end-of-month deadline.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican, said the block grant proposal by Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, and Bill Cassidy, Louisiana Republican, was the “best path forward to repeal and replace Obamacare.”

“Congress has 12 days to say ‘yes’ to Graham-Cassidy. It’s time for them to get the job done,” he said in a prepared statement.

It was a critical endorsement for Senate sponsors trying to win over Sen. John McCain, an Arizona Republican whose rejection of a limited repeal bill in July stalled the party’s effort on health care. Republicans have only until the end of next week to use a 2017 budget provision to pass an Obamacare repeal bill while avoiding a Democratic filibuster…

Man Brakes Into Funeral Home, Strips Down, Puts On Dead Man’s Clothes – Law Newz

Here’s a question: What could get a person to steal and put on a dead man’s clothes? Police in Leitchfield, Kentucky are trying to figure that out. They say a man committed such a burglary at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home on Wednesday night.

European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy Miguel Arias Caٌete told the Journal that the shift from Trump’s decision came during a meeting with ministers from some 30 countries in Montreal to push forward on implementing the Paris deal without the United States…

Julian Assange Ready To Spill The Beans On DNC In Exchange For Pardon – Gateway Pundit

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) met with White House Chief of Staff John Kelly this week about a potential deal with Julian Assange on the Wikileaks Podesta documents. Assange has repeatedly said Russia is not linked to the leak of thousands of John Podesta emails before the election.

Julian Assange reportedly told Rohrabacher he is ready to provide information that Russia did not hack the DNC. Last month Rep. Rohrabacher told Sean Hannity he was 99% certain that the Russian collusion narrative is a total lie.

Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller – who is investigating whether President Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 election – refuses to speak with Julian Assange. He must be afraid of what he might find.

The Daily Caller reported:

California Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher spoke to White House chief of staff John Kelly Wednesday about a potential deal with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in exchange for info that exonerates Russia of hacking allegations, according to a Friday report from The Wall Street Journal…

Leftist Treason Update: New York Governor Cuomo Orders Agencies To Stop Questioning People About Their Immigration Status – The Hill
.

.
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) signed an executive order on Friday prohibiting state agencies from asking individuals about their immigration status. The order, which prevents authorities from asking about immigration in situations where the person is seeking help, also bars state employees from disclosing the data unless they are required to by law and investigating illegal activity.

The order does not apply when officials need to determine if an individual is eligible for a benefit or service. This would be the first order affecting all of New York’s agencies, according to a Cuomo spokesperson.

“As Washington squabbles over rolling back sensible immigration policy, we are taking action to help protect all New Yorkers from unwarranted targeting by government,” the governor said in a statement…

Did Susan Rice Spy On Trump Officials For Muslim Brotherhood? – Daniel Greenfield

After months of denials, the pretext for Susan Rice’s eavesdropping on Trump officials has finally been made public. It had been widely known that Obama’s former National Security Adviser had contrived to unmask the names of top Trump officials who had been spied on by the administration. And the same media that still treats Watergate as the Great American Scandal had claimed that there was nothing “improper” in an Obama loyalist eavesdropping on members of the opposition party.

Every time Obama Inc. was caught eavesdropping on opposition politicians, it presented its spin in a carefully packaged “scoop” to a major media outlet. This time was no different.

When Obama Inc. spied on members of Congress to protect its Iran nuke sellout, it packaged the story to the Wall Street Journal under the headline, “U.S. Spy Net on Israel Snares Congress”. The idea was that Obama Inc. was “legitimately” spying on Israel, that it just happened to intercept the conversations of some members of Congress and American Jews…

“I’m Done”: CNN Anchor ‘Triggered’ After Panelist Proclaims Love Of “First Amendment And Boobs” – Zero Hedge
.

.
Anxious to discuss President Trump’s tweet against ESPN (and host Jamele Hill’s comments), CNN set female anchor Brooke Baldwin on the task to get to the bottom of whether Hill did anything worth being fired for or if evil President Trump was trying to crush her First Amendment rights.

The interview started to go pear-shaped very quickly.

Addressing the question of the first amendment, Fox Sports Radio’s Clay Travis said:

“I’m a first amendment absolutist and believe in only two things completely – the First Amendment and boobs.”

Which seemed to ‘trigger’ Baldwin as she blinked and shook her head for a few seconds as if reeling from a McGregor haymaker, before asking Travis if he said “boobs” or “booze”…

North Korea has launched two missiles that flew over Japan in less than a month, and the first since the United Nations voted unanimously less than a week ago to place aggressive sanctions on the regime.

South Korea president Moon Jae-in warned that further acts of aggression could result in the “complete destruction,” of North Korea.

“In case North Korea undertakes provocations against us or our ally, we have the power to destroy (the North) beyond recovery,” Moon Jae-in said.

Moon Jae-in reportedly assembled his National Security Council shortly after the launch…

House Votes To Deport Illegal Alien Gangbangers Over Democrat Objections – Washington Examiner
.

.
The House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday aimed at keeping illegal immigrants out of the U.S. if they are members of criminal gangs. The Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act passed in a 233-175 vote, and was backed largely by GOP lawmakers, and opposed by most Democrats. The legislation was introduced by Rep. Barbara Comstock. R-Va.

The bill would require illegal immigrants in gangs to be detained and deported, and ensures that gang members are not able to receive immigration benefits, including asylum, special immigrant juvenile status or temporary protected status.

“It will provide additional tools to law enforcement that will ensure that when [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] positively identifies a known alien gang member, they may act immediately,” Comstock said on the House floor…

Students at Vista Del Lago High School in Folsom, CA were warned not to chant “USA!” at events because it could send an ‘unintended message’. Whatever that means.

CBS Sacramento reports:

Controversy erupts at Vista Del Lago High School in Folsom over students chanting “USA.”

It’s a popular way to for students to show pride during sporting events and rallies, but school and district officials are now warning students that the chants could appear inappropriate and intolerant.

School officials worry the chants could come across as intolerant and offensive to some, but parents see it differently, as an expression of pride and acceptance.

The school’s principal sent out an email to families Wednesday and relayed the same message to students over the school’s P.A. system, clarifying any confusion. She told students and parents that sometimes “We can communicate an unintended message.” She also said USA chanting is welcome, but it may be best to do it at what she says are appropriate times…
